Large white snowflakes fell from the sky and landed softly on the ground.
"Man, it's cold."
Said Lisa, shivering next to me.
I grinned.
"Oh, come on, you can't go back inside now. You promised me you'd come outside with me today. It's Christmas, after all!"
With a red nose, she looked at me and said through her chattering teeth.
"I wished I hadn't promised you that!"
I laughed, and we continued walking.
"Do you want me to hold your hand? Maybe it will make you warmer."
I offered her.
Somewhat reluctantly, she took my hand and stopped shaking a little.
We arrived at the marketplace, which was overflowing with people.
In the middle was a huge fir tree decorated with all kinds of things.
"Look how beautiful the tree looks!"
I said to Lisa.
She snorted and looked at the tree.
"Yes, very nice."
I thought for a moment.
Right, Lisa doesn't like it when there are so many people in one spot.
"Come on, let's keep walking."
I knew exactly where to drag Lisa to get a smile out of her.
We walked to the car.
"Where are you going?"
"You'll see, just be patient."
With her arms crossed, she sat in the passenger seat, and I drove off.
after 5 minutes, we arrived at the viewing area.
I stood against the fence, looking out at the glowing lights of the city.
Lisa stood behind me, and her eyes started to glow.
I knew she liked to look at things from above, so I brought her here.
I carefully leaned against her and looked up at her.
Our eyes met when she looked at me.
Slowly, she came closer with her head and gently touched my lips with hers.
My cheeks blushed, and she smiled.
"Let's go home. It's getting late."
Her voice made my whole body tingle as she whispered that in my ear.
Back home, Lisa drove.
When we arrived, we were both so exhausted that we took off our jackets and laid down in bed.
I snuggled up to Lisa and fell asleep.
