A loud bang woke me up in the middle of the night.
Confused, I lay on my bed and looked at the clock.
It was just about 2:45 a.m.
What would make such a racket at this hour? The moonlight was shining through the window of my room, and the wind was gently hitting the window.
I got up, of course.
I wanted to know what had caused that noise, and besides, the moonlight bothered me, so I wanted to draw the curtain.
But before I could do that, it became dark in the room for a few seconds.
I could see a huge whatever it was floating past my window.
Frozen in place, I stood there, unable to move until the shadow outside my window disappeared.
What the hell was that!
A cold shiver ran down my spine, and I stepped closer to the window.
Behind our house, a large meadow stretched along, at the end of which the forest began.
A large shadow flitted across the meadow and towards the forest.
Somehow I wanted to know what this creature was, and my curiosity made me put on long pants and a thick sweater, then I rushed downstairs, slipped into my sneackers and ran outside, exactly in the direction the creature had gone.
Since I had very good stamina, I had arrived at the edge of the forest in no time.
Now, however, I stood uncertainly in front of the large dark trees and stared into the darkness.
I couldn't see anything, and for that, I didn't even take a flashlight or my cell phone. Anyway, I took a deep breath and went into the forest.
After a while, I thought I had lost the creature and was about to give up.
I turned around, and the blood in my veins froze into ice.
In the darkness, beautiful blue eyes shimmered above my head.
I could roughly make out the outline of a huge figure.
Pure fear spread through me, and without hesitation, I turned as fast as I could and ran, faster than I had ever run in my life.
Whatever this was, it was dangerous, and could kill me at any moment!
The trees were close together, and I thought that I had a little advantage because I could squirm through the trees better, not like the giant creature.
Wrongly thought, only a few seconds later, the shadow flitted directly in front of me, but this time it was in the moonlight, and I held my breath in shock.
The black scales shone beautifully in the moonlight, the white horns rose majestically into the air, and the large wings were decorated with white patterns.
I could hardly believe my eyes when I saw the majestic animal in front of me.
It was a dragon.
But the moment in which I only looked at the beautiful creature passed as if in a flash, and already a huge paw came towards me and pushed me to the ground.
I couldn't breathe and felt a small twinge, then everything went black, and I lost consciousness.
