Professor Nara stood still with his mouth agape. He was still trying to process everything. All the individuals in the room ignored him and returned to their seats. Mrs Ferg pulled back the chair at the end of the table closest to the door. She took her beige jacket off and placed it one the back of her chair.
Every chair was made from a different material and had an emblem at the back of the chair to signify what race each member was from and how high they were ranked. Professor Nara didn't know any of this and just thought the chairs were there for decoration. Mrs Ferg turned around before sitting down and looked at the professor. "Professor, could you stop staring and come stand behind me."
Professor Nara broke out of his daze. When he came too everyone was glancing in his direction. He went a light shade of red and got some giggles from the onlookers in return. He lowered his head and walked over to Mrs Ferg's seat. Mrs Ferg turned and gave a deep sigh while shaking her head at his expense.
Once he reached the table he noticed that there was a small button placed in front of every person sitting down. The button was encased by glass and the wood of the table. There was also an emblem at the centre of the table that looked like the pendant Mrs Ferg had used to enter the room. Mrs Ferg waved the professor over. He bent down so she could speak into his ear, "No matter what is done or said here today, you must stay calm and quiet. Do you understand?" The professor nodded and then stepped back.
"Welcome everyone, to the first meeting of the Celestials in the last 800 years." The one who spoke was the woman from before. She wore a tight fit shirt that had an armor plate covering it. The armor seemed to be made from leather and Professor Nara couldn't understand why she wore it, but instead of indulging in his curiosity he stayed still as Mrs Ferg had asked him to be.
The young woman also wore a piece of cloth around her waist and had animal hide hanging over it. She had arm bands along her arms made from different clothes. She was such a stunning beauty that Professor Nara almost missed her hands that obviously belonged to a seasoned warrior. After he noticed that he noticed how all her muscles were well toned under her bronze skin, that came from hours exposed to the sunlight.
As Professor Nara listened to her words, he caught hints of an accent that he could not recognise from anywhere in the Kingdom, but he just accepted it as his head was still dissecting all the other information that had flooded his brain during this ridiculous day. The professor glanced over at the individual standing behind the young woman. It was a man with the same bronze skin as the woman. He was well built and stood as straight as he could be, with a spear at his side.
The young woman continued to talk, "As you all know, we don't just meet for the sake of it. Us Celestials only ever meet when a new Celestial appears or a cataclysmic event happens, that none of our disciples are able to bring a stop to. We are here for the former, although it isn't confirmed at the moment we have information that brings promise." The young lady tapped the wood on the table twice and a holographic image appeared in front of each representative.
They all saw the same image of a young boy laying against a tree. "Is this it. This boy who can't even survive a little heat." An elderly gentleman said. He was seated opposite from Mrs Ferg and seemed to be very different. He had light green skin and slightly pointed ears that hid behind his long silverly-white hair. He had white eyes that had little blue dots at the centre. Professor Nara could tell just from his eyes that he was highly intelligent and possible the wisest of the gathered group. "I hope you aren't wasting my time."
Everyone at the table sighed except the young lady, who was trying her best to keep her facial expressions from faltering. "Yes this is the anomaly we are going to discuss and no we aren't going to waste your time Duke Arwen Fuinion. This is no joke, so I hope we do not waste your time." The young lady put on the best smile she could to ensure her fellow Celestial that all was good. Duke Fuinion looked over at Mrs Ferg who paid him no attention. He grumbled at then lent back in his chair.
He waved his hand for the young lady to continue, "As I was saying this is the young boy who we have been alerted about." The image shifted to a battle between two individuals. "As you can see the young boy here, developed incredible fast and overcame the gap between himself and his opponent quickly. Now before anyone says, well maybe he pretended to be weak, we have gone through the history of his life, and nothing has come through as proof of any real battle experience."
There was an empty sent across from the young lady but the person behind it stepped forward and placed their communication amulet on the table were a voice came through and a hologram appeared, "That is very interesting. I have checked all the records myself and nothing shows any information about how he could do such a thing. I have identified the fighting style he used, but the only one who should be able to perform is an old man that lives near the border of this kingdom and his disciple you is this young boy's opponent."
There was no image visible over the communication amulet, but everyone seemed to know who was speaking. "If you say so then it must be true, however I would like you to investigate further into the issue. Maybe go back a few hundred years if necessary but I want everyone name and there descendants names that were taught that fighting style or taught it themselves." Mrs Ferg said to the unknown individual. There was no response only silence, but Mrs Ferg didn't push for a response and then the young lady continued.
"As we all know such a feat is not possible without proper guidance or being a developing Celestial. The image on the hologram changed again to the end of the fight were the young boy jumped into the air and dived on his opponent's shoulder. "As you can see there was a barrier placed around the opponent to save his shoulder from being obliterated. However, the interesting part hasn't happened yet."
The boy noticed the barrier and runes appeared around his body to increase the force behind his kick and attempt to overpower the force behind it. "As you can see he was casting with runes instead of magical words, but he didn't use spells, he used ancient runes that increase one's strength and speed." Everyone know lent slightly forward and paid more attention to what was being discussed.
"As we all know silent casting is a tough task for the races but what only a select few can do is silent rune casting on one's own body. This is quite a spectacle to witness, however after analysing the footage we have come to the conclusion that this young boy was unaware to what he was doing and that he was in fact under some other external influence that we have yet to identify." A side entrance door opened and a young woman in a lab coat and glasses ran in and almost tripped on the step.
She quickly regathered herself and ran to whisper something in the young woman's ear. She stepped back and then ran back to where she came from. The young woman gathered her thoughts and then spoke, "There has been a development, could all none-representatives please wait outside until further notice. Thank you." Everyone except Professor Nara walked to the door. Mrs Ferg waved him away and he followed the others but kept looking back trying to hear something, but the room remained dead quiet.
