Professor Nara followed Mrs Ferg to the Year 1 dormitory but instead of walking inside, she walked around the side of the building at towards the forest beyond. It contained all the magical beasts and animal life on campus and every student and professor except Mrs Ferg were forbidden from entering unless they had permission from the Ruler of the Forest to enter. The ruler was the strongest magical beast in the region that did not have it's own land.
Mrs Ferg didn't say a word to the professor all even glance off in his direction. She just kept walking forward to an unknown destination without glancing around or making sure she was going in the correct direction. They approached the barrier around the Forest and Mrs Ferg walked through and stopped on the other side.
"You are allowed to step through, however." The professor pulled his leg back, "You will tell no one of what you see or hear. If you do I won't have to kill as those above me will do it themselves." The professor gulped down his saliva and stepped forward. He was too curious of what lay beyond the barrier and wanted to make sure that Sasori was safe as promised by the unknown voice in Professor O'Brien's head.
The professor hopped through the barrier and braced himself, but the barrier didn't react to his presence. He sighed in relief and looked up to see Mrs Ferg 20m ahead of him already. He ran quickly after her to catch up, while looking at his surroundings. The only times he had been allowed into the forest were for practice drills with students, but they were in deserted areas without vegetation that the Lord of the Forest made for the school.
There were odd plants surrounding him. All with different colours, shapes, and scents. He approached a yellow plant that had what looked like a teardrop shaped leaves and an orange and purple flower on top. The professor crouched down to touch it when the teardrop shaped leaves opened up and bared their fangs at the unknown enemy. There was a bright green liquid dripping from their maws that destroyed the ground and vegetation that it fell on.
Mrs Ferg grabbed the professor by his coat and pulled him backwards as the leaves extended to bite the professor. "You stupid child. That could have killed you if I wasn't here." The professor was dumbfounded and filled with curiosity. "Do not touch anything in here as it could possibly kill you. That plant lures it's prey in with it's colourful features and the amazing scent it has just to bite it's head off the second the prey is mesmerised." Mrs Ferg pointed at a rabbit corpse that lay behind the plant without it's head.
Professor Nara got to his feat, still curious about the unknown plant, but willing to take Mrs Ferg's warning. They continued through the forest for another 2km before they came across and opening. There were vines that hung over the trees and prevented everyone that didn't know what they were from entering the area beyond. Mrs Ferg stopped before the vines and spoke, "Thou who searches for the beyond."
One of the vines rose up to be eye level with Mrs Ferg. It had two red eyes and looked like a snake. Professor Nara looked at the surrounding vines and realised that they were surrounded by snake like creatures with red eyes. The snake-like vine spoke back to Mrs Ferg, "Steps forward to make their offer." It said to Mrs Ferg while hissing on every s it said. The snake-like vines stared directly into Mrs Ferg's eyes looking for a response.
Mrs Ferg pulled the sleeve on her right arm up. There were little red marks along her arm that came from her previous visits. "And thou present thee offer, one for all to receive." The snake-like vine seemed to put on an evil smile. The vine split in two showing two sharp fangs concealed within them. The snake-like vine raised it's head as high as it could and then struck with it's fangs on Mrs Ferg's arm. Professor Nara was about to jump forward to stop it, but Mrs Ferg didn't flinch at the contact nor wince.
The fangs pricked the skin softly and drew out 100ml of blood from Mrs Ferg's body. The blood glowed in a slivery colour in the vines. Each snake-like vine got a drop of the blood and smiled in enjoyment as Mrs Ferg tasted amazing to them. Professor Nara was about to heal Mrs Ferg, but when he checked her arm was already healed and all that was left were two red marks. There was no blood visible so he could only imagine why it looked silverly.
The snake-like vines separated for Mrs Ferg and the professor, "You may pass, High Being and human." Mrs Ferg walked right through after the vines split and Professor Nara followed in suit. Once he stepped through he saw the most beautiful sight he had every seen. The sky was clear as could be and there were beasts flying through the air. The professor could have sworn he saw a dragon but wasn't too sure as the beast was too high in the sky.
There were huts made from wood that lay along a river that had the most pristine and clear water the professor had ever seen flowing below them. Inside the water fish could be seen swimming and feeding along the riverbank. Some aquatic beast were swimming in the water alongside the fish. There were woolly beasts bathing in the water to cleanse themselves, while others drank it. All the dirt from the beasts was eaten by the aquatic life forms or destroyed by the beasts in the water, so it didn't become polluted.
There were humanoid figures walking out of some of the huts and they walked around stark naked but didn't seem to care about anything. The professor was astonished by how beautiful all the female humanoids looked and even all the male humanoids looked extremely handsome. They almost seemed to be unreal, the professor even rubbed his eyes to make sure he wasn't seeing things, but his view didn't change.
There were humanoid children running along the riverbanks playing together and laughing. The professor could only smile at the natural beauty that surround him and because the atmosphere in this hidden area had was so warm and calming compared to the outside world. Mrs Ferg walked down the towards a bridge that arched over the river and crossed while waving to everyone that she passed.
Professor Nara followed her while staring in awe at his surroundings. The beasts and humanoid figures looked at him oddly but didn't hesitate to greet him or continue with their daily activities. Mrs Ferg stopped at the end of the bridge and turned to face Professor Nara, "Welcome to Unazia, Professor Nara."
