He paused to take a breath then took his turn to hit his golf ball. “I think I want to take my time telling them. I haven’t told them about my orientation yet so I have to see when I can bring that up before explaining that you’re my partner. And everything else is also something you should decide as well; like if you want them to know.”
I looked down as I stepped forward to take my turn, “I don’t know how to tell people about what happened or tell them about me. As I said, my dad had me believe that I deal with my problems so I never was open to anyone so it’s been hard getting used to it since I’ve only been open with you.”
“It's always up to you on who you want to tell about your life,” Elliot said as he took his turn after I was done and made it into the hole. “You can decide on what you want to say or how much they should know and what they are comfortable with knowing.”
