We walked over to the first course and Elliot put his red ball on the floor to be the first to play then paused turning towards me. “How’s this, let's play 21 questions while we go through the course.”
I raised an eyebrow. “What do you mean?”
“Every time we do the first hit on the ball we ask each other questions.” He explained. “And whoever gets the ball in first can ask a second question.”
I thought about this before shrugging my shoulders. “Okay,” I answered as I didn’t think much of it. We have already been telling each other secrets that I don’t think there’s much to answer by now.
Elliot did the first hit and the ball barely got it to the hole, but it didn’t go in. “Okay, my question is… when’s your birthday?”
I put my purple ball down and tried to focus on how to hit the ball before I made it into the hole. “I get two questions,” I said smiling that I did a hole-in-one. “Um, the beginning of October.”
