Chapter 6 - 0.6 Betrayal (Wilbur Soot)

"I'll always be here. I'm not going anywhere and neither are you, so sit your ass down, you aren't leaving." The tall brunette man spoke as a rather short, Black haired girl tried to leave the town. They had been best friends for years, but the girl had gotten the impression that he had forgotten her. The only problem was; he had been starting and running a whole other nation, so he hadn't any time for her. He thought every night before he went to bed about how bad he felt, but she didn't know that. Over the next few days, the girl had started helping the man, sort out everything. She had started helping run the nation. She had even became friends with the new president, and helped him too.

One night when the three were eating dinner, the tall man had cleared his throat, and Spoken sharply out of nowhere. "Some rumours have been going around. Well- I'm not sure if they are rumours, all I know is....Y/n.." the tall man looked at the short girl, she had a worried expression on her face. She looked over at the short brunette boy beside her, only for him to shrug. She looked at the man.

"I heard you started the fires." There had been a huge fire down in the village last week. A few people had been injured. But most people were fine. The girl looked at the man in front of her, her eyes had widened at the sudden demand.

"I- I have no idea what you're talking about" she spoke silently, looking; once again, at the small boy. She hadn't started the fires, she was confused. 'Why would someone blame me?' She asked herself. The man looked at her in disbelief.

"You started the fires. Don't lie- a victim that was caught in the fires saw you with flint and steel." That part hadn't been a lie. The girl did have flint and steel in her hand during the fires, but that was because she found it. She found it lying on the ground. She shouldn't have picked it up, she knew she shouldn't have. But she still did, and she regretted it more than anything.

"Well yeah, I-" she started before getting cut off.

"So you admit it? You started the fires?" The tall man stated.

"N-no! Of course I didn't." She was panicking now. She was stressed already, she had gotten caught with the evidence. But it wasn't her. She didn't know what to do.

"I- I found the flint and steel on the ground! I was running through the village trying to find Tommy. I tripped over it! I- I picked it up and I shouldn't have.but I didn't started the fires." She said, backing up from the table. She knew she was making the tall man mad, but she needed to defend herself. She knew she didn't do it, she just needed him to know.

The man looked at the boy and signalled him to come with him. The boy nodded and stood up, walking right past the girl and walking into a back room with the tall man. The girl was scared.

The two had come out a few moments later. The boy told her to come with him, that's what she did. The man had stayed behind, while the boy and the girl walked out of the dinning hall, and down to the half burnt village. The boy got everyone's attention, and brought the girl to the exit of the village.

"Wha-what are you doing Tubbo" the girl whispered as they kept walking. He had ignored her, she looked over at him and asked him again, but he still didn't answer. She stopped walking and demanded an answer, in response the boy grabbed her arm and pulled her forwards. She turned around, looking behind her. The village was no longer in their view.

She pulled her arm from the boys grip.

"Tubbo where are we going?"

"Somewhere far." He said, walking even more. They got to a small house in a big forest, he brought the girl inside, before speaking once again.

"Y/N you are hereby exiled from L'amanberg and it's village." The girl gasped, then laughed nervously.

"You're joking? I'm not- you wouldn't! Wilbur promised!"

"I'm sorry. You broke the rules, you put everyone's lives in danger!" He snapped. The girl backed into the wall.

"I DIDNT DO IT!" She yelled. The boy ignored her.

"Goodbye Y/n" he said, walking out the door and pulling out an Ender pearl. So the girl couldn't see where he had gone.

The girl sat down on the ground, putting her head in her lap she started sobbing.

"I didn't do it" she whispered.
