When the four of them reached the playground where many children were playing, they were greeted with much happiness and enthusiasm.
''Sister V, you are here!''
''Sister V, I missed you.''
''Sister V, let's play together okay?''
''Oh! Sister V, who is he?''
''Is he your boyyyfriennnd?''
''Hey. Where did you learn that from. His name is Lyle and you lot, would be calling him brother Lyle. Don't get your mind working on useless stuffs.'' Ivy said as she introduced him to the kids. Ofcourse, she wasn't going to stop there.
''He can play a lot of games as well as has a big brain. He-"
''Oh... I thought he was like you. Without any brain.'' Azu said earning laughter from everyone and shock from Ivy.
''Hey... That's ruudee.'' Ivy said pulling the word to emphasize her meaning.
Lyle couldn't help laughing looking at her hurt face.
Azu, instantly had her likeness upgraded because of that as well.
Lyle squated down to the eye level of the kids and asked, ''Is your sister V dumb? I mean, I know she is dumb but is she super dumb?''
''Hey... who are you calling dumb?'' Ivy shouted as she rolled up her sleeves as if she was getting ready to fight.
''The one who is shouting.'' Lyle's reply immediately quitened her but he clearly heard her murmur, ''I'm not shouting so I'm not dumb.'' making him let out a few chuckles which he immediately covered under the pretext of coughing.
''Brother Lyle, you don't know but there was this time when Sister Ivy had pickpocketed the Director for the sweets he had snatched from us that day. But then, her skills were so bad that she couldn't even take her hands out of his pocket and ended up following the director with a hand in his pocket for more than thirty minutes. In the end, the reality was that the Director had already known her antics and was pulling her leg.'' A ten year old boy said laughing so badly after he was done narrating.
Everyone laughed remembering that incident. That day, because they had had too much sweets, the director had snatched every last sweet he saw as he was worried about them having dental problems. Ivy had arrived around that time and the kids nagged her for quite a lot of time before she agreed to get the sweets back. I'm the end, after having her hand stuck, sweat dripped down her back in fear that she would be caught any moment. Especially when the Director met various people who almost sold her out. She had begged each and every person to help her but the truth? The truth was that thr Director knew right from the start when she had put her hands in his pocket and was ganging up with everyone else to pull a prank on her.
Gosh... That was a really scary experience for her. After that day, Ivy swore to never try that again.
