A fortnight has passed. Today Ty'Maign earned his first allowance, a meger ten bronze coins.Bit it can suffice if he plays his cards right. As well, today is his first free day where he is free to do whatever he pleases.
Kin'Nis and Beau'Trian are going into to town, Yhew'Rena is going to the lake to work on a painting and Zan'Iza is accompanying her. Irt'Vin is choosing to stay at the house of orphans to tend his garden. As for Ty'Maign he had his eyes set on the small village just outside of Pitalcian which is known as Pitalcian's Shadow despite having a proper name.
He set out early in the morning and arrived after only a half hour. Here the vibrant coulours of the city vanished into a bleak and bland place.
Commoners hustled about to complete their daily tasks. Some tended livestock, others small shops or chores around the house. A handful of kids played in the streets since they are not able to help out.
Ty'Maign stopped at a house near the village's edge. He reached up and knocked on the door. There came no answer.
Ty'Maign sighed.
"Prophet Qua'Win, I know you are in here."
"No I am not. Who are you, how do know me. Go away!"
Ty'Maign reached for the door. It opened.Ty'Maign stepped in. Out of instinct he rolled forward, just in time for a sword to come down where he had been standing.
An old man with a crazed look held the sword. He struggled to get it out of the ground where it had lodged itself.
Ty'Maign sighed, and moved the man aside. He took out the sword and handed it to the old man.
"Why thank you... Wait! Get out of my house!"
"Relax Qua'Win, the palace is not watching you. I come asking for your Prophet insights. Once I have, I will be put of your life for good."
Qua'Win raised an eyebrow. He sat himself down in a chair and sheathed his sword.
"Do you promise not to tell?"
Ty'Maign nodded. He set down his ten bronze coins next to Qua'Win.
"This should cover your one silver coin fee."
Qua'Win looked at the coins with a snarl. He picked them up and handed them back to Ty'Maign.
"I don't do this for money any more child. Now sit with your legs crossed. Think of a question you would like to ask the all mighty Titans. Once you have release your spirit to me."
Ty'Maign fought of his question. He loosened his grip on his spirit and sent it towards Qua'Win. Qua'Win moaned as Ty'Maign's spirit filled him.
There came a moment of silence.
"The Titans have answered. They say 'Ebijac.' Ty'Maign opened his eyes in surprise and his spirit returned to his own body. He had asked the Titans who he should have as his sponsor and they respond himself. How can a mortal sponsor himself?
Ty'Maign quickly got to his feet.
"Thank you Qua'Win."
Qua'Win looked at Ty'Maign. He stood and rested a hand on his shoulder.
"Do not be hasty child. There is always more than one meaning to the Titans words."
"I know."
Qua'Win took a step back. Ty'Maign turned and left the building.
Wua'Win shook his head. He let go a sigh and sat himself back down.
"It was good to see you once more Titan friend, God of Titans. Now I may finally rest."
Qua'Win leant back and let his eyes close. He took on last breath and allowed his soul to leave is body, and make its voyage to the Heavens.
