Hakai looked over, and something came to him. "Ha, you can feel the pressure of my presence?" Hakai asked him with a bit of chuckle. Then, reaching his arm towards the young girl, he held it in front of her in a shielding display. "Don't worry. I'll do anything to protect you," Hakai told her with a soft smile. The girl took to his handsome features, quickly blushing, her eyes fluttering, looking down.
"Hmm." She said, looking down at her hands.
Hakai picked up the nasty and bloody ear off her ap and threw it to the side.
"Oi, oi! I want her to stay in the negativity!" Jisatsukeikō said as he formed a long blade with a flesh-like handle out of his regenerating arm. He broke it off from his palm and clenched it. Then, he slowly looked up and shouted at Hakai, filled with rage. "Why do you care if I can sense your spiritual power? Ahehe!" He laughed while running towards Hakai. Then, pulling back the blade to his neck, he swung at Hakai and met his katana.
Clink!
The two blades caused a spark of fire. The shockwave propelled Jisatsukeikō to pull back and restructure his nicked blade. "Ooo, even my flesh and bones are not enough to go up against a sacred weapon? Aghehe!" He laughed as he put the butt of the handle to his palm. It seemed as if the anatomy of his hand and the handle attached muscles, veins, and cells flooded to the blade reconstructing it.
"I see, molding his own body into any shapes of weaponry he desires!" Hakai thought to himself as he looked over at the shocked girl. I can't ask questions, fight, and protect all simultaneously." He calmly took a deep breath in. Then, exhaling a cloud of air, he calmly assessed the situation. "Based on the old ranking system, he's a C rank and seems to have no long-range capabilities." He said to himself, yet Jisatsukeikō can virtually mold anything he wants. "If anything, I should worry about her first," Hakai noted as he saw the girl slowly drift away into the fear of the unknown, paled, and sacred at what could happen. Her breaths quickened a bit.
Hakai analyzed the situation and the present outcome of any sudden movements. "If I tell her to run away, even while protecting her, her chances of getting away are slim." He scratched his chin while looking over at Jisatsukeikō. "A distraction would do." He said to himself as he opened up to the phantom. "I am a God, yet, I was once Destruction itself. So feared, the Heavens stripped me of my title and branded me as Warrior of Humanity." Hakai informed him as the girl listened in closely.
Jisatsukeikō gasped and then started laughing. "Aghehe. Who gives a shit?" He said as he broke off the sword from his main body. Newly reconstructed, he held his sword upwards to the ceiling, with its ornate cross-guard and the crossbar pointy made of his bones; the bone of the carved guard, flesh-bound hilt, balanced the thick, heavy bone blade efficiently.
"You should. You're learning the secrets of a God, someone who became lesser and unnoticed by the humans." He explained to Jisatsukeikō with a slight smirk.
"Tch. Could be educational for us." Jisatsukeikō looked irritated as he spat on the floor. He stood there, scraping the side of his face. He dug deeper into his skin with his fanged nails, yet he kept stroking. Blood trickled down his jawline onto his chest. He cared less for the pain.
"Just like I assumed," Hakai noted to himself as he noticed that his analysis was on point. "They wouldn't forgive him for any missed opportunity to learn about a God's secret," Hakai smirked.
"Listen closely, the reason why she could perceive my existence right now isn't cuz' of a supernatural spell." Hakai pointed to her with his left hand. "It's because I made her aware of my existence, causing a disruption in the two realms I exist within and extending my spiritual pressure. She felt it and took notice of me." He explained to the grasped Jisatsukeikō.
"Hmm, now." He said to himself as he whispered. "Daggers of Calamity." Appearing in his left hand was a pair of twin daggers. They both had a light blue side, a slightly curved serrated edge, and a golden fuller. The daggers are approximately 12 inches in total and have an eight-inch blade. He threw the twin daggers at the distracted Jisatsukeikō, who regained his train of thought in the nick of time and fended off the attack with the sword's edge.
Clink!
The two pointy daggers struggled against the bone blade. However, their force was enough to cause a shockwave that propelled Jisatsukeikō back centimeters. The gusts of wind caught him off guard as he finally looked to the main door. "Distraction?' He said to himself as he watched the young lady exit the entrance. "Shit." He noted to himself as he looked down at the twin daggers, vanishing with an array of lights. He looked up to Hakai, who lunged his sword at him. However, he countered with his bone blade, that fractured a little on the impact. "No other choice, haha hehe." He laughed as he attached the butt of the handle to his grip. "Now, I can consistently reconstruct the edge. It'll never break!" He shouted at Hakai, laughing as the blades sparked against one another. "Aheheh."
"He came up with that idea just now. Amazing, his breakdown of the tight situation is on point for a mere evil spirit." Hakai praised him. While pulling away from his blade and thrusting towards his heart, Jisatsukeikō again fended off the attack, bringing his sword below Hakai's katana. He veered the attack upwards, just about taking off skin from his nose. Hakai tried to slice him in half from the upward position, but again, he fended off, holding the sword over himself. Finally, Hakai kicked him and began attempting to cut about anything off him. Yet, Jisatsukeikō fended off the attacks, and the two traded blows. Red and blue traces followed. Sparks of fires flew off the two blades as they met each time.
"He's good with a sword," Hakai said, the corners of his mouth stretching. The swords sparked, clashing against another.
