"Help!" The young lady fell to her knees, making it down the stairs. She started breathing irregularly. She threw up. However, determined to find help for her savior, she balled her fists and wobbled as she stood up. "Hah." She held onto the staircase frame, wiping away the vomit residue. Walking outside, no one inside cared enough to check the cause of the commotion.
'Help... hah." She said while collapsing outside. People surrounded her. About maybe seven stood on top of her. Someone told another bystander to dial for an emergency. The others gossiped about her case.
"Maybe an overdose?"
"She must be on something, huh?"
"She seems fragile and slim. Like she hasn't eaten for weeks." An elder man commented as he kneeled to monitor her heart rate. She slowly regained consciousness, fluttering her eyes. Finally, her blurry vision cleared to find the old man's face staring at her.
"Pl-please help him..." She whispered with heavy breaths.
"Who?" The old man asked her as he leaned in.
"Man and monster. Room 22." She said as the older man leaned back and ran his fingers through his beard.
"How long for an ambulance?" He said to the person behind his back.
"About five minutes, boss." He answered, almost as if obeying an order. He placed his hands to his side, tightly clenching them.
"All right-" The boss man answered as he tried to get off his knees.
Ka-boom!
Hakai and Jisatsukeikō shot out of the apartment room while still clashing swords.
"Huh?" The gang looked up and saw a horrifying being, indeed a monster, fighting a man.
"Ahh!" Most of them scattered away in fear
"Oh hell no!" The old man's boss uttered, falling to his rear in fear.
The chunks of the wall building fell all over the place, nearly striking the old man. Luckily the decent-sized piece of concrete fell next to his hand. He creaked his head around to face the chunk. Fear spelled all over his face. A tear trickled down his face in relief.
"Thank goodness," Hakai said, looking over to the boss. At a disadvantage, Jisatsukeikō smashed his blade against Hakai, forcing him back. He called for a defensive move. Slowing down, Hakai crouched down a little, moving his hips around. He stepped back and displaced the strike to the side. An opening for Hakai, thrusting the point of the sword at his heart, he was sure to penetrate him. Yet, it only punctured through the skin, and he couldn't thrust the sword any further. "What?" Hakai uttered and lunged. He looked up to see a pointy bone attached to the other palm of Jisatsukeikō. It pierced in between Hakai's ring finger and middle finger's knuckle. Still, the pain didn't register.
Hakai pulled away and quickly leaped feet away from the C-ranked phantom. Then, dangling his katana by his side, he looked at his knuckles and smiled. "Nice, nice!" He said, lifting his hand in the sky. "You did well against the old me." Hakai praised him as he walked up, channeling positive energy through his body. Staring him down, Jisatsukeikō broke off the sharp bone of his palm and stared at Hakai with a perplexed expression.
"Huh?" He sounded as he gripped the handle with his other hand. "He's getting stronger. His powers are increasing?" Jisatsukeikō said to himself, feeling a sudden dread. "What are you babbling on about? Aheheh!" He laughed with a spec of nervous sweat running down his forehead.
"Can't you feel it, the power amp?" Hakai said as he brought up his hand to his face. "It's over for you." He smirked, sticking out his tongue and placing it between the ring finger and middle finger. Then, licking some of the blood off, he smiled and vanished from his spot.
Shkeen!
He appeared at Jisatsukeikō's left side, lifting his arms and sword behind his head. He drove it down with force.
Bham!
It sparked against Jisatsukeikō's blade.
Crack!
It fractured in the middle, and Hakai's force only seemed to increase.
"Shit, it's going to break!" Jisatsukeikō thought to himself in fear.
Snap!
The blade broke into two halves as Hakai's katana kept coming down. Then, profoundly cutting Jisatsukeikō's shoulder, it hung into two ha. His shoulder was now only attached by a couple of muscle fibers and tissue. "What a freaking amp!" He shouted at Hakai as he kicked him away.
Enough distance between the two, he immediately started the healing process while standing up from his knee. Hakai hesitated. "I can't kill him." He said to himself with teary eyes.
"He's a human."
"Was."
"Has a human core and conscience." He said to himself as tears tickled down to his jawlines. "But..." He hesitated again, closing his eyes and angling his head back.
All while, Jisatsukeikō ran to grab a hostage. "Fuck this. I can't die just yet! I want this grade boost to fight him on equal terms!" He screamed while running towards the girl at incredible speed. "This is so much fun!" He shouted inside his mindscape.
"Shit!" Hakai said to himself as time slowed down. His muscles tensed, his senses spiked, and it was as if he could hear his slow heartbeat.
Ba-dump!
He ran towards them, leaving a trail of dust and wind gusts. Finally, he intersected him close to the unconscious girl, beheading him. Jisatsukeikō's head fell off his shoulders, mouth and eyes wide open. He watched Hakai's back while impacting the cold ground. "Huh?" He uttered as he laughed with ferocity.
"Hehehe."
"Aehehe."
"Gahahah."
"Shitface, you lose. I win. I die!" He screamed while laughing. "Aghehe!"
Hakai stared at the ground in front of him, crying. He enchanted. "Evil spirits of darkness, created to destroy, vanish." Hakai chanted as a spell circle, and above it, a wheel of divine writing appeared, reducing the New Type Phantom to thin air. Finally, silence set in as his evil laughter came to an end.
"Ahe-"

As the police, ambulance, and firefighter surrounded the area, Hakai had left long ago. Hakai, dashing through the city.
"What happened here?"
"Why am I outside?" The girl and the boss of the gangster group questioned themselves and the cops as they sat on the sidewalk receiving medical examinations.
While the ones who scattered away also seemed to forget everything that unfolded in front of them.

"Yo, Tennyo-Chan." Hakai greeted Tennyo while sitting on top of the roof of his favorite and usual skyscraper.
