"Laura! Laura! Wake up." Raven called out.
Laura rolls over still beneath the thick blanket that covered her.
"No Raven, one more minute." She said drowsily.
"Laura if you spend one more minute on bed we would be late, and since we would have to go by your mom's car we have to go early." Raven snaps.
Laura's eyes widen. "And what's wrong going by my mom's car?"
"Humans auto mobile tech are rather fast but slow." He said bluntly.
Laura stares at him, she had cut his hair but nothing changed about his facial appearance, he still look as handsome and angelic as he was, not even a bit human.
"Oh God!" Laura said then covers her head with one of her pillows.
"Speaking of God, God has nothing to do with you being a slug every morning." Raven said.
"Did you just__?" Laura stopped halfway.
"Yes I did, George said you are always a slug in the morning." Raven snapped.
Laura gazed at Raven. If there is anything to kill this man for, it is for being too straightforward and honest.
She covers her head on the bed with her pillow.
Raven smirks.
His eyes glowed as he increases the temperature of the bed. Laura jumped out the bed to avoid being burnt or scarred and fell down on her ass on the ground.
"What is wrong with you?" She yells.
Since you felt too comfortable on your bed, I thought warming up the bed might help. And of course it did. Raven grins.
Laura tries to say something, but Raven's good looks seem to be like charms that prevents anyone from scolding him.
"Since you are fully awake now, I will be waiting for you at the dinning." Raven said as he vanishes into thin air.
Then it dawned on Laura that her room was locked and Raven had teleported himself to her room just as he just did.
Laura frowns.
Few minutes later Laura enters the dinning, George, Raven and Susan were all seated having breakfast.
Raven wore a red sleeve on a pair of black pants.
Laura glares at him.
"Do you have to look so sinister?" She asked.
"Well George said I shouldn't wear flashy coloured things." He defends.
Laura glares at George who's mouth is filled with food.
"Nothing bad in wearing a red sleeve on black pants." George assures. "And since you cut his hair it makes him look like a regular teen student."
"I'm not a teen." Raven snaps.
"You are not, but you look very much like a teen." George added.
"Uh... So terrible being surrounded by male siblings." Laura exclaimed.
'We are terrible?" George inquires.
"No Raven is okay, but you? You are something else." Laura said.
"Oh, I'm not as terrible as having an elder sister who won't get of my ass." George snaps.
Raven scoffs.
"Did you just__?" Laura is interrupted by Susan.
"Enough!" She yells. "Do you two always have to argue at the table Everytime?"
"Three." George corrected.
"That excludes me." Raven snaps.
Susan frowns.
"Raven, I will be taking you to Mr Garry's office to do some paper works." Susan said.
"Paper works?!" Raven exclaimed.
"Yes, Mr Garry and my Husband were close friends, so I discussed with him earlier and he agreed to let you in without requesting for your passed school results." Susan explains.
"Speaking of passed results, Tyler could forge some for him." George informed.
"Not without being curious." Laura snaps.
"Before you guys argue about forging result or whatever, I should remind you that we still have to go to school, and Susan, her work." Raven reminds.
Laura tries to eat the food on the table, but she placed her hand on her temple as she felt a slight but sharp headache. She tries to hid it not to attract anyone's attention but she was too late.
"Laura you don't look well at all." Susan notices.
"Of course she isn't, look at her." Raven snaps.
"I'm okay, I'm fine." Laura said quickly.
"You don't sleep, you hardly eat and you say you are okay." Susan blurted out.
"Mom I'm fine." Laura said getting impatient. At this Laura felt the headache again, so intensive that she dropped her knife and fork.
She hisses.
Raven stares at her.
Give me your hands Laura. He said.
Laura reluctantly stretches her hands forward and Raven held her hand, he allows his Devine energy to flow into her but it didn't seem to make any difference, he stares at her.
He didn't like her going through so much pains so he tried to take the pains instead, but the pains intensifies as it got through him he closes his eyes tightly as he tilts his head.
Susan and George watched closely.
Images of hell, and the ocean flashes through Raven's mind, he saw Lucifer.
He immediately lets go of Laura's hand, and with both hands held his temple as the pains slowly dies.
He pants for air, then stares at Laura who now seemed to be okay now.
"I think we better get going." He said as he got up leaving his food unfinished.
They stare at him as he exits for the living room.
Few minutes later, they were all in the car, Susan stares at Raven worriedly.
"I'm okay." He smiles reassuringly.
"It's a good thing then." Susan said as she drove the car off.
Few minutes Later they arrived at the school compound.
Raven glares at the school compound, the numerous number of students going in and out of the school building.
They alight from the car, George left them immediately. Laura follows but Raven calls her back.
"Laura!" He calls.
Laura turns to him.
"Are you sure you are okay?" Raven asks looking worried.
He asked to be sure because whatever pains that it was, he didn't want Laura to feel it or go through it.
"I am fine, thanks to you." Laura said with a smile.
Raven grins.
Laura strolls to were he stood against the car, she leans on him.
Raven's grin widen.
Then she captured his face between her palms, and kissed him deeply.
She stops.
"Why did you do that?" Raven asked alarmed.
"I have my reasons." She snaps then glares around still leaned on him. Raven follows her glare.
The girls in the school compound who were once giggling and fantasizing about him all were filled with envy, and they felt like something had been stolen from them.
They both stares at each other, Raven now understanding why she kissed him.
For the first time in his life, Raven felt so embarrass by the other students glaring at them, Laura didn't mind at all.
Laura was about to leave him but he held her wrist, pulled her back against his chest he wraps his hand around her waist as he pulls her up and kisses her vigorously holding her breath and sucking the air out of her lungs.
He knew, he couldn't go on like that forever lest Laura suffocates to death. He lets her go.
He smirks.
Laura gazed around embarrass, she regrets ever starting it at all. She turns to him.
"That's for___" Raven was interrupted as Laura slaps him across the face.
"Don't you do that again Raven." She yells and left.
Could you two cut it off. Susan yells.
Raven grins, rubbing his hand on his cheek.
The rest of the students stood there confused at what just happened.
Take this. Susan hands over a bag pack to Raven.
"Why should I?" Raven asks.
"Because it's yours." Susan said.
If you will be going to school, you need a bag pack for your books and other stuffs you need. Susan added.
"You humans always come up with something really awful as a means of making your short lives easier." Raven snaps.
"Ok , give me that." He takes the bag pack from Susan.
"Hi Raven!" Ashley said as she strolls to meet them.
"Hey Ashley?!" Raven exclaims.
"Did you and Laura just__?"
"Kissed, sure we did. She started it." Raven snaps.
Ashley glares at him.
"Raven, we need to get to Garry's office before classes begin." Susan remarks as she moves towards the building.
"Ok, I'm right behind you. Ashley do you mind holding this for me." He said handing his bag pack over to her.
"Anything for you Raven." She collected his bag pack and hung it on her shoulder, then with the other hand held his arm making them look like a couple.
The other students still stare at Raven amazed by his good looks but still confused by what happened between him and Laura. Right now, Susan was no where to be found.
"This way, I will lead you to Garry's office." She said as she pulled him along.

At Mr Garry's office Susan sat trying to convince Mr Garry to be a little bit patient that Raven was coming.
"Come on Garry, he would be here in a minute, trust me." Susan assures.
"5 minutes gone Susan, Raven isn't the only new kid here for admission." Garry snaps.
"Ok, here he is." Susan pointed.
Raven enters with Ashley who was still cling to him.
Garry tries to scold Raven but he couldn't his looks had an effect on him, so he took it on Ashley.
"Ashley you know better than to delay a new student when there are other new students on the queue waiting to be enrolled."
"Nothing bad helping him carry his bag pack either, or showing him the way to your office." Ashley said bluntly.
"Just run along." Garry said, then he gestures for Raven to sit on the second office chair which was empty.
Raven sat down and stares at Susan, who gave him a questioning look.
"So Master Eastman, I'm sure you are ready to resume school today." Garry said.
"Master Eastman?!" Raven glares at Susan.
"You didn't have a last name so, Eastman is your last name now." Susan convinced.
"No, that's lame, I need another." Raven blurts out.
"You can't just forge a last name Raven and we can't argue about this either, I will be late for work." Susan said convincingly.
Raven stares at her. "Ok, whatever you say. But Eastman sounds lame."
"Alright! What do you want? There are lots of kids waiting to get enrolled." Garry said getting impatient.
"Whatever she wants." Raven said.
Susan scoffs. "No it can't be what I want, you have a life so you can't do what I want but what you want."
Garry glares at the both of them.
"I'm okay with it then." Raven concludes.
"Garry! I think I will leave Raven to you, I am running late." Susan stands up and left Garry's office.
Few minutes later, Raven having done with his enrollment left Garry's office but bumped into a lady carrying a set of books and a hang bag, falling the books on the ground.
"Oh! I'm so sorry." She said as she bends to pick her books.
Raven also bends to help her. "You humans, don't you ever watch__?" He stops halfway as the lady raises her head, their faces only few inches away and their eyes locking. He gulps as he felt lost by the emerald green eyes of the lady, the scent of strawberry and vanilla filled his nose.
"Um... Hi!" He manages to say trying hard not to stare at her.
The lady stares at him amazed, she had never seen anyone as handsome as this young man in front of her, she could feel the warm air that ooze out from him, his eyes were gold in colour, the scent of cinnamon and....and honey caught her nose, as she stares at him she saw a brighter gold twitch across his eyes. She tried to start a conversation but she had no idea how.
Luckily for her, he did.
