Sire! Your regular packages are ready." Xanias ran to meet Lucifer who was strolling down the hallway.
Lucifer turns to him."What package do you speak of Xanias?"
Xanias pouts. "Damned souls. Zelius ordered some human criminals to hellsbin your personal torture room."
"Well tell him I won't be needing that." Lucifer snaps.
Xanias hesitates.
Lucifer glares at him. "Xanias, when last did you had your breakfast?"
"I haven't had breakfast today." Xanias replies.
"Good! What about having your head for breakfast?"
"Outrageous." Xanias snorts.
"I would see to that if you don't leave here this very moment." Lucifer added.
"Doesn't the devil ever takes leave of his cruelty?" Xanias said calmly.
"That's exactly why he is called what he is 'the devil'. Now get out." Lucifer yells.
Xanias gulps. "You aren't going to torture anyone? It's going to be fun; serial killer Jones Haldson a bit of corrupt politicians and robbers. I don't think you want to miss it Sire."
Lucifer sighs." You can torture them if you want. Tell Zelius I said so."
"Really! I can't wait to get started." Xanias rubs his palm against each other.
"Do I need to remind you about something?" Lucifer asks getting impatient and temperamental.
"About using my head for breakfast?" Xanias blurted out rather to careless about the fact that he was talking to Lucifer.
"Yes." Lucifer said as he narrows his gaze on him, his eyes glimmering.
Xanias gulps. "Ok sire." He disappears into thin air.
Lucifer grins at the young demon's reaction.
Xanias was 6 when Lucifer found him at the market, he was an orphan and he looked so dirty and hungry.
Although Lucifer was the ruler of hell, Xanias never gave in to that instead he talked to him in a rude and arrogant manner much to the surprise of everyone in the market.
"This young lad just got himself a free ticket to the lake of fire." They thought.
Lucifer's reaction surprised everyone the most, he placed his hand on Xanias shoulders and smiled at him. Afterwards he abducted him and treated him like his son.
Lucifer saw a bit of himself in Xanias, the part of him not wanting to be controlled or told what to do. His rebellious part.
Xanias grew up in Lucifer's castle, and in his usual manners he treated Lucifer as an equal, he usually tease him most of the times which everyone knows was a dangerous game and could be death sentence, or torture for eternity. Whatever the outcome was it was never good and no one dared to play pranks on the devil.
Lucifer strolled down the hallway, in a much brighter mode, he felt something strange, something he hadn't felt for a long time.
He came to halt at a huge door reaching the ceiling of the castle, he touches it and the door opens he enters a room filled with doors which looks alike in every aspect. The huge door closes behind him. He walks down this hallway searching for a particular door, he stops at the foot of a door.
He opens this door and is welcomed by the wind which blew his hair backwards. He enters a place seemly like a world of it's own, instead of the castle building behind him, it was just a door that stood there.
The place looks so deserted, it was filled with hell hounds of various size, some had 3 heads, others 2 and some just 1. They seemed happy when they saw Lucifer.
"Serih!" Lucifer calls out.

hellhound emerges from behind the withered trees. It races to meet Lucifer, but as soon as he got a few feet closer it slows down not wanting to offend his master. It knew his master very well and how cruel he could be if he senses a slight disrespect from anyone.
"Good boy." Lucifer acknowledge. "I didn't bring anything for you though, I just came to see how you are fairing. It's been a long time."
The hellhound lay down to Lucifer's level, it was probably the biggest of them all.
"Lucifer!" A female voice calls out in a whisper.
Lucifer turns back to see who it was but no one was there. He stares at Serih who was panting hungryly.
"Did you heard that?" He asks with a worried look. He felt his neck tingle, he knew someone had entered hell.
"Sire." A male voice calls from behind.
"What is it Zelius?" Lucifer asks without looking back.
"Xanias told me you didn't want to punish anyone today." Zelius said.
"Yes, is there a problem with that?" Lucifer asks authoritatively.
Zelius gulps. "No, but it's unlike you to do so."
Lucifer turns to face him. "Well I'm in a better mode today, and I intend it stays that way."
"You are changing Lucifer, you aren't the devil you used to be." Zelius queries.
Lucifer eyes widens. " Don't tempt me to feed you to Serih, because I won't hesitate to do so."
Hearing this Serih glares at Zelius, he licks his lips hungryly.
Zelius senses that Serih won't hesitate to eat him, so he made a defense stance prepared to defend himself if Serih should attack.
At this Lucifer laughs. "Don't be ridiculous Zelius, I won't feed you to Serih."
"You won't, but Serih would." Zelius remarks.
Lucifer glances at Serih. "Maybe you could bring those damned souls of yours to the hellhounds, they seem pretty hungry."
"Yes sire." Zelius still stands there staring at Lucifer.
"What?!" Lucifer snaps.
"You have a visitor." Zelius said.
"Who is it?" Lucifer asks curiously, wondering who might have come to visit him in hell, he hoped it wasn't his annoying angelic brothers who has come to spoil his mode.
"Kimrod." Zelius uttered.
"The witch?" Lucifer asks.
Zelius scoffs.
Lucifer eyes him."Why would you do that."
Zelius gasps."You are so fond of Kimrod and yet you call her witch all the time."
Lucifer sighs. " Why do you think I am fond of her. Her ancestor Idnes tried to kill me. Remember?"
"Yes, but you are still fond of her. Like you let her call you names that no one calls you." He said."Like.....like 'Luci'."
Lucifer's eyes widens with rage from hearing the word 'Luci' from Zelius. "Say that again, and you will find yourself in hell."
"Now, I'm saying it, it annoys you but when she says it you feel better." Zelius grunts.
"She's a lady, it sounds better on a lady's lips than yours." Lucifer defends.
"Hmm..." Zelius hums. "Well we can't keep the lady waiting right?"

Lucifer and Zelius teleported themselves to lobby, were Kimrod stood waiting for Lucifer.
"Hello Kimrod, what brings you to hell and why aren't you sitting?" Lucifer said looking angry and worried.
Kimrod wore a white gown with her hair packed into a messy bun. Her face is red from anger, she eyes Lucifer spontaneously.
"What is it Kim?, I am sorry for the poor manners of my servants they are sometimes a block head." Lucifer apologises.
Kim still glares at him.
Lucifer sighs."Kyinx!" He yells.
A younger boy in his early 20's ran into the lobby, he saw that his Lord, Lucifer was raged with anger.
"My Lord." He said with trembling voice.
"Why didn't you give Kim some deserts and drinks or at least ask her to sit." Lucifer inquires.
"S...s....ssir....shh....w...whe...n..I....t..old he....r f..f..for a..a.drink...__ Kyinx is interrupted by Lucifer's harsh voice.
"You put those words together or you will never see the light of another day." Lucifer yells at him.
"S...sire, she said she wanted nothing and....."Kyinx head fell to the ground spilling a lot of blood.
Lucifer grins, his eyes blood red, claws out and stained with Kynx blood.
Lucifer stares at Kim who looks irritated rather than being impress.
"Do you feel better now?" Lucifer cleans his hands with the napkin provided for him by a servant, his claws disappears into his fingers slowly.
"What is it I hear Lucifer?" Kim asks angrily.
"People hear things Kim. The chirping of birds, the rusting of leaves. So you should be more precise." Lucifer blurted out.
"Lucifer how could you?,'The crown of ages' can't dwell in the human world. How could you possibly not destroy it or at least accept it." Kim blurted out in anger.
Lucifer sighs. "The crown is not my burden Kim, it was the humans decision so they should deal with it."
"You said the same thing millennials back, but can't you see. We need your help. Mankind needs you the crown is loyal to you alone." Kimrod explains.
Lucifer sits down on a sofa nearby, he stares at Kim contemplatively, he held his chin. "So do they agree to the price?"
"Lucifer 14 souls, that'sĀ impossible. They already lost a lot of lives trying to get to you." Kim states.
Lucifer stands fuming anger. "Then that's it, close of deal."
"Lucifer____"
"It took 7 souls to forge the crown with the flames of hell, 14 is fair enough to undo the crown." Lucifer yells.
"Lucifer! that's cruelty. 14 souls?!" Kim queries.
"Yeah, who would say anything else about the devil." Lucifer mutters, his eyes turning blood red.
"Lucifer!" Kim calls calmly all initial anger disappearing. "War is brewing at every corners of the Earth, Lord Arius intends to take control of the universe, and with the crown every life on Earth would be surmisive to him."
"Of course, why shouldn't they. Do they deserve any better? They came here to hell, begging me to make them 'a crown' from the flames of hell to end the war, I told them the implications but they seem to be so obsess with power that they offered me 7 souls. Nothing good ever comes from the fire, instead it feeds the crown with pride, rage, grievances, this can't end a war. And whoever wears the crown becomes a host to this evil. They didn't listen so they should solve their mess themselves."
Kim gasps."You could give them a second chance. One spell from 'the book of Idnes' or casting the crown to the lake of fire were it belongs can destroy the crown."
"Second chance?!" Laughs cynically."I am not my father." Lucifer blurted out.
"You are not him, that makes you who you are." Kim assures.
Lucifer grins. " What do you want?"
"The book of Idnes." Kim uttered.
"You know I can't do that." Lucifer stated.
"It's our last chance, mankind last chance. The crown is lost, Lord Arius tried to take it. But Lynx stopped him. Lynx sacrificed himself to save the crown and his companions." Kim said, her eyes watery.
"Oh Lynx, such a brave lad. He is a tough one." Lucifer comments.
Kim frowns.
"I will not give the elves the book of Idnes, I will give no one." Lucifer said, seriousness in his tune.
Kim sighs. "You don't trust anyone. The elves has no intention to hurt you, the book of Idnes has powerful spells to find the crown and destroy it."
"Powerful spells to kill me?!" Lucifer yells in anger his eyes glimmering red.
"Luci! You have to trust me. Lord Arius shouldn't be taken lightly, he is darkness himself an embodiment of everything bad and evil, he is like the shadow of God himself your father. The crown won't hesitate to be loyal to him if he gets it. And you can't stop that."
Lucifer shifts uncomfortably on his sofa, he glares at Kim, gulps. "I think you have overstayed, you may leave now."
Kim senses Lucifer wasn't in a good mode as before.
"Lucifer, you need to ___"
"Leave!" Lucifer's harsh voice interrupts her.
"Your rage would do you no good Luci, you even kill your own kin." Shen said referring to Kynx lifeless body.
She stares at Lucifer one more time, she could feel the powerful aura that he emitted, she disappears into thin air.
