"Hey look everyone! We are all graced with the presence of His Highness Prince Leonardo!" Stefan shouts with sarcasm from the balcony on the second floor of his mansion as Peter and myself walk up the the house. Peter grabs my shoulders as if to help me embrace Stefans sarcastic welcome.
"Oh yeah, why don't you come down here and greet his highness properly." I shout back with the same energy. At the looks of it seems like Stefans parties were still popular, but don't be fooled. These parties were nothing near ordinary. They were wild and always crowded, and did I mention they were demon parties? We headed inside to meet Stefan on the balcony and of course not even five feet from the door Peter has his arm wrapped around a girl's waist. I shake my head to myself but still continue for the stairs.
"Hey man I thought you forgot I even existed! It has been what... a year?" Stefan says walking down the stairs to greet me. Looking at him, he is just a bit taller than me, maybe six foot two inches he is tan with blonde hair and sea blue eyes. "I heard you're on the search for a wife?" He looked at me frowning.
"Yeah, father wants me to take the thrown as king but he wants me married before." I said Then finally turn to see Peter talking to a girl. That's when I knew exactly how I was about to spend the rest of my night.

I have completely lost track of time. To get back to my house from the bottom of the waterfall is over an hour walk and I wasn't sure if there was enough time. I just had to run for as long as I could hoping I would get to my house in time. I just hope I make it home before my father and Silas wake. With that I began to run towards the path to home.

I'm here at Stefan's party and I am not enjoying myself. My demon keeps telling me to teleport back home, but I don't want to abandon Peter because he did drag me out. I just wasn't interested in any of the women that were here. There is a blonde with the generic blue eyes and pale skin. She was standing in front of me, a cute girl but was she dumb. I think her name was Vita but I can't remember. She is going on and on about something, about being here at the Stefan's party and how lucky she was to be talking to me. I just couldn't focus on her annoying voice. The only thing I can think about was the girl with the green eyes from the meadow. I wonder what her name is and what her voi- "So do you want to dance or no?" The girl in front of me waved her hand in front of my face disturbing my thoughts. My demon growled in my head, 'ditch her.' He wasn't pleased that she interrupted our thoughts. I hadn't realized I zoned out until then. "Leo!? Did you hear me?" She asked.
"Yeah, I'm sorry. I just have some things on my mind. I wouldn't mind dancing." I could feel the unease from my demon. I was a bit confused. Why was he acting like this.
'Teleport to her.' He started.
'No!' I replied.
'But she needs us.' He continued. 'Danger, she is in danger.'
'We don't even kno-' I began but was interrupted yet again and this time I was annoyed. "Umm, why are you dancing?" She demanded. I hadn't realized I was just standing there. I look into her shocked eyes and couldnt believe the next thing I said.
"I got to go." Leaving her on the dance floor with her mouth practically resting on the floor next to her feet. Peter chased after me.
"Hey man wait up! Where are you off to?" He looked at me confused.
"I'm sorry. I really wanted to be here and enjoy tonight but my demon is restless and I just need to go home and relax." I lied hoping he wouldn't call me on it. He made this face like he didn't believe me but nodded his head.
"Alright, if you need anything you know how to get ahold of me." With that I gave him a smile and teleported to where ever the green eyed girl was.
