Leonardo
"Hey Leo, let's go to a party! It has been a while since we have gone to one together." Peter said walking into my chamber as if it was his. That's what I like about Peter. He always has this outrageous amount of confidence; seeming like he owns the place no matter where he goes.
"I don't know if that is a good idea." I say while picturing her green eyes. "I think it is best to just st-"
"No! We are not staying in!" He said cutting me off. "I will not take no for an answer. It has been a year since you started looking for a bride and you have left me hanging. We are going out! Stefan is throwing a huge party! You don't have to meet any girls or dance with them. Just come for a good time." Glaring at me. I can tell I won't win this battle tonight.
"Alright, let me bathe and change." I feel bad for not spending as much time with my friend, but Peter is right. Maybe this will be good for me.
"And Im picking what you're wearing, we don't need anyone thinking you're royalty or anything." Peter chuckles as he walks to the closet. Sometimes I worry about him. But he means well. He is the closest thing I have to a brother. I had a sister but she passed when she was five year old, she had caught the influenza. I was nine years old and Peter was there for me then and has since remained my best friend.
I step out of the bathroom and see a silver button up shirt paired with a pair of black slacks laying on my bed. Peter must be waiting in the hall. "So much for hiding my royalty status." I say to myself while getting dressed. I head to the door to find Peter when he appears on my couch.
"Hey! Look at you! Man do I have taste or what? Alright ready to go? Stefan's party is pretty insane right now." He says as he approaches me. I simply give him a nod and we teleport off to Stefan's.
Juliana
I have finally made it back to the meadow for the second time tonight. I can't help but replay the dream I had of mother in my head bringing me here for the first time. It was a beautiful day! It just feels comforting being here. I decided to walk near the edge of the cliff near the waterfall. I don't know what it is but I feel like there is something calling me to the bottom. I feel this tingling sensation around my neck. I glance down and notice my necklace is tugging itself downward around my neck; as if confirming my feelings. "Juliana", I'm looking around and suddenly I feel the wind pushing me as if encouraging me to jump. I take my cloak off and take several steps back getting ready. I run as fast as I can and launch myself off the cliff and I splash into the river below.
I begin to swim to the edge of the river, that proving to be more difficult than I anticipated. I have always been a poor swimmer so this is truly a challenge for me. "Juliana," this time my name sounds clear as if someone is near me. I head towards the base of the waterfall. I could have sworn I heard my name from this direction. Again I feel that tingling sensation around my neck and it is my necklace tugging me forward to walk beneath the falling water. Nearing closer to the base of the water fall only to see no way of walking behind it. I begin to turn around when I hear my name "Juliana" but it sounds muffled as if someone is saying it under water. I reach my hand out to the waterfall and suddenly a path is created for me to walk on, and without hesitation I begin walking behind the waterfall.
