"Come in!", yelled the gang leader.
The door opened and Lim Sunmi entered.
"I have news for you."
"Sit down", commanded Daechul.
Sunmi was the hitwoman, supposed to find Sungwoon's killer.
Sunmi sat down in a soft chair.
"It is always so rewarding to come here", commented.
Sunmi wasn't a very talkative girl. She has always acted professionally, giving her priority to work.
Redhead has successfully promoted a career as a hired agent. The people who worked with her claimed she was one of the best agents that helped hundreds of influential clients from all over the world. The work of the girl required a lot of travel, so she learned not to tie up and look at life only professionally.
When Daechul found out that Sunmi could help him, he immediately called for a meeting. He liked the serious attitude of the agent, and he ignored the fact that Sunmi was a girl, so Hyun certainly didn't spare money to turn his desire into reality.
But Sungwoon's killer's search was taking its sweet time. The person who killed Daechul's father knew that he would be searched and was able to hide very well. It was a lot of inconvenience for Sunmi, but she didn't give up on her job because of her stubbornness.
Although Maya was still mourning the man who had died so suddenly, she did not agree with her son's decision to find the perpetrator and make him pay for the crime.
Everyone knew how Daechul would do his justice. He will not spare his father's murderer. He will make him suffer and will enjoy it.
"What do you have?" Daechul failed to tame his impatience.
Sunmi looked satisfied.
"Well, I managed to unravel some information that should help us. As you know, in Seoul alone, there are dozens of small gangs. Agents have not found any of them knowing that Sungwoon had an offspring, so there is nothing to hide the killer from, if he thinks no one is looking for him."
After Sunmi's statement, Daechol thought for a while. The bored girl rose from the chair and poured herself some whiskey with ice and sat back into the comfortable dark leather chair.
"But you can't be completely sure he's really here in Busan", Daechol was sceptical.
"Of course not. If we don't find him here in Seoul, we'll look in other cities. Listen, I don't say that often, but you're a good guy. I know Sungwoon was like that too. I'll help you", wolf in the lamb's coat, right?
Although he didn't show it, Jungkook felt great gratitude towards her. However, they were only associated with friendly, warm feelings. None planned to ever commit.
"I've heard that you will soon meet Shin Jongil."
Daechul nodded, confirming the agent's statement.
"Yes, a few more days and our official partnership will take place."
"I know him. When he's furious, he's a real devil. I'd advise you to stay away from him, but I think you are the same as he", she laughed. "His friendship will be very beneficial for you."
"Thank you, Sunmi. You helped so much already", Daechul rarely showed feelings, so this moment became a little uncomfortable.
"I know" , she winked, and finished her drink. "Well, I have to go, there's work that I have to finish."
Daechul nodded and both rose from the chairs. The boy led Sunmi to the door of the office and shook her hand.
"Don't hesitate to call me if you find anything interesting", ordered Daechul.
"You too", she winked again, and disappeared in the corridor.

The former Hyun (now Go) house was the most chic in the area. Hundreds of square meters embraced a huge three-story house that resembled an archaic castle. In addition to flawless greenery, the family of flawlessly cut lawns could boast of indoor and outdoor pools, a children's playground, an outdoor kitchen, a spacious garden, and the magnificent garden that Go Maya herself has cherished.
Unsurprisingly, the inside also was breathtaking. Since the house was built when Daechul was only a baby, both parents tried to decide how to make the house safe for toddlers. So, the interior is modern, with ten bedrooms and the same amount of bathrooms, a stylish kitchen, lounge area, cinema, library, gym, and the aforementioned indoor pool and sauna.
Hyun Sungwoon had more money that he could count, and also the same amount of ambition, so when it came to his family, no money restrictions took place.
Daechul has been a very timid child since the day he was born, so he never liked the constant attention of his parents. His parents friends' visits annoyed a closeted guy, and he never hid it.
His mother did not come from a wealthy family, so rich and powerful Hyun Sungwoon changed her life in every way imaginable. She had to get used to the luxury and countless expensive gifts that the man in question constantly gifted to his girlfriend, and the intrusive media attention. But life with Sungwoon was not boring, and Maya liked it very much. That's why Siwon knew he wouldn't change her husband.
Having parked his Range Rover in the yard, Jungkook finally had an opportunity to look around. The weather was great, the sun rays pleasantly stroked the black guy's hair, and also illuminated the fabulously upholstered area. It seemed to him that he wasn't even away for nine months; nothing has changed since he left.
"Daechul!", a perfectly calm morning was shattered by a loud female voice. Daechul knew who was its owner.
Go Maya wore a creamy, fitted jacket and black trousers, matched by her personal designer. As she rushed down the stairs, her shoulder-length hair shriveled, admirably flowing in the air, and with every step a tickling of the heels of her flat shoes was clearly heard. Daechul was instantly engulfed with his mother's alluring scent as she tightly hugged him.
"My baby, I missed you so much! And here you are, rarely calling, as if reluctant to interact with me", Maya squeezed Daechul's waist firmly. Her son shook his head and shied away from his mother.
"Mom, you know it's not it. Just, I had to deal with so much work. Like never before," Daechul barely trampled his dissatisfaction, and she immediately noticed.
"What happened?", frowned the woman.
"Let's not talk about this now. Tell me how you are first. And, where are those brats?"
