"Silly bones, too weak to fight pinky flesh. Thrak do everything himself!"
[Reinforcements suggested: Lobrok]
"I find Lobrok, then me go kill pinky flesh."

Jonathan's feet began to move quickly but gracefully, dodging a swing from a skeleton and a punch from another. As the third one approached him, he pivoted to the left, grabbing the skeleton's arm and dismantling its weapon. He then proceeded to stab through the skulls of the skeletons, swiftly ending them.
"Phew that was tiring, had to use up quite a bit of stamina for that one."

"I'm doing well. These lot are a piece of cake for me. Where the hell's Jenny?"
"She's staying at the back. We don't want to risk our only healer getting injured or worse."
After activating the tome of knowledge, the mage, knight and rogue ventured further into the Dungeon, finding a large room full of skeletons.
The Rogue and Knight had already gotten rid of 18 skeletons with the help of the mages healing, leaving only 10 behind. 9 of them circled around the knight, deeming him the current largest threat to the Dungeon.
"Nine of them are surrounding you William, keep them in your field of view!"
"
A light blue aura radiated from the Knights body, expanding outward and stopping at 3 meters distance.
"What kind of skill is that?" said Jonathan. "Perhaps it was one of the new skills he unlocked when he reached level 20?"
[A skill Unique to the Warden Subclass, user emits a light blue aura covering a 3-meter radius. Able to detect any entity within skill range. Cost: 50 mana Duration: 10 minutes]
As soon as William activated the skill, a skeleton stepped in from behind him. He quickly swivelled around, blocking the skeletons fist with his shield, and then brought down his sword on its torso, slicing it in half from its right shoulder bone down to its left hip. He then blocked two other slashes, swinging his sword, cleaving off two skeleton heads. Jonathan threw both daggers, piercing the head of one and the ribcage of another, effectively disabling both.
"
Upon shield impact, 3 skeletons were sent crashing into the walls of the room, soon after being sliced up by William. The remaining two were quickly finished off by both Rogue and Knight.
"I got 9 kills, what about you?" said Jonathan.
"18."
"You did well against those skeletons, that shield really came in handy there."
"I don't think I would have been able to handle these lot if I didn't have the warden subclass."
"I wish I had a subclass, only you and Jenny have one."
"You can still get it you know." said William as he sharpened his sword.
"Hopefully I do pretty soon. It would be nice to have an advantage over the average awakened."
"Anyways let's get back to Jenny, I need some healing and stamina replenished. How much Hp did you lose?" exclaimed Jonathan.
"53"
"Only? I lost 123"
"That's because I have more vitality than you, plus my armour's amazing."
"Where'd you buy it from?"
"My Pa made it for me as a gift. Pretty cool right?"
"Can your Pa only make heavy armour, or is he able to make lightweight armor as well?"
"Ask and you shall receive! For a price of course..."
"Nevermind then"
"Let's go back to Jenny and then go further, I don't like the fact that this Dungeon's too easy. There was only 9 that attacked me though, I wonder where the other one went. " said William.
Jonathan was about to pick up his daggers when he heard a scream coming from Jenny's direction. Both boys sprinted towards where she was, William being slower due to the fact he was running with a heavy shield and sword. As soon as they arrived they saw Jenny sprawled on the floor, blindly slashing at the air with her small knife that was pointed towards a skeleton holding a broken sword. Jonathan being the first one to arrive, immediately lunged at the skeleton, shoulder barging it. The skeleton was sent flying to the ground, where it was immediately stabbed once from the left temple and the forehead.
"I'm here! what happened, is everything all right?" William arrived a little later, looking for anything which could have caused Jenny to scream, and saw a skeleton body lying on the floor, unmoving. "So that's where the last one was! I was beginning to think it had wandered off deeper into the Dungeon."
"Are you alright Jenny?" Jonathan was worried, he knew she hated fighting closely. Apparently something happened when she was young, and that made her afraid from doing any physical fighting. When he extended his hand to help her up, she flinched away from him and shuffled back. Her whole body was shivering uncontrollably, and her breathing was heavy.
"Well wait a bit here until she calms down. You alright with that William?"
"Sure, I need to recover some stam and mana anyways."
"..."
"..."
"..."
After waiting for about 10 minutes, Jenny broke the silence by casting a few of her spells.
"
Both boys saw their stamina and health go back up significantly.
"I feel much better now, thanks for waiting."
"No problem, I needed some time to think about something. Thanks for the health and stamina by the way." said Jonathan.
"What are you thinking about Jo?"
"I was thinking about why this skeleton", he pointed at the lying corpse, "didn't attack us but instead went for Jenny. Skeletons aren't normally that smart, they don't know how to sneak around unless this one had the stealth skill. Do you think that
"We won't know until you try Jo."
Jonathan stood up then walked over to the motionless skeleton. He knelt down on his knee, then said: "
[Appraisal pending..... Appraisal failed. User does not have the required intellect to appraise an entity]
"What happened Jo?", William was anxious to find out whether this skill was worth walking near rats or not.
"Well, it works at least, but the Appraisal failed. It says I don't have enough Intellect to appraise it."
"I can try, I have the most intellect out of all of us." chimed in Jenny.
She walked over to the skeleton and spoke the words: "

"Did it work" said Jonathan
"I think it did."
"Well what are you waiting for then, tell us if has the
"I'm looking at the skills of this thing... nope, it doesn't have the stealth skill, in fact it doesn't have any skills."
"What? Then how did it sneak past us?" This was getting more confusing for Jonathan. A skeleton without the
"Can you tell us its Attribute?" said Jonathan.
"1 Strength, 1 Vitality, 1 Agility, 6 intellect and 7 Will."
"I can't tell if that's natural or not. Let's go back and compare with the other skeletons."
The Trio entered the large room where all the skeletons had been killed and went to check out the nearest body.
"You guys killed all of these? I can't imagine myself being a Rogue or a Knight."
"Let's not forget I did MOST of the work." said William. He tried to take as much credit as possible.
"That doesn't matter, are you alright with checking this one and then a few others Jenny?"
"I don't mind, at least these ones didn't try to attack me."
Jenny checked the first body, then another 10, and came to a conclusion.
"Ok from appraising most of these bodies here, I've come to a conclusion on the average skeleton Attributes. Strength 4, Vitality 3, Agility 1, Intellect 1 and Will 1. All of the Intellects had the word "Locked" in brackets."
"So that explains why I was able to send that skeleton flying, and how I killed it in one stab. Only 1 strength and Vitality? That's very weak compared to the others, but the Intellect is leagues above the average, which could explain why it managed to sneak past us. Was the other skeleton's Intellect "Locked"?"
"Nope" replied Jenny.
"But how?". Although Jonathan had gotten answers to his question, another, much more complicated one popped up. Why was that skeleton's Intellect not locked but the rest were?
"Blah Blah who cares, can we move on now? I'm scared that the rats might come and I want to actually make something out of this Dungeon. I didn't plead to my Pa to buy a pass for us all just to sit here and spew some bullcrap. Let's move." said William.
"He's right." Jonathan thought to himself. "Were lucky enough that we managed to get a pass into this Dungeon thanks to Williams father, we should linger too much here. I'll just have to ask Fysen about this later."
"All right lets move then." said Jonathan.
