Thrak was devouring the leg of the first human when he recieved a notification.
[ Intruders detected. Number of intruders: 2]
"2? Bones not kill pinky flesh! Now more come! i busy, send Imp to kill pinky flesh."
[Issuing command to Dungeon Imps: "Eliminate intruders" ]
The Bogghart turned around and walked up to the Alpha Lobrok.
"Lobo spit pinky flesh now". The Lobrok was whined, refusing to spit out the human that it had just swallowed. Thrak liked the Lobrok. They were very strong, and had low enough Will so that he could enslave them and make them hnt for him.Despite that they were still very stubborn creatures, sometimes eating the food that Thrak had ordered for them to bring him. Some of them didnt even stay with the Alpha and just wandered around the Dungeon, which for now is ok, maybe one of them would find the intruders and kill them.
After Thrak's consistent nagging the Lobrok finally spit out the partially digested human, saliva covered human corpse.
"Euh. Maybe later." said the Bogghart.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"I guess well just have to find a way out the hard way then." said Jenny. "I remember there being two paths to the left of the Dungeon walls nearby where i found you. Me and the others had already walked through one of them and planned to check the other later, but i guess thats not going to happen....".
"So instead you and I will go through the other tunnel, maybe we can find something which will help us get out of here, or at least fight off any of the Dungeeon monsters. Mainly you, I dont like fighting up close."
Mennok waited for Jenny to gather her things, and they both set off towards the place where she had bumped into him. While walking, Mennok realised that he could now understand the scribbles in his status box, and that they were known as words. Although he had already touched all the words, he couldnt understand them. But now he could, so he touched the words starting from top to bottom and began to read slowly, after all he still needed to get used to it.
A few minutes later they arrived at the intersection where Jenny had bumped into the skeleton, and what they saw was a large, dark figure lying down a few meters away from them, making small crunching sounds from what appeared to be "Jonathans hand... its eating it." Jenny froze. "I cant let him eat it, i need at least something to bring back to his family for his funeral. "Mennok?". She pulled the skeletons arm and dragged him away so that the monster couldnt hear them.
"I know this might sound ridiculous, but I kind of need the thing that its eating. Can you help me out please?"
Was this thing Crazy? She wanted him to fight that thing? Nope. Not in a million years. He shook his head and her face turned pale. "Please Mennok, Please! Hes my friend, my family, i cant just leave the last thing that Symbolises him here!"
Mennok thought really hard. She said this thing was family? Like the other skeletons were his? This changed things. The same way Mennok would risk his life to save his brothers, Jenny would risk her life for her family aswell. He thought it was pretty weird that she was family with a hand, but maybe thats just what things like her did. So he nodded.
"Thank you so much!" Jenny began to tear up, and then she rapped her arms around the skeleton. He didnt know what to do so he put his arms around her aswell. They both stayed like this for a while and then Jenny pulled back.
"I cant believe i just hugged a skeleton. If i ever get out this will be a story to tell."
"Ok so i dont know how to fight well because im a healer, do you have any idea how to approach this?" Jenny asked. She couldnt believe she was asking a skeleton on how to fight, but she didnt know how to so it was worth a try.
Mennok shrugged. He had never been in a fight before, so how was he supposed to know? However his brothers looked like they had been in fights. Almost all of them had weapons with occasional one or two unarmed, so maybe they could help? Thats it! He would ask for help from his brothers and march into victory, then they can all get out of this place!
Mennok motioned for Jenny to follow him, and at first she was confused but then understood what he meant by the motion. Mennok ran towards the large room, hoping to find at least a few skeleton brothers which could help him out. Jenny couldn't help but wonder why Mennok wanted her to follow him.
"Are we running away from the monster?" He shook his head.
"Will this help with killing the monster?" The skeleton paused for a bit, then nodded his head.
The Duo came to a stop at the entrance of the large room. Mennok walked in first followed by Jenny, and they saw around 6 skeletons that had already spawned.
"Wait why did you bring me to the skeletons!!!". Mennok pointed to her and then to the ground, signaling for her to stay in her place, and then he walked over to the skeletons. He hit the pommel of the sword on the ground to grab their attention, and all of the skeletons turned towards him. As Mennok tried to get closer to them, one of them stepped up and hit him in the head with the club it was carrying.
[-22 hp]
Mennok fell to the ground, feeling dizzy from the blow that he had recieved from the club. The other 5 skeletons surrounded him and began punching and kicking, while Mennok saw his Health fade away.

Mennok was now at 8 hp and about to die. Then he hear Jenny scream a word.
"
A gold light travelled from Jenny's staff the Mennok's body, healing all the dents that had been made in his bones. Mennok looked as he went back to full hp, and stabbed one of the skeletons in the leg.
[You have been healed]
The skeleton fell, leaving an opening for Mennok to get out of the circle of skeletons. After he got out, he stabbed the Skeleton who had fell in the head with his broken sword, and quickly rolled away.

One of the weaponless skeletons ran at Mennok and swung its fist towards Mennok's skull. The punch landed on his left cheekbone, sending him staggering back.
[-8 Hp]
Mennok shook his head and rushed toward the skeleton. The skeleton threw anothr punch this time targeted much lower, Mennok tried to parry it with his sword but missed and the skeleton punched his ribcage.
[-5 hp]
As the skeleton was about to throw a third punch Mennok grabbed its arm and pulled the skeleton towards him, driving the sword from under its chin and into the skull.

Now the other 4 skeletons begun to slowly approach the attacker, spreading apart to try and encircle him. Mennok realised he was going to be trapped if he didnt move soon, so he ran towards Jenny. He pointed at her hip and then pointed to his hand. Jenny gave him the knife and took a few steps back, hoping to avoid the ongoing fight.
Mennok rejoined the battle, this time holding two weapons instead of one, hoping that using the small thing was used similarly to his sword.
He attacked the closest skeleton, slashing at its body and then aiming for its skull. The other skeletons moved into support their comrade, slashing or punching the air in an attempt to push back the intruder. Mennok remembered that once the skeletons had been taken down onto the ground they became vulnerable as it took quite a while for them to get back up. So he lowered his center of gravity and pounced at the skeleton in front.
He wrapped his arms around the skeletons legs and lifted it up, power slamming it into the ground. He quickly stabbed it with the small knife before rolling back to safety from the slashes and swings from the other three.
[You have slain skeleton level 2]
Mennok grabbed a skeleton's arm mid swing, stabbed the knife through its right shoulder blade, and then tackled it down, quickly pulling out the knife and bringing the sword down on its skull.
[You have slain level 1 skeleton]
Only 2 skeletons to go. The one on the left was holding a rusted sword while the one on the right was unarmed, so Mennok chose to go for the most dangerous one first. He ducked under the slash of the left one and wrapped his arms around it's right leg and pulled, slamming the skeleton onto the ground. He stabbed his knife in its left eye socket, finishing it immediately.
[You have slain level 3 skeleton]
As he was about to get back up and face the last skeleton, his right arm was pulled really hard, removing his arm from the shoulder blade and making an audible 'pop' sound.
[-32 Hp]
[You have lost your right arm. Health pool decreased]
[Critical health! 5 Hp left]
"
Another golden light navigates towards the armless skeleton and vanished within him.
[You have been healed]
This time Mennok's Health had only gotten back up to 40, which was probably because he had lost his right arm.
Now that he had lost it, he couldn't take down the Skeleton with his arms anymore, which meant that he has to resort to some other method. Maybe he could use his legs? But that meant that he needed his left hand to be free so that he could grab the skeleton. He hesitated for a bit, dropping a valuable weapon wasn't a good idea, but he couldn't get closer without getting hit anyways, so he had to take the risk.
He dropped the knife and one again lowered his center of gravity. He rushed towards the skeleton and aimed for its legs, but instead recieved a fist to the back of his skull, sending him down onto the ground.
[- 13 Hp]
Mennok then grabbed the skeletons right leg with his remaining arm, swiveling around and pushing both legs hard into the skeletons ribcage. The force of two kicks grounded the skeleton. Mennok looked around for his closest weapon but they were both too far, going for them would allow for the skeleton to get back up, so he jumped onto its torso, picked up a rock from his left and began smashing the Skeletons skull.
He hit and hit and hit over and over again, until at the 7th hit the skull finally cracked, and the last skeleton went limp.

Mennok let the rock roll out of his hand, and stood up to collect his arm. Jenny rushed over to him and casted another
Mennok had finally fought for the first time, but against his brothers. The ones he thought would help him had instead attacked him. He felt betrayed. How could they do this to him? What did he do to deserve this?

By the time he had closed his status, Jenny had already come over and had taken his right arm from him.
"I don't know if this will work but it's worth a try."
She held his right arm under his right shoulder blade and pushed it into the socket, trying to place it back into place. After a few seconds of struggling, a squeaky pop was heard and the arm was finally back in place.
"Try moving your arm now".
He started moving his right arm like nothing had happened, and his health had went back up to 50.
"Let's get out of this place before more of them spawn here. Take your weapons, it's fine I never used the knife anyways."
The skeleton took both sword and knife and stood up. He started walking out of the room, head facing downwards, while Jenny followed behind him.
While they were walking back to where they saw the creature, Jenny spoke.
"Did you think they would help you out?" she said.
The skeleton didn't move his head.
"You know, this happens to everyone. My people do the same sometimes. When you go to them asking for help, they just close their doors on you or shoo you away."
"You just need to experience it once, and then you'll get used to it. That's how I got by."
