123 years ago, there were no class specializations. There were only basic classes such as Carpenter, Merchant, Mage and Knight. Despite the discovery of many skills in the future which correlated with the basic classes, a mage who could use lightning was still classified under the same category as a mage who used fire. 3 years into the Andorian war, a discovery made by the "The Tethered Pillars" surfaced in the west of Grimlik, a small Dwarven kingdom which was on the losing side of the war. This discovery was named as the "Subclass Upheaval". Subclasses began to surface within certain classes and "The System" also changed according to the discovery. Although uncommon among the awakened population, a person once known as just a Mage could focus on the use of a specific element if special circumstances were met. This discovery opened up entire new skill trees which could be explored by many researchers and philosophers, as well as the ability to specialise into these specific Subclasses, which gave an advantage over normal awakened who couldn't unlock these Subclasses. The Dwarven kingdom used this to their advantage, spreading information on the discovery of subclasses only to their allies, which enabled the Folken Alliance to push back the Andorian invaders, ending the war in a peace treaty.

The Skeleton awoke to find himself in a void of darkness. He couldn't remember anything after that voice had told him to do something, but apparently he was dead. The last time he remembered it being this dark was before he woke up in the darkroom, but at least this time he was able to move around in the darkness. He walked around, trying to find anything that could get him out of this place, but to no avail. So now that he had time to do what he wanted to do before he lost control of his body, he opened his status.

The Skeleton continued on touching the scribbles. Time went by rather slowly, but it didn't matter to the skeleton. He was still trying to figure out what all these scribbles meant. While the skeleton was still observing his status, a new notification appeared.
[Respawn in 5...4...3...2...1...0]
The Darkness surrounding the skeleton quickly disappeared, leaving him lying on the floor next to the broken sword.
[INT +1]
["Kill Intruders" command overwritten due to death. Full control of body regained]
The skeleton awoke on the floor and scanned the area around him to try and find out where he was. He picked up his broken sword then stood up and slowly walked out of the room where he was into a larger room. As he was walking he thought of what happened to him when he was in the dark place. He could still access his status and touch the scribbles. When he touched those scribbles two boxes popped up, one while he was in the dark place and another as soon as he left. He thought about how touching the scribbles gave him something that helped ease the pain. He had already touched all of the scribbles in the big blue box, so he didn't have any other way to make the small blue boxes come back again. He walked out of the room, thinking about how he could find other ways to make the itching at the back of his minds go away, but first he had to go back to where he was before he lost control of his body.
After all, that's where he last saw the other skeletons and he didn't see any in the small room, so they must have been there. Despite the other skeletons differences between him, he still felt like they were the only things he could relate to. After all he was one of them.
He left the small room and walked towards the only direction that actually led to somewhere, which was left. He found himself walking in a small corridor with an opening at the end of it. He walked towards the opening and when he entered, he had finally found the large room, and the skeletons were here too, just that for some reason they were all on the floor.
Skeleton corpses were strewn across the entire floor. The skeleton went to the closest one to him and gave it a small nudge. Nothing, no movement. Motionless. He moved onto the other ones, giving them a nudge but slightly stronger skeleton from skeleton. One time he "nudged" one too strong, a crunching noise came out. All of them didn't move at all. A few of them had holes in their skulls while most had been literally cut in half. What could have done this to them? Was there something here that made them stop moving?
The skeleton was scared. He didn't want to stop moving, he liked moving! He liked looking at himself while he was walking. He tried really hard to walk without wobbling, it felt good to actually do something. What if this thing was still around here, waiting to catch him?
The skeleton started running away from the scene, faster than he had ever moved before, he didn't want to stop moving, so he had to keep moving. If you don't want to stop moving, then keep moving. That's what he had ingrained within him. The skeleton tripped after a blue box popped up.
[Due to experiencing a traumatic event, you can now feel "Fear".]
[Anything that you see as a threat or a danger will immediately activate the "Fear" emotion.]
Despite trying to find more blue boxes, he didn't look at this one. He didn't have time to, he was running for his life. He was running deep into the Dungeon when he heard screaming coming from the direction he was running.
He froze. Was he running away from one danger and into another? Which way could he go? How could he get out of this dangerous place? He tried to find somewhere that didn't lead to his front or back. As he looked around, he heard more screams accompanied by a loud crunch. At this point he couldn't care less that he was running back to the way he came from, he didn't want to get near that other place.
Then he remembered that the crunch sounded similar, like the one that came out from that one skeleton. Were there other skeletons over there that were in trouble, was he seriously about to abandon his brothers. His loyalty as a skeleton did not allow him to abandon another. He had to help in some way. He turned around and ran towards the screaming and crunching, this time not from fear.
[Your loyalty towards your brethren has unlocked the feeling of "Courage".]
[Whenever in front of danger, you are determined to fight till the very end, regardless of the outcome. "Courage" can overcome "Fear" symptoms.]
He ran off further into the Dungeon, overflowing with confidence and bravery.

Not long ago
Thrak opened the large gate, and was welcomed with the smell of rotting meat. The Lobrok had been out feasting on the wildlife and had brought in a heap of meat. Juicy, tender meat. It tempted Thrak, he needed to feel the blood flow down his gullet, but he stopped himself.
"Thrak no eat with Lobrok, Thrak better than Lobrok."
"Lobrok come with Thrak, kill pinky flesh for Thrak. Thrak maybe gives them treat."
[Issuing command "Assist Dungeon Master "Thrak the Great" with expelling the intruders]
All of the Lobrok stood from their places, and slowly walked over towards Thrak. The largest one of the pack came over, and kneeled Infront of him, as if to give him a ride on its back.
[Lobrok]
(A 1.75m, four legged leathery creature with long claws and sharp, razor teeth. Most commonly found in Coniferous forests. Excel at hunting in the dark. Very sensitive to light.)
Thrak went on the Alpha's back and ordered the rest of the pack to follow him.
"
Mana was infused into the Bogghart's nose, multiplying it's sense of smell by 5 times. Now Thrak could smell the intruders, they weren't that far away, and he would get his juicy meat.
[Bogghart's Lair: A racial ability unique to the Bogghart which expands the range of the Bogghart's smell by 5 times. Can only be used within Bogghart territory.]
"I find pinky flesh! I go kill, move dumby Lobrok!" The Bogghart smacked the Lobroks head, which sent it running at full speed followed by the rest of the pack. It didn't take long for the Bogghart and Lobrok to close the gap between the adventurers, and soon they were upon them.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
"I hear large footsteps, lots of them" said Jonathan.
"It's probably just more skeletons. Seriously when are we going to have some actual fun? I'm starting to think it wasn't worth coming to this Dungeon. Our party's definitely gonna punish us if we don't come back with something good."
"Let's run back! Quickly go! Move move move!" screamed Jonathan. The trio were now sprinting at full speed away from the thundering footsteps, but they weren't making much progress. The footsteps kept getting closer and closer, until they were only a few meters away.
William turned around and held his shield up. "
"Stay back! don't come any closer, please! Help meeee! Guys please HEEEEEELP!"
"We can't just leave him there Jonathan, he's gonna die." Jenny was tearing up while she ran. Despite William being an absolute asshole, she still didn't want him to die.
"It's too late Jenny! If we go back we'll be killed immediately!"
"Guys... don't leave me..." William whimpered at the sight of his friends disappearing from his sight. "Mummy, Daddy, hel-".
His head was torn off by a Lobroks jaw, and his body slumped to the ground, facing towards his rolling head.
"Huehuehuehue, one down, two to go!" Thrak was having the time of his life. It had been such a long time since he had personally left his Lair to hunt.
Jonathan looked back at the Lobrok, and begun to throw his daggers, then all the mini- combustible potions. He knew they wouldn't do much damage, but their purpose was to slow them down. When he saw that the Lobrok had passed through the potions like it was nothing, he knew that only one person could survive this encounter. He turned around and came to a halt, ready to face the enemy even without any weapons. Jenny looked back and saw Jonathan stop.
"Jonathan what are you doing?! We have to go now or they'll eat us both!"
"We can't escape, at least not all of us. Keep running Jenny and never look back! I don't want to see you die in this shithole!" Tears were streaming down his cheeks. Despite putting up a brave facade, deep down he was scared to death. His legs were wobbling and his breathing was ragged. He had to fight every urge of his body to not run away and to stay put.
Jenny kept on running, this time fully crying, pouring her heart out.
"Jenny! I love you!". There we go. He'd finally removed at least one weight off his chest. He'd been waiting 8 years to remove it. Ever since he saw that petite girl during class, he had immediately fallen for her, but didn't have the courage to say it. Now it was done.
He readied himself in a grappling position, hoping to slow down at least one or two which would slow down the entire pack. When they were a few meters away he went low and leapt.
"If I grab onto its head first and try and get on its back, I could maybe try and crash it into the others." Before he even had a chance to grab the Lobrok, his whole body from his feet to his right elbow were swallowed whole into the large belly of a Lobrok with a Bogghart on its back. All that was left was his right hand.
"Faster, faster, GOOOOOOOO!" Thrak was full of joy. He had already killed two pinky flesh which would be very tasty, although the second one he would have to clean it after the Lobrok Alpha spit it out. Now there was one left, and compared to the three, it was the slowest out of them. Thrak and his Lobrok pack were rapidly gaining ground on the intruder.
Jenny was running as fast as she could, never looking back. By now her face was wet and salty from all the tears that had come out from her eyes, and they were still overflowing until now. Suddenly as she was running, she bumped into something. She looked at the thing that it bumped into, and it saw a skeleton. Holding a broken sword. The broken sword that was pointed towards her earlier on.
"Lobrok stop!" shouted Thrak. He saw the pinky flesh bump into something and freeze in its position. There was bones in front of it.
"Why bones spawn so early? No matter, Bones kill pinky flesh then bring to me". The Bogghart and the Lobrok pack sprinted back to the Bogghart's Lair, leaving only Jenny and the skeleton.
[Issued command: "Kill the intruder"]
