Back at the office, Zi Hao got off the elevator and made his way back to his desk. He was then stopped by a secretary standing by his desk. "Zi Hao, CEO Li has asked for you in his office." Zi Hao gathered all of his courage and headed towards the CEO's office. He knocked twice and then entered. "Boss, you wanted to see me?" He had a bad premonition about which words would come out of his boss's mouth. "Arrange a meeting with Xin Mei Yin. I want her as the face of the company's brand.
"Oh, okay. I"ll arrange a meeting right away-" Zi Hao's voice died out. His soul left his body. His mind immediately began to race with all kinds of thoughts about why, when, and how the CEO thought to include Miss Xin in company business. "But sir-" Zi Hao was cut off midsentence before he could finish his train of thought. "Is my judgment a joke to you?" Wait a minute... The CEO said more than five words, just now. He never goes past seven words. Just what the heck is going on?
Li Han's aura completely changed from his usual one. It was not anger that Zi Hao felt from Li Han. It was something different. It felt offensive and personal. "Never boss, I shall contact Miss Xin right away. But what should I say to her?" "Figure it out. Now get out." Too afraid to court death, Zi Hao left the office and ran to his desk. His job was becoming more and more dangerous, and his boss was becoming more and more delirious.

Mei Yin spent the rest of her day lying in bed. As she was scrolling through her social media feed, an email notification popped up. It was an email from her inflight supervisor. He wanted to meet her to discuss something important. He asked to speak to her in regards to some confidential matters involving the company. Mei Yin thought that she would be one of the flight attendants who get to do a uniform wear test so she was extremely excited about this email.
She called Jing Fei immediately to show off to her best friend. "Fei Fei, did you read the company note that came with the uniforms?" "No, I was traveling with Ming Yu so I haven't been home. Why? Also, what uniforms? What happened?" Typical Jing Fei. "Our new CEO is no joke, Fei Fei. You need to hurry home, open the package, and read the note!"
New CEO? What is going on? Jing Fei and Ming Yu had just gotten home from a mini-vacation. "I just got home so I'll look at it now." Jing Fei went to go check to see if she had gotten a package from the company but she found nothing. "Mei Mei there's nothing here. Are you sure it's a package from the company?" Mei Yin was confused. Was it a lie? Did she just let a stranger into her home twice?!"
"Maybe I just got it earlier than you. I just got an email from our supervisor." Now Jing Fei was confused. "Maybe...what did he say?" "All he said was that the company was considering me to be apart of some confidential project. He didn't go into details in the email and instead, asked if we could discuss it in person. I think I'll be one of the few that get to do a wear test on the uniforms but I'm not so sure."
"Mei Mei that's great! When did he want to meet?" Jing Fei was a little jealous of her friend. She wanted to be apart of the wear test too. It was too bad. At least she still had her hubby to make her feel better. "He asked me to meet him in his office tomorrow morning." "Well I hope everything goes well. Put in a good word for me okay?" "Got it. Goodnight Fei Fei."
