Ayana-
Could someone please explain to me why I was sitting on my bed squeezing the life out a pillow, thinking about a kiss that should have never happened. Ever.
But I surprisingly don't regret it.
It felt right. Tristain and I felt right. Not Match right, just liking a person right.I shook my head, I really don't what I'm saying. This was against the rules. I could be casted out for this. But I just couldn't stop thinking about the stupid kiss.
After another hour in the pool I had been able to lift gallons of water from the pool with my hand. I could freeze and unfreeze if I had the right concentration.
Every time I did something Tristain would say my eyes lit up glowing and I didn't believe him till we got back to our rooms. I had gone to the bathroom opening the faucet and moving the water with my finger. When I looked up into the mirror my eyes were white like flash lights in pitch balck darkness.
At first I thought it looked weird, but then I realized this whole situation was weird. I mean I had powers that could control water whenever I wanted!
I sigh letting go of my flat pillow. The sun hadn't risen yet and everyone was still in bed I think. I got up from the bed looking out the window. The sky was pale with how early it was.
My eyes traveled to the woods, my body yearning for something. All night something was bothering me in the back of my mind.
I had wondered where my powers could come from. I was born in the Warrior realm, with Warrior parents so there's no way I could just suddenly have these abilities.
I looked down at my hand, it looked normal just paler. Like the rest of my body.
When I was in school we had read about the realms and what makes us different from each other. The Demon Realm was filled with demons and monsters and they sometimes dealt with dark mark magic. The Outside was filled with humans who were oblivious to all magic. There was us who protected them and then there was The White Realm.
The White Realm was its name. White. There was snow all year round and it was always cold. They lived on magic and spells but I had never actually seen that before. They had white everything from food to clothes and shoes.
Was I like them?
I pulled my had into a fist squeezing tight. Closing my eyes I pictured a small snowflake. Like the ones on the border of the White Realm. I pictured that then I pictured snow lots of it. I imagined it snowing, like sprinkling water raining down on my white hair.
I opened my eyes when I felt something wet hit my cheek. Looking up I saw snowflakes raining down softly from above. There was a little white cloud above my head. I smiled at the small thing. I reached up a hand poking it and watched as it popped like a bubble.
I opened my hand and imagined more. I felt something cold and wet land on me and saw a small snowball sitting in my hand. Though it was starting to melt and land on the floor.
I let it fall watching sink into a puddle. With my hands I picked up the water watching it float up and swirl into a ball.
I switched it from hand to hand, watching it wobble.
I lifted it up spreading it apart with my fingers until they were tiny little balls.
"What the hell?!"
I turned my head to the door not realizing it was open. The balls in the air froze and dropped to the ground shattering into tiny pieces of ice.
Lily and Sarah were at the door staring in shock at what they just saw.
