'Ugh... what the fuck was that?' Aaron groaned when he came to a few seconds after blacking out.
'Oh. Oops. I probably should have warned you about the massive influx of information from your soul. Oh well.' the evil system said as it snickered.
'I don't know if its evil, or just a prick. At least it's somewhat helpful, I think.' as Aaron was debating about the nature of the evil system, a bing sounded from the subsystem.
Bing!

The subsystem listed over 100 skills, a lot being basic skills or simple in theory; like create water, or sword mastery. There was even one about diplomacy, but that was to be expected since his body was a king.
After Aaron looked over the stat screen he started to work on the antidote. He was amazed at how many skills he had to combine just to actually perform alchemy; As well as that the alchemy skill was just how to combined the other skills and formulas.
When the antidote was finish, Aaron didn't hesitate to down it in one gulp. It burned as it went down, felt like an 160 proof spirit.
Ding! User is no longer poisoned.
"Alright. Pack up Ritz, we are leaving when you're done. Take only what you need." he said as he walked over to a 'table' where a map was sitting.
'Hmm... where should we go? Well if we're being pursued they will assume we want to get far away as possible to go into hiding. But I know better, the best place to hide is always in their backyard...' Aaron was pondering as he stared at the map.
'Let's see, well from the memories of this body, this world isn't really that advanced is espionage, I mean, there is literally no enemy besides like, some basic bandits. Well, guess we'll just leave some misleading information.'
Aaron started to draw on the map, namely a path that leads to the wastelands opposite of any civilization. Then using the illusion skills he aquired, he layered fake paths on top of each other.
Ritz was behind her father was watching what he was doing. "Daddy, what are you doing?" she asked a little bit confused. "Leaving behind a trail for them to follow, just some basic counterintelligence really." Aaron replied almost on instinct.
"What is counterintelligence? I have never heard of it?" Ritz asked even more confused now.
This shocked Aaron out of being absorbed in his task. Well he had already done 7 layers, so it should be fine. "Ah right, basically I am leaving a trap, all it will really do is waste their time and lead away from us. Are you finished packing?"
"Yes daddy. We're heading for the capital. Mainly one of the small towns near it." Aaron said as he packed up the alchemy supplies, at least the ones that can be reused.
'What the hell? Dad is wanted by basically everyone, why the hell are we going to the capital?' Ritz thought as she debated if she should try to change her father's decision. "But daddy, isn't going to the capital basically turning yourself in?" she said after she finally decided that his choice to go to the capital was a very stupid choice.
"Huh? No, why would I turn myself in? Its the best place to hide." Aaron said as he looked confused as to why she thought he was turning himself in.
He finished packing what was still useful, couple of potion bottles, a cauldron, couple of material processing tools. It was when he opened his mouth that Ritz interrupted him.
"But daddy! They have posters of you everywhere, and the soldiers of the captial are everywhere." she tried to convince him again.
"Honey, the soldiers only patrol the border and the capital itself, and with my skills in illusions, none of the commoners in the towns near the capital will be able to see through it. Where as, everywhere beyond the border is going to have people searching." Aaron told her in a somewhat instructional annoyed manner. He wondered if anyone had even learned basic espionage tactics.
'Well. There is only one world power here, it isn't like your world where there are many world powers struggling to be the strongest. And don't try to say that none of them were, and that it was only for defense. It doesn't have to be military might, but they all were trying in some fashion.' the evil system chimed in.
"Alright, we need to leave. We've been here too long as it is. Let's go." Aaron said as he left the cave followed by Ritz.
