Thrasher looked up when he entered Royal Capital City. Above him, suddenly, a gigantic screen showing the recording of the goblin battle began playing. Thrasher, as surprised as he was, turned towards Dream Knight.
"Wow… people are going to have to see this?" Thrasher looked up and gawked at him running towards the 500 goblins.
"Yup, you're huge now captain," Dream Knight replied somewhat embarrassed by her sitting down by the tree with Pell.
"Ah… I guess the hard work payed off," Thrasher smiled and patted Pell's head. She giggled as she looked at her and Dream Knight doing nothing in the video.
The NPCs were also able to see the playing video and were confused as they looked up. In a moment, they began to bow down in fear and reverence. They were not expecting this projection to appear and soon felt that Thrasher must have caused the gods to act.
The same thing occurred with the hobgoblins who were soon scared and fled from the plains outside of Royal Capital City. However, Thrasher then saw himself get sent flying, and sighed in fear of his master's commentary. Perhaps because of this, ten hours of gunshot training wouldn't be enough.
Pell smiled at him and then squeezed his arm. "You did so well, brother! I really think master may find you because of this!"
"Ah, I'm finally going to get to meet your master," Purple Monarch grinned after hearing about his legendary master earlier.
"Uhm, only if we can't outrun him…" Thrasher began laughing like he was joking, but Dream Knight saw through this, and then looked up seeing herself cast [halo rain] once again.
"Ugh, well, at least I healed you, right captain?!"
"Yup… however, what were you two talking about?"
Thrasher wished they would zoom in on the two girls talking in the background. However, at this moment, Purple Monarch appeared, and the poor journalist was turned to road kill. As he was trampled on, he waited for them to answer.
"Ah… I just told Dream Knight everything bad about you…"
Dream Knight nodded her head. "Yup, you're really incredible captain!"
Thrasher, unaware of what this meant, could only sigh as the video shut off.
"Well, thank you for watching the new commercial for <
"Uhm, are you hear to ask if we give you permission to show our faces?" Thrasher saw a paper in their hand as they nodded.
"Yup, we need your virtual signature, Thrasher… However, you're timing… it's like you have a sixth sense or something…"
Dream Knight nodded her head. "Yup, I always suspected Thrasher was an alien…"
Thrasher giggled before he took the pen. "Ah, no, I just wanted to start a guild!" After signing the paper, Pinnacle Lilly, Purple Monarch, Dream Knight, and the five new recruits took turns. Once it was signed, they then received a gift from the GMS.
[Ding! You've acquired the badge, slayer of evil]
[Slayer of evil] (Teal)
[When you are present in the midst of evil, you will be deal 10% extra damage.]
[Once a day, you can activate the skill [holy shout] to decrease fear in allies.]
Thrasher was touched by the badge. "Thank you for giving this to me!"
"Yes, we are glad to do our duty… You saved us from having a boring intro," GM Michigan said towards him.
"Yup, we owe you more than just a badge! However, would you like something pretty girl…" GM Albatross smiled at Pell holding a legendary staff in his hands.
Pell looked at a loss for words, and Thrasher could only sigh and whisper into the GM's ears. "She'll only like it if she finds it herself."
At the next moment, GM Michigan smiled and caused a treasure box to appear. "Here, I'll hide this for you in the city… If you find it yourself, does that count?"
Pinnacle Lilly nodded her head. "Yup, however, brother… I would've taken the staff…"
Thrasher smiled and then walked away from The GM's. "Ah, well, I care about you, so now you have a reason to scout the city!" He was hoping she didn't get mad at him later, and she sort of looked like she might.
"Hmmm, well, I'm not going to scout… I'm just going to look for it brother…! However, Dream Knight, can you come with me" She wasn't mad, and in fact seemed happy.
"Alright, but captain… please don't forget to create our guild!"
Thrasher nodded his head as the GMs waved by the two girls. They spent a few minutes looking up and talking to Purple Monarch, and asking what he wanted. After receiving a new hammer for his wife, the [double step hammer], the GMs decided to leave them two at the front of the guild hall.
When they arrived, an NPC with long hair was already waiting in front of the huge circular tower.
"Wow, is this who you summoned me for masters?"
GM Albatross smiled at them. "Yup, I figured they shouldn't do paper work. After all, they just saved us from spending real money on actors."
GM Michigan nodded her head. "Yup… we're really grateful for you guys! Hope your new soloists are just as good as the old ones!"
Thrasher nodded his head hoping that was indeed the case. As he clutched his sword, he looked down at the paper that appeared. The GMs then smiled and disappeared as they went back to their non GM accounts.
Purple Monarch stood next to Thrasher as he received the paper and looked down at his hesitating hands.
"So, boss, are we still going to be the soloists?"
