At the age of 14, Kamilia was taken in by the powerful and wealthy El-Mukrani family, who forced her to become an organ donor for her sick stepbrother, Iyad. 
Despite their control, Kamilia was determined to escape and live a life of her own making.

Six years later, Kamilia has found some semblance of freedom and happiness, but her newfound peace is shattered when Iyad reappears, threatening to shatter everything she's worked hard to build. 
However, Kamilia is surprised to learn that Iyad is now the young master of the El-Mukrani family and has taken her in secretly to keep her close to him.

Unaware of Iyad's actions, the rest of the El-Mukrani family continues to be corrupted and seek revenge on Kamilia's own family, who are in a mafia war with them. 
As Kamilia struggles to protect her independence and the life she's built, she finds herself drawn to Iyad in a way that she can't ignore.

Despite their complicated past, Kamilia and Iyad start to fall in love, but their romance is forbidden and dangerous.
