Chereads / Wrong Reincarnation [OIMUHCAW] / Chapter 21 - A small problem III

Chapter 21 - A small problem III

I was currently lying on a nearby tree. I was waiting for the elf woman to heal her wounds. Truth be told, I didn't feel like killing her; I didn't like hurting women, it made me feel bad in many ways. Preferably, I wanted her to go away and leave me alone, but I knew she wasn't going to give up. Well, the other reason I didn't leave the place was because the view here was beautiful. I mean, it's not every day you get to see a beauty with pointy ears. This woman reminded me of the elf girl from before; she was quite the curious breed, if you asked me.

"Why don't you attack me?" After at least 20 minutes of silence, the elf woman finally spoke.

"Why should I?"

"Because you're a human."

"Pfff, hahaha, how stupid!"

"What's so funny?"

"I find it funny that you compare me to those guys from before. The only reason I don't agree to go with you is because of the differences and hatred between humans and elves. If I follow you, there's a good chance I'll end up in a fight with you."

"That doesn't answer my question."

"I just don't like killing beautiful women, or any kind of women at all. Does that answer your question?"

"Fufufu, did you fall in love with me, little human?"

"I don't like stubborn and violent women."

"Fufufu, I dare you to repeat that when I'm done healing."

"How scary."

Chatting with the elf woman, time soon passed and she fully recovered, standing up. There stood the elf woman, missing a bit of her clothing. I stared at her; I was curious if she still had the will to fight. I watched her leaning against a tree; I was not afraid, as my defenses were up at all times.

"You're so rude, take off a lady's clothes!"

"It wasn't intentional."

"Fufufu, it doesn't look like it to me. You've been staring me up and down for quite some time now. I just want to know, what do your eyes see, human child?"

"Everything. My eyes see everything," I answered seriously. I wasn't lying; I could see everything: internal organs, brain, and the mana surrounding her. Nothing was escaping me. What I was trying to do was adjust my vision to see behind her clothes, but it didn't work. It was weird; I could see inside the body, but not her skin, weirdly.

- IF YOU WANT TO SEE BEHIND WOMEN'S CLOTHES, LEARN TO DO IT ON YOUR OWN.

'What the fuck!????'.

I soon discovered the reason why I couldn't see what I wanted to see: damn D turned out to be a defender of women.

'Hey, didn't you tell me you would obey me?'

'Hey, D'.

The bastard fell silent. After a while, receiving no response, I gave up. Something had changed in D, no doubt about it; he was becoming more human. I had noticed this before.

"Hey, human boy, if you come with me, I swear on my name that no one will touch you."

The elf woman's gaze became serious; she seemed to be serious. Seeing her seriousness, an idea occurred to me.

"Okay, but I have one condition."

"Which is it?".

"If anyone from your country gives me even a single scratch, you will personally kill said person. If you don't, I will take it as an offense and kill each and every elf living there, without exceptions."

"That condition, who set it, you or the elemental?"

Idril still couldn't make out who she was talking to. The boy was saying things that children of her age shouldn't even think of saying. The only thing she could think of was that it was the elemental speaking, but what kind of elemental would dare threaten to wipe out all the elves in the kingdom? Idril didn't understand a thing. She came to the forest to take the human and the elemental quickly, but here she was, taking a beating from an elemental hiding in a human. Given the circumstances, she had no choice but to accept.

"It was the elemental."

"I see".

"Oh, right, to make sure you keep your end of the deal, I have this."

A worn-out scroll appeared in front of the elf woman. It was the same scroll I took from the cube, only 'delete' was used on it to use it again. It wasn't easy to delete the content written on the paper, but D found a way to do it. Now that the talking cube was dead, the conditions in the contract were no longer valid; thanks to that, D was able to remove the conditions so that she could reuse the scroll. On the scroll were some conditions that would help my survival. Seeing the content, Idril was shocked; that scroll was no joke, it contained a mysterious energy. She knew better than anyone what that was. Turning to look at the human boy, she soon saw a smile plastered on his face. The boy's smile was an innocent smile that gave her chills. Looking at the contract in detail, she read what was written on it, soon closing her eyes and nodding her head.

"Phew, well, the conditions look reasonable."

"Then sign and your request will be heard."

"But don't you think you're a little demanding?"

"I don't know what you're talking about, I just want to ensure my safety, that's all."

"And what does my body have to do with your safety?"

"It has a lot to do with it."

The conditions D placed on the parchment were: 1: the elf woman had to protect me at all costs; 2: the elf woman could not tell anyone about our previous battle; 3: if I received even a scratch, the elf woman's body would become part of my property. And there was the catch; if I signed it and received a wound, I would undoubtedly gain a powerful ally. The reason was simple: although it is not yet a certainty, it is possible that I could manipulate the elf woman at will, since she would become part of my property, just as the cube can be manipulated at my will. The fourth and final condition stipulated the duration of the contract. All of the above was valid as long as I was hurt by an elf in elf lands.

"Alright".

Using the blood that stained her hands, she signed her name with her blood. By doing so, she proved to me that this was not the first time she had seen a scroll like that. Shortly after she signed the scroll, I said to her:

"Nice to have you as a bodyguard, Miss Idril."

"Yes, the pleasure is mine, human child."

Idril's face was the best; her defeated face was so cute. Shortly after signing the contract, I took it back; that paper was very valuable. Now that I had signed the contract, I approached Idril. I had nothing to fear anymore; if she did something, I most likely wouldn't live to tell the tale. But seriously, the view here was spectacular.

'If all the elves are this beautiful, I'll gladly stay and live there.'

- HA, HE'S GOING TO GET US KILLED.

'What the hell is wrong with you?'

'Are you really in puberty or what's the problem?'

'Hey'.

Again, I received no response. D was having some pretty drastic changes; he almost sounded like a woman pestering me. D's mechanical voice didn't sound so much like a machine anymore. Receiving no response, I let it be.

"Come on, kid."

"For now, call me D, miss."

"As you wish. Come on, D, we'll teleport to the royal palace."

"Ok, let's go."
