"Didi."

Green-skinned monster: Combat Power 120

Red Ribbon Legionnaire: Combat Power 5

Officer: Combat Power 7

"It's one of Piccolo Daimao's monsters!"

Upon seeing the green-skinned soldiers appear, the Red Ribbon Legion troops panicked. They raised their guns and fired wildly at Piccolo Daimao's subordinates, a storm of bullets raining down upon them.

"Jie Jie Jie!"

The monsters didn't fight back. They stood unfazed, letting the bullets ricochet off their bodies harmlessly. Instead, they looked at the attacking soldiers with disdain.

These weak humans were simply struggling in vain before death.

"Bulma, this is your chance to become this world's savior. Are you willing?"

Renkai briefly explained the situation to Bulma, and her eyes sparkled with excitement.

A world savior.

Was there anything more worthy of boasting about than this?

"Brother, do you think I can do it?"

Bulma's face was filled with anticipation.

"If I say you can, then you can! Don't worry, your big brother will take care of you."

Renkai reassured her.

"Then, Savior Bulma, your journey to save the world begins now—with eliminating the minions of Piccolo Daimao."

Renkai pointed toward the green-skinned monsters who were already grinning wickedly, preparing to slaughter the Red Ribbon soldiers.

"Brother, just watch me!"

Thrilled by the opportunity to impress Renkai, Bulma charged forward, unleashing a devastating flurry of attacks that crushed the green-skinned monsters without mercy.

Not a single one was left alive.

In her original journey for the Dragon Balls, Bulma had always carried a pistol and wasn't afraid to pull the trigger when faced with danger. She was no naive pacifist—she knew how to deal with enemies.

"I can't believe it… This girl, who seemed so fragile, just wiped out those invulnerable green-skinned monsters!"

"Each one of them could have easily destroyed an entire town!"

"I don't doubt it anymore—this girl really is the savior who will defeat Piccolo Daimao!"

Seeing Bulma take down ten seemingly invincible monsters in just a few moves, the Red Ribbon soldiers erupted in cheers.

To them, Piccolo Daimao's minions were undefeatable nightmares, yet Bulma had easily crushed them. From her, they saw the hope of finally overthrowing the demon king and restoring peace to the world.

"Savior, we will escort you to our secret headquarters!"

An officer stepped forward and saluted Bulma with utmost respect.

"Brother, what do you think?"

Bulma enjoyed the admiration of the Red Ribbon soldiers, but with Renkai around, she was still used to letting him make the final decision.

"Baby, you are the savior now."

Renkai looked at her affectionately.

"I want to see my father, mother, and my other self in this world first."

Bulma was curious.

Ignoring the Red Ribbon Legion, the two soared into the sky, flying toward West City.

Renkai had already taught Bulma the Bukujutsu technique.

On their way, they saw no signs of life on the ground—only ruins. Every city they passed lay in complete devastation, with massive craters marking the aftermath of destructive Ki blasts.

There was no doubt—this was Piccolo Daimao's doing.

It wasn't until they arrived at West City that they finally saw human activity.

However, the once-thriving metropolis was nothing like before. The city was in shambles—collapsed buildings, streets littered with rubble, and countless people with gaunt faces and tattered clothes searching desperately for any remaining supplies.

No one noticed as Renkai and Bulma landed.

"Brother… do you think my parents and my other self are still alive in this world?"

Bulma's voice trembled as she took in the horrific state of West City.

"I can only sense Dr. Brief's energy."

Renkai's words were enough.

In his perception, there was no trace of Bulma or her mother in this world. Something unfortunate must have happened.

Bulma felt her heart sink.

The two soon arrived at Capsule Corporation. What was once a grand villa had been reduced to rubble, just like the rest of the city.

Bulma quickly punched in a security code, granting them access to the underground survivor shelter.

"Who's there?"

A haggard-looking Dr. Brief emerged from the shadows, clutching a shotgun. His face was covered in stubble, and his once-gentle demeanor had been replaced with a hardened expression.

The Dr. Brief from this world was completely different from the one Renkai and Bulma knew.

"Bulma?! Am I dreaming?! I can see you again?!"

The shotgun clattered to the ground as Dr. Brief rushed forward, embracing Bulma tightly, tears streaming down his face.

"Dad…"

Bulma was overwhelmed by the genuine emotion in his voice.

"Hello, Dr. Brief of this world. I am Renkai, and this is how it all happened…"

Once Dr. Brief's emotions settled, Renkai explained everything.

"So… you're from another world?"

Dr. Brief pulled out his stash of drinks and snacks, offering them to Renkai and Bulma. He also lit a cigarette, lost in thought.

"Dad, what happened to my mother and my other self?"

Bulma put down her drink and asked.

"…Sigh."

Dr. Brief let out a deep sigh, staring at Bulma—his daughter from another world—before revealing the painful truth.

In this timeline, Bulma and her mother had both been killed during Piccolo Daimao's first attack on West City.

Dr. Brief had barely survived by sheer luck, having been inside his underground laboratory at the time.

"Brother, can you… can you bring back my mother and me in this world?"

Bulma's voice was filled with sorrow.

"Of course."

Renkai nodded. "But first, you need to defeat Piccolo Daimao."

"Thank you, brother!"

Bulma's gloom quickly turned into determination.

"Bulma, what are you talking about?"

Dr. Brief was confused.

"Dad, my big brother is a dragon who can grant any wish…"

Bulma's words filled Dr. Brief with hope. He perked up instantly.

The Dr. Brief they knew was back.

Curious, Renkai asked about the history of this world.

According to Dr. Brief:

In this timeline, Son Goku never existed. King Chappa gathered the Dragon Balls and wished to become the ruler of Earth. Later, Marshal Black of the Red Ribbon Army used the Dragon Balls to increase his height by five centimeters. To overthrow King Chappa, the Red Ribbon Army launched a world war. King Chappa's forces were defeated, and he fled with two loyal followers. In desperation, Chappa released Piccolo Daimao from the rice cooker. With Piccolo Daimao's power, King Chappa turned the tide and crushed the Red Ribbon Army. But instead of being grateful, Piccolo Daimao betrayed and killed Chappa, taking over Earth as its new ruler.

Now, the remnants of the Red Ribbon Army and Chappa's former forces were rebelling against Piccolo Daimao.
