The director came in.

The manager was immediately alarmed.

"I'm sorry, but I refuse." said Draken, walking towards the door.
"What? Did Aiden Frost just get rejected?"
"I've got three days until I'm re-levelled. I've got a lot of work to do." said Draken.
"Director, did I forget to introduce myself just now? Did I try too hard? He must be an excellent assassination-type hunter," Aiden said quietly from the centre.
The other S-rank hunter came running over.
"After seeing that guy's behaviour just now, you realise he's not someone you can easily defeat." said Aiden to the S-rank hunter.
"Damn it! Am I too late?"
Draken sat somewhere in the cold, lost in thought.
"That day...was it you who defeated the enemy in the ice dungeon?" came a voice from the other side.
It was one of the S-rank hunters.
"Thanks to you, Draken, I have learnt that my perspective was not correct."
"We meet again,Hunter."
"The primary goal of the surveillance department is not to deal with monsters, but with humans. In other words, we must track and punish vigilante hunters."
"If that's true, I don't want anything to do with the surveillance department," Draken replied.
"Well, our presence only serves as a shackle for the hunters, though it may seem pointless to an S-rank...There's someone who would like to meet you, could you spare a moment?" The hunter held his hand out into the darkness:
"The President of the Hunters, Darius Greystone, is waiting for you."
Darius Greystone stepped out of the darkness and walked towards the Draken.
"Hunter Draken Nightfall? Nice to meet you, I'm Darius Greystone."
"This man is not normal, even if he is old, he certainly has an aura worthy of S-rank power," Draken spoke inwardly.
"I'd like to congratulate you on becoming an S-rank Hunter." Darius said.
"There's still another reassessment process."
"To tell you the truth, the re-evaluation process is nonsense. It's a sensitive sensor that allows us to compartmentalise the results, so it has no function other than to measure scope, and even if it did allow us to measure the ranges between the current levels, it would be impossible to measure the difference between S-rank, SS-rank or SSS-rank."
"Then why?" asked Draken.
"You mean reassess? To buy us time," Darius replied with a laugh.
"Buy us time?"
