Chapter 4 - The wise man and Azrael

When the wise man left the human realm, he headed directly to the kingdom of Sombrafel, but he didn't enter; he stayed on the outskirts. From there, he saw an annihilated army of men, wizards, and witches. Witnessing this devastation, he felt fear. In the distance, he spotted Azrael. Despite the fear consuming him, the wise man made his way to Sombrafel, as he had to move his tavern to the human realm. Azrael saw him from afar and approached.

Azrael: "I know who you are and where you've been. What makes you think you'll leave here unharmed?" he said with a threatening voice. "I know everything you think, I can even feel the fear surrounding you. You are weak and a disastrous wise man who only causes trouble in other realms. Old and foolish."

Wise Man: "But, Azrael..." he replied nervously. "I only came to see the great king of Sombrafel and offer him some beers from my tavern..."

Azrael: "Do you really think I can't read your mind?" Azrael interrupted him with disdain.

The wise man had a brother, a young warrior who lived only to survive. Unable to enjoy life, he fought for his kingdom in exchange for a few coins of gold and silver, insufficient to satisfy their mother. The wise man knew the paths his brother took, but he never helped him.

Azrael: "Here, old wise man..." Azrael threw the head of the wise man's brother to the ground.

The wise man began to lose his sanity, lamenting bitterly.

Azrael: "I'll spare you, miserable old man, but don't think you can escape me. I will watch you wherever you go, and if you do anything that annoys me, I'll kill you just as I did your brother. Ha, ha, ha!"

Azrael burst into laughter as the wise man mourned deeply for the loss of his dear brother.

Azrael: "By the way, old wise man, I know where the Drakon sword is. But it's impossible to reach. The four gods joined their forces to seal it with the arcane gods, and not even I can access it. Don't bother searching for it; you'll only find death."

Azrael said this knowing that the wise man sought the sword not only for its power but also out of a desire for vengeance for his brother.

Wise Man: "Fine... I understand that you have omniscience. Leave me alone," the wise man begged, exhausted.

Azrael: "Only omniscience? Many say I am omnipotent. And, although I don't have omnipresence, I can appear anywhere in an instant thanks to my magic."
