Although Miles was angry, his eyes were also shining bright as he stated at the corpsenkf the Rattus. He didn't even feel the pain on his shoulder as he raised his hands and touched the massive body of the beast.

Tendrils dug deep into the body of the massive Rattus then at a rate visible to the human eyes, the Rattus's body started to shrink rapidly.

At first, Miles felt nothing as his Nuclear pulse activation kept increasing steadily by 1% but as his vitality attribute reached 99% he felt his body growing warmer and warmer. He could feel an intoxicating warm stream of energy flowing through his body rapidly like a snake. The current started increasing bit by bit as it circulated his body, increasing his physique.

His face flushed red and his body turned crimson like a shrimp on fire. His muscles trembled uncontrollably as he felt the previously tiny warm current coursing through his body suddenly blaze like wildfire.
At that moment, the entire body of the Rattus had been drained dry, leaving just dried skin and bones which immediately turned to ash as the wind blew.
Miles felt extremely hot, he couldn't hear a single noise, only the buzzing sound of his heart, pumping blood through his body filled his mind. It was as though his heart was about to leap out from his chest. He felt the pain in his chest easing as though his broken shoulder was healing.
Deep within him, his cells sucked in massive amounts of genetic nutrients, enlarging rapidly as they became even stronger and sturdier!
His bones released muffled booming noises like thunder strikes as his body genetic structure started to evolve.
In the blink of an eye, Miles body grew from his original 1.75 meters to 1.85 meters. His muscles trembled underneath his flesh as the massive amount of genetic nutrients within him evolved his entire being.
Suddenly, an organ began to rapidly develop near the large valve of his heart like a tumor. The organ seemed intensely different from the heart but it developed in such a way that it merge with the heart, becoming one with the heart.
But this object seemed to glow and in the next second, it started to beat in synchronization with his heart.
Thick blood flowed from his heart, into the organ and then flowing into his veins and system. The moment the heart pumped red blood into the organ, the red blood undergo an extremely complex change in properties and even the colors change from blood red to dark-red and flowed into his body.
The moment the blood flowed through his veins into his system, a miraculous change occur within his cells as they seem to alter from human cells into something more... evolved!
"Ka-cha!"
Miles suddenly heard the sound of something being unlocked within him and a sudden relief overwhelmed him.
He felt as though he had being massaged by the best masseuse in the world. He felt as though he could breathe properly.
His body felt light and free like gravity suddenly didn't have much hold over him. But he knew it was because he of the massive increase in strength.
Looking at him now, his body had expanded to almost twice his previous size. His flesh more degined compared to the hint appearance earlier. Now, there were times muscles all over his body with not a single fat in him.
He had finally fully awakened his Nuclear pulse, he was now a Super Soldier!
Miles suddenly noticed the presence of another organ cooled around his heart like a parasite. He opened the combat suit and saw his chest revealing a slight dark glow that pulsed along with his heartbeat. It was indeed a marvelous sight.
After a while, Miles there were still some biomass within him. It was as though his cells were waiting for his command to either absorb it or store them within his genetic storage space. However Miles immediately chose to absorb it and not store it.
In that split second, his strength rose and he broke through from level 1 Supersoldier to Level 2!
Moreover, there seemed to be some sort of power coursing through his veins. He tried using his cells to grasp the power and control it.
But the energy seemed to be immaterial and slip from the control of his cells. He couldn't control it as of yet. Not unless he was given a Nuclear Cultivation Technique to control them.
Miles exhaled slowly.
He could feel his eyesight had improved and he could see more colors. He was able to see ultra violet rays and even the patterns on flowers that are invincible to the naked eyes are now visible to him.
He could feel some sort of energy in the air he hadn't been able to feel all this while. He could even feel the strength of objects by feeling and seeing their energy vibrations.
'Is this what they call nuclear energy?' Miles couldn't help but mutter to himself.
In addition, his listening range had improved, not to mention his strength, speed and physique too had increased drastically.

The tree was so large that three men were barely enough to circle its radius.
However, when Miles fist slammed into the tree's bark, splinters of wood exploded in all directions as a massive dent ten inches deep could be seen in the tree.
Taking back his fist, Miles felt like the current him wouldn't have been in such a bad situation if he met the Giant Rattus right now. Infact, with his current strength, dispatching it would be easy.
