Maine frowned because this question wasn't really proper. The ways one activate their nuclear pulse were different from each other and also kept secret. While the most obvious way was to drink F-rank strengthening serum, once one take too much of the serum, the cells would have gotten used to the serum that it wouldn't be able to have any effect on the body again, building resistance to the serum. Hence, rendering the serum unable to be used again.

Maine's eyes widened as he was caught off guard, he immediately accumulated all the dark energy in his body into his hands.
Slowly, a black screen of light condensed in front of his hands. The purple poisonous smoke roiled and exploded once it came into contact the black light. Maine grunted as he was pushed back by the concussive force of the explosion, his hands started to numb. Seeing this, the rest of the group stood stock still frightened before turning to run out as quickly as they could.
At that moment, Miles exploded forwards like a bullet as the ground beneath his feet cracked.
His large blade already in mid swing towards the monster's still open mouth. The tip of his blade slowly cutting open the monster's head like hot knife to butter!
The monster never expected such a sharp blade, as it suddenly realized the danger, it tried to retreat quickly but it was too late. Its body staggered as blood and brain matter dripped to the ground.
His head tilted, and with a massive thump that creates smoke, it stopped breathing and died.
"It died?" When Maine saw that Miles didn't follow the plan of stopping its movement by attacking its leg, he thought Miles must have forgotten about it. But he truly did not expect with just one strike of Miles would have slain the monster. How ridiculous!
After shaking the blood off the sword, Miles slowly sheathed his blade and said: "Thank you. When the monster ejected that poisonous cloud, it delayed for a second, and in addition, it had a huge inherent flaw. After harvesting the Interdimensional beast, they began to explore the cave. The cave itself was not that deep, only measuring about thirty meters. With a torch in his hand, Maine gasped at what he saw, "it is not Scarlet poison fruit, it is a Spider King Plant!"
"What? The Spider King plant? Maine, are you sure about this?" Paul turned in surprise.
Maine confirmed: "The Scarlet poison fruit is supposed to be a deep purple color like an orchid. But the Spider King plant is black, the tip of each leaves like a leg of a poisonous spider. I am sure!"
After hearing Maine, even Miles who was usually quite calm couldn't help his heartbeat quicken.
Although the Scarlet poison fruit was very valuable and was quite helpful for some poison bloodline warrior with their trainings as a rare medicinal ingredient, it could only be sold for about two to three hundred thousand Credits.
