"Your daddy wants you to win over someone, with your cuteness, she has triplets they are the same age as you," Reina said. Kaito dislike being around woman it was because of his mother Rylee who sometimes secretly hit him. Once his father found out and he became so angry that day Azriel kicked Rylee out for five months and with no allowance! Of course Rylee is a mage cultivator and she is from a strong guild so she stayed there but Azriel knew a child needs their mother but he told Rylee if he lays his hands on his son again it won't be pretty.
*Kaito's eyes widened, his small face hesitant. He didn't like being around women, especially those who reminded him of his mother. But he looked up at his father, and saw the expectation in his eyes. Kaito took a deep breath, his small shoulders squaring.
"I'll try, Daddy," he said, his voice barely above a whisper. Azriel's face softened, his eyes warm with approval.
"That's my boy, Kaito," he said, his voice low and gentle.
Kaito's eyes dropped, his gaze falling to the floor. He didn't want to think about his mother, didn't want to remember the way she used to hurt him. But he knew his father was trying to help him, trying to make him stronger. So he took another deep breath, his small chest expanding with determination.
"I'll win her over, Daddy," he said, his voice a little louder now.
"I'll make her like me." Azriel's smile grew wider, his eyes crinkling at the corners.
"I know you will, Kaito," he said, his voice full of confidence.
"You're a charming boy, and I'm sure you'll make a great impression." Reina rolled her eyes, a skeptical look on her face.
"You're really going to use your son to win over Akira, aren't you?" she asked, her voice dry. Azriel's smile never wavered, his eyes glinting with amusement.
"I'm just giving Kaito a chance to make a new friend, Reina," he said, his voice innocent. But Reina wasn't fooled, and she knew that Azriel was up to something.
Four days later Akira was outside the park she watched her kids running around with excitement. That's when he saw a an adorable cute boy who held out sunflowers for her.
"Fairy Aunt these flowers are for you," the boy said this boy was Kaito he felt shy but he couldn't believe they was such a beautiful woman like her! Akira slowly reached over to the flowers and her smile was so bright like an angel.
"Thank you cutie pie," Akira said Kaito blushed he threw his arms around Akira he didn't know why but he felt a deep connection to this woman. Akira chuckled as she hugged the child as well.
Kaito's eyes sparkled as he hugged Akira tightly, feeling a sense of comfort and safety he hadn't felt in a long time. Akira's warm smile and gentle touch made him feel at ease, and he couldn't help but squeeze her a little tighter. Akira laughed, her voice like music, and hugged him back, her eyes shining with kindness.
"You're a sweet boy, aren't you?" she said, her voice soft and gentle.
Azriel's eyes widened in surprise, his expression unreadable. He had expected Kaito to be charming, but he hadn't expected this. Kaito's aversion to physical touch, especially from women, was well-known to those close to him. The fact that he was hugging Akira so freely was a shock, and Azriel couldn't help but feel a sense of wonder. Alex, his royal adviser, looked equally stunned, his eyes fixed on Kaito and Akira with a mixture of surprise and curiosity. Reina, on the other hand, looked like she was about to faint, her eyes wide with shock and her mouth hanging open in amazement.
"What...what is happening?" she whispered, her voice barely audible. Azriel's gaze never left Kaito and Akira, a small smile playing on his lips.
"It seems, Reina, that Kaito has found someone he feels comfortable with," he said, his voice low and thoughtful.
Akira stared at the child she deeply frowned this boy looks just like Draconian. She touched the boy cheek.
"Thank you for the flowers," Akira said gently.
Kaito's eyes locked onto Akira's, his expression softening as he felt a deep connection to her. He didn't flinch as she touched his cheek, a rare occurrence for him.
"You're welcome, Fairy Aunt," he said, his voice barely above a whisper. Akira's eyes seemed to search his face, her gaze intense, and Kaito felt a shiver run down his spine.
Akira's eyes narrowed, her gaze piercing as she stared at Kaito. She seemed to be searching for something, her expression unreadable. Kaito, sensing her intensity, felt a flutter in his chest, but he didn't look away. He held her gaze, his eyes locked onto hers, as if mesmerized. The air around them seemed to thicken, the only sound the distant chirping of birds and the rustling of leaves. Azriel, Alex, and Reina watched in silence, their eyes fixed on the scene unfolding before them, their faces a mixture of surprise and curiosity.
"You look just like my naughty son who is the same age as you six years old Draconian," Akira said as she gently pinched Kaito cheek.
Kaito's eyes widened in surprise, his face lighting up with a bright smile.
"Really? I look like your son?" he asked, his voice filled with excitement. Akira's gentle pinch on his cheek sent a warm feeling through him, and he felt a sense of connection to this woman. He looked up at her with wide eyes, his gaze searching for any resemblance to his own mother. But Akira's eyes were different, kinder, and warmer. Kaito's heart swelled with a sense of longing, and he felt a pang of sadness. He wished his own mother could be like Akira, gentle and loving.
Kaito's eyes sparkled with curiosity, and he asked,
"What's my lookalike like? Is he naughty?" Akira's smile faltered for a moment, and a hint of sadness crept into her eyes.
"Yes, Draconian can be quite mischievous at times," she said, her voice tinged with a mix of fondness and exasperation. Kaito's grin grew wider, and he exclaimed,
"I bet I can be just as naughty as him!" Akira's eyes crinkled at the corners as she laughed, a warm, throaty sound that made Kaito feel happy.
"I'm sure you can, little one," she said, ruffling his hair with a gentle touch.
"I also have two daughters they are triplets maybe you can play with them over there," Akira said pointing straight ahead and saw group of kids running away from them while they held flames.
"Anastasia! Draconian! Stellen!" Akira shouted as the entire play ground exploded. They wonder why she doesn't bring them to the park.
"Mama wow this boy looks…" Stellen said as she hugged Kaito with a huge smile.
"Haha mama let's kidnap him!" Stellen said.
"He has a family!" "Mama the playground is gone!"
"Well I see that! Now I have to pay!"
Kaito's eyes widened in shock as the playground erupted in chaos, flames engulfing the structures and kids running wild. He stumbled backward, his eyes fixed on the destruction, as Akira's triplets surrounded him, their faces alight with excitement. Stellen's hug was tight and enthusiastic, and Kaito found himself laughing despite the mayhem around them.
"I think I'm being kidnapped!" he exclaimed, his eyes sparkling with amusement. Anastasia and Draconian joined in, their faces grinning from ear to ear, as they chattered excitedly about their new friend. Akira's face was a mixture of exasperation and amusement, her eyes rolling heavenward as she surveyed the destruction.
"Well, I suppose I'll have to pay for the damages... again," she sighed, shaking her head. The triplets' antics were clearly a familiar occurrence, and Kaito found himself feeling drawn to their energetic and playful nature.
