Chapter 29 - Chapter 29 {My Private Villa}

"No I want it after I fully heal you I want to check what kind of condition you have," Akira snapped this guy is far to much poor Reina how can she handle this kind of brother.

"Crown Prince Azriel, I need to examine your leg before we proceed. Please remove your pant leg for me."

There were gray black and gray vines the marks was so deadly she touched Azriel smooth legs and she felt this guy has been poisoned for the past 100 years.

"You have more than one poison, one is ice and fire poison you feel cold and hot and sometimes it just makes it painful at least once a month?" Akira asked she was cold and indifferent about her words.

Azriel's eyes narrowed, his gaze fixed on Akira's face.

"How did you know that?" he asked, his voice low.

"The ice and fire poison, it's been a...constant companion of mine for a very long time." Akira's expression didn't change, but a hint of curiosity danced in her eyes.

"I can sense it," she said, her voice detached.

"The poison is old, at least 100 years old. And it's not the only one, is it?"

"There's another poison, one that's even more...insidious. One that's been eating away at you for years, slowly draining your life force." Akira's eyes seemed to bore into Azriel's soul, her gaze piercing.

"Tell me, Crown Prince, what do you know about the Shadow's Vix?"

Azriel's eyes widened, his face paling. He seemed to lean back in his wheelchair, his eyes never leaving Akira's face.

"How did you know about that?" he whispered, his voice barely audible.

"The Shadow's Vix...it's a legend, a myth. A poison so rare and deadly, it's said to be able to kill even the strongest of warriors." He paused, his eyes glinting with a mixture of fear and desperation.

"I was told it was just a rumor, a story told to scare children into behaving. But I've been feeling it, feeling it eating away at me, slowly draining my life force. I didn't know what it was, or how to stop it." He looked at Akira, his eyes pleading.

"Can you help me? Can you save me from this poison?"

"Yes, I can, I can cure even myth poison. This is easy it would take time but easy for me."

Azriel's eyes widened in surprise, and for a moment, he looked like he didn't believe Akira's words. But then, a glimmer of hope appeared in his eyes, and he leaned forward, his gaze intense.

"Really?" he asked, his voice filled with urgency.

"You can cure the Shadow's Vix? You can save me?" Akira nodded, her expression calm and confident.

"Yes, I can. But like I said, it will take time. I need to gather the right herbs, prepare the right medicine...it's a process." Azriel's face set in a determined expression.

"I don't care about the time. I'll do whatever it takes. Just cure me, Akira. Cure me and I'll give you anything you want."

Azriel's eyes widened in surprise as Akira smacked his hand away, and he couldn't help but chuckle at her reaction.

"I guess I overstepped my bounds," he thought to himself. He watched as Akira stormed out of the room, a smile still playing on his lips. He couldn't help but feel drawn to her, despite her prickly demeanor. He shook his head, chuckling to himself.

"I think I'm in trouble," he thought. He looked down at his hand, still feeling the sting from Akira's slap.

"I think I'm going to have to be more careful around her." He smiled to himself, feeling a sense of excitement at the prospect of getting to know Akira better.

"This is going to be interesting," he thought.

"Crown Prince Azriel where would I work I need a place where is quiet and I won't be bothered," Akira said indifferently as she frowned slightly.

Azriel's eyes lit up with a smile as he considered Akira's request.

"Ah, I think I have just the place," he said, his voice thoughtful.

"My private villa on the outskirts of the city. It's quiet, secluded, and has all the amenities you could need. You'll have complete access to the villa and its gardens, and I'll make sure that you're not disturbed." He paused, his eyes sparkling with amusement.

"Plus, it's far enough away from the palace that you won't have to deal with all the...intricacies of court life." He leaned forward, his voice taking on a persuasive tone.

"What do you say, Akira? Will you take up residence at my villa?"

"Forget it I will stay at my friend place," Akira said who wants to be around Liam family if she sees Liam all he would want you to do is punch that guy in the face.

Azriel's face fell, and he looked disappointed, but he tried to hide it with a smile.

"Suit yourself, Akira," he said, his voice lighthearted.

"But if you change your mind, the offer is still open. My villa is at your disposal whenever you need it." He paused, his eyes glinting with amusement.

"And I'm sure Liam would be...thrilled to see you again." He raised an eyebrow, a mischievous glint in his eye.

"But I'm sure you'll be perfectly safe from his... advances at your friend's place." He chuckled to himself, clearly enjoying the thought of Liam's potential reactions to Akira's presence.

Akira's eyes narrowed, and she shot Azriel a warning glance.

"Don't think about it, Crown Prince," she said, her voice low and even.

"I can take care of myself, and Liam is the last person I want to deal with right now." She paused, her expression cold.

"Just focus on getting better, and let me do my job." Azriel's smile faltered, and he looked taken aback by Akira's intensity. But he nodded, his expression serious.

"Of course, Akira. I apologize if I overstepped my bounds." He leaned back in his chair, his eyes never leaving hers.

"I'll let you get to work, then."

"Is the crown prince this annoying?" Akira mumbled but Azriel heard her comment.

Azriel's eyes sparkled with amusement, and he smiled wryly.

"I'm afraid I'm much worse than this," he said, his voice low and teasing.

"You're just getting a glimpse of my charming personality, Akira. I'm a prince, after all. I'm supposed to be annoyingly charming." He chuckled, his eyes glinting with mirth. "But I'm glad you find me so...endearing." He leaned forward, his voice taking on a conspiratorial tone.

"But don't worry, I'll try to keep my annoying tendencies to a minimum. For your sake, of course."

"Disgusting," Akira said and she walked out of the palace she disappeared in a flash of light.

Azriel's eyes widened in surprise as Akira disappeared into thin air. He sat back in his chair, a mixture of amusement and curiosity on his face.

"Well, I didn't expect that," he said to himself, chuckling.

"I think I've finally met someone who can keep up with me." He smiled to himself, feeling a sense of excitement and intrigue.

"I wonder where she went," he thought, his eyes narrowing in speculation. "And I wonder when I'll see her again."

"Sir when will she be back she now has you as a patient and also your great great grandmother," Adviser Alex said as he bowed his head. Azriel gentleness disappeared it was if it wasn't there at allx Kaito rushed in his father lap and he sat down.

"Daddy is true Fairy Aunt was here?"

"Nope," Azriel lied to his son who pouted. The guards help feel like the crown prince far to shameless to lie to his own son!

Azriel's expression turned cold and serious, and he gave Adviser Alex a stern look.

"I don't know when she'll be back, but I expect you to keep an eye on her and make sure she doesn't get into any trouble," he said, his voice firm. He then turned his attention to Kaito, who was pouting in his lap.

"And no, son, Fairy Aunt wasn't here," he repeated, trying to sound convincing. The guards exchanged a skeptical look, clearly not believing the crown prince's lie. One of them whispered to the other,

"He's definitely going to get caught in his own web of lies one of these days..." Azriel's eyes narrowed, as if he had heard the guard's comment, but he said nothing.
