Nandi's pov
Nandi Xulu, a woman with a heart of gold and a spirit of steel. I had married Amahle's father, Themba, after her mother's tragic death, and had taken on the role of stepmother to Amahle. I had also brought my own son, Lungelo, into the family, and had done my best to create a loving and stable home for all of us.
But despite my best efforts, I couldn't shake the feeling that something was off. Themba had been acting strange lately, always looking over his shoulder and jumping at the slightest noise. And Amahle... poor Amahle. She had been through so much, and I could see the pain and fear still lingering in her eyes.
I sighed, feeling a sense of worry and unease. What was going on? And how could I protect my family from whatever danger was lurking in the shadows?
