As the days passed, I couldn't shake off the feeling of being watched. I kept looking over my shoulder, expecting to see Xolani's menacing face staring back at me.
My father tried to reassure me, telling me that the police were doing everything they could to catch Xolani. But I knew that Xolani was a master of evasion. He had managed to escape from prison once before, and I had no doubt that he could do it again.
One night, I woke up to the sound of footsteps outside my window. My heart racing, I crept out of bed and approached the window. That's when I saw him - Xolani, standing in the shadows, his eyes fixed on me with an unnerving intensity.
I froze, my breath caught in my throat. Xolani's eyes seemed to bore into my soul, and I knew that I was in grave danger.
