Power levels are essential in any book to distinguish the level of each character and this novel will be using letters. Each rank is around 5x stronger than the last but depending on the type of talent/ability, the gap may be different. Each rarity will be 10x rarer with the exception of the S - Tier being 100x rarer than the A - Tier. In this story, around 50% of the people will awaken with an ability.

D - Tier: Around the level of a natural predator on earth. D - Tier awakened are often the main force in weaker regions in the Chaos World and are the most common awakened, most D - Tier awakened specialize in hand-to-hand combat and projectile combat (spears and bows)

C - Tier: C - Tier awakened have reached the level of advanced human weapons with the strongest being able to withstand nuclear weapons. They are often the rear of raiding parties exploring the moderate regions of the Chaos World, and can also unlock talents/abilities that can heal/use elemental attacks.

B - Tier: B - Tier awakened are above the peak of known humanity. B - Tier awakened are often the leaders/advance force of the raiding parties. They possess stronger and more complex abilities than the C - Tier awakened.

A - Tier: A - Tier awakened are at the almost transcendent level and can go in raid parties to the most dangerous level of the Chaos World. A - Tier awakened will almost always receive respect from their countries awakened association and guild (organizations for the awakened)

S - Tier: S - Tier awakened are the strongest humans in the human world and possess extraordinary abilities. Almost all who reveal their rank to the public are celebrities. Most S - Tier Awakened are the leaders of raiding parties in the most dangerous level of the chaos world and are leaders of their own guilds.

Monsters will have their own rating system, with each level corresponding to each rank starting from 1-6☆.

1☆: Monsters at this level are around the level of an E - Tier awakened,

2☆: Monsters at this level are as strong as a D - Tier awakened. It takes 10 E - Tier awakened to defeat one. (it will take 10 awakened of the same tier to defeat a monster that is 1 level higher than them)

3☆: Monsters at this level are at the level of the C - Tier awakened.

6☆: There are few monsters at 6 stars and require 3 S - Tier awakened to defeat one (or 1 advanced raiding party which is around 1-2 S - Tier and 10-20 A - Tier awakened.

The chaos world is the last thing that needs to be categorized and will have 3 levels.
Entry level: This level is the area that is right outside the interdimensional portals that connect the human and chaos worlds, it was inhabited by 1-3☆ monsters but soon after the humans made it to the chaos world, these monsters were all wiped out to create human bases.
The intermediate level: This level is a dangerous one inhabited by 3-4☆ monsters and this is also the last level where human outposts can be seen.
The danger level: The most unexplored level filled with 4-5☆ monsters and is extremely dangerous for any awakened below B - Tier.
