"Ok" replied Grayson with a hint of skepticism. Jay on the other hand, was looking up into the sky.

"I can use this later" remarked Jay
"That was close, I have to find a way to better conceal my attacks," he then whispered under his breath.
[The first 3☆ monster has been defeated by students Grayson and Jay] this message rang out to all the students and the spectators from outside.
"A 3☆ monster has been kill killed?" The principal looked on in shock. "The last time someone killed a 3☆ monster was over a decade ago by Roy Myers an S-Tier awakened ranked #2 in Great Britain!"
"No doubt they are taking the top spots on the leaderboard" some students gasped.
Leena, standing corpse of another 2☆ monster also looked surprised, "I doubt I could kill 1 alone, they must have some special trick" She said with a smile.
A blue screen then appeared in front of her: [You have killed 50 1☆ monsters! You have completed one of your progression missions]
"I'm one step closer to unlocking an S-Tier ability" She murmured to herself.
With that, she walked away from the fading corpse, looking for more monsters to hunt.
"Unacceptable!" Damon yelled "Jay is talentless trash and Grayson can't take a 3☆ monster all by himself, they have to be cheating."
"I don't think we should quickly jump to conclusions," his partner nervously replied "Grayson is still an A-Tier awakened"
The 2 has just killed their first 2☆ monster and were heavily injured, thankfully, that was their last kill needed to complete the challenge.
"I will report them when I leave!" Damon angrily yelled, and with that he and his partner returned to the initial portal and exited the chaos world.
When they stepped out, the crowd looked shocked. "They are so bloodied!" They remarked.
Damon then ran to the principal, complaining, "Principal! I think Jay and Grayson are cheating!"
The crowd then look confused as they heard Damon proclaim.
"And why do you think that?" The principal replied .
"They killed a 3☆ monster by themselves, this hasn't happened in a decade and Jay is talentless, what could he even do,
Some of the crowd nodded in agreement while some others looked on skeptically.
"But do you have proof? You can't bring weapons that are higher than the Epic class and the portal limits other weapons"
"N-n-no I don't have proof" Damon stuttered
"Then we shall wait for the time to be up, the assessment will end in 30 minutes" the principal replied.
As Jay and Grayson continued to explore the chaos world, less monsters started appearing "Hey Jay, should we go to a new place? Grayson asked
"I think we should begin to head back, the assessment is going to be over soon" He replied.
As the 2 were heading back, the 1☆ monsters couldn't do anything to stop them and the ones in the way were slaughtered without remorse.
The 2 soon arrived back at the portals with around 5 minutes left in the assessment.
They were the last ones to leave and were greeted by a wide variety of faces.
The principal soon began his speech "Now since that everyone is here, we can now begin!"
"Out of the hundreds of students, almost all students have passed the assessment, making this the most successful one!"
The students began to cheer as the principal continues his speech
"We also had 2 students who achieved the great accomplishment of killing a 3☆ star monster!"
The students and crowd then looked at Jay and Grayson who just got out of the portal.
"Because of your accomplishment, you will both be awarded later" the principal then spoke to the 2.
"What about my accusation!" Damon yelled
"It is only an accusation and there are no possible ways of external help." Responded the principal.
"The rankings will now be announced," the principal continued his speech. His voice boomed as he let out a presence that dominated the area.
1st Place: Grayson Troy - 7950 points
2nd Place: Jay Walker - 7900 points
3rd Place: Leena Smith - 7000 points
4th Place: Damon Malfoy - 4000 points
"Damnit, I was not even close to them" Damon cursed. "Leena was actually pretty close to catching up to us, how did she get so many points" Grayson asked.
Jay then looked at Leena, currently sitting on a chair, acting carefree, as if she didn't even care about the rankings. "She is actually pretty strong, she must also be hiding something." Jay made a mental note to himself.
Leena then looked at a yellow screen in front of her.

"This is gonna take a long time" She grumbled.
Jay began to grow curious as he saw Leena staring off into the distance. "System, can other S-Tier awakeners have their own systems?" He asked in his head. [yes, all the avatars of foreign gods have their own systems, these people awakened in their own situations and became avatars. There can be natural awakeners with their own, they are the most common but are not in any way weaker than the avatars.] the system gave a detailed response.
Soon the ceremony was over and the students began to leave. As Jay was going home to contemplate what he just learned, the principals voice boomed out again
"Jay Walker and Grayson Troy, meet me in my office for a discussion."
"Oh great!" Jay cursed
