Beep! Beep!! Beep!!!

The alarm snoozed, it's a Monday morning and as usual, work day.

She stretches her hand to turn off the alarm, unwilling to rise from bed, she lays down for two minute and suddenly jerks up from the bed.

"It's Monday morning again 🤦"

She rises from bed, kneels beside the bed and said a silent prayer, she rises to take her bath.

A beautiful and classy room, ' A lady's room' with beautiful colours and home design accessories, a simple yet classic design.

She steps out of the bathroom, walks toward the mirror and gets prepared for work, she brings out a neatly ironed gown suit and puts it on does her make up, about to leave she hears a ring from the door bell, checks to see who was there. She opened the door and it was her neighbor

" A lady in her mid 40's , tall, fair skinned and beautiful"

"Good morning ma'am "

Susan is a tall, dark skinned and beautiful lady, she's a classy, hard working and jovial person.

I see you're dressed for work, I'm sorry to disturb you but I need you to help me carry a package inside, it won't take much of your time.

Susan grins and follows her, helps her with the package and rushes to lock her door. She enters her car and zooms to work .

She enters into a tall, glamorous, modernized building, with the inscription JAH, she walks straight into an elevator and as the door was about closing a tall, dark , handsome looking guy steps into the elevator.

"Good morning"

She looks up only to see her high school crush , surprised but acts cool. The elevator stops and she gets off the elevator, walks straight to her seat and gave a sigh of relief.

"Did I just see kelvin?

Of course I just did

What's he doing here?

I hope he didn't recognize me?"

As she soliloquize, a young man who happens to be a colleague drops a file on her table, dragging her away from her thoughts.

" Good morning, here's the work you asked for , I made sure to get it all done, just go through it and check if there's a need for correction "

"Oooh thanks , I'll get back to you then "

She drops it aside and picks up another file and begins to work on it . She turns on her system and sees messages popping up, it was the office group chat and she checks to see what's happening.

' Have you guys heard?

I think we have a new C.E.O"

"Really?"

" Is he handsome?"

"I hope he's not a jerk?"

" I heard he's the chairman's son"

" What a lucky guy"

" Well he's an handsome bachelor "

"Oh my🤭"

Susan goes through the chats

" So there's a new C.E.O, I just hope he's better than the previous one "

Susan sighs, the previous C.E.O had given her lots of problems and she's finally getting an answer to her prayers and gets back to work.

It's noon and Susan's finally getting a break, she goes to the cafeteria to get lunch. The cafeteria was lousy than a normal day, of course gossips about the new C.E.O continued. Susan has always been a 'mind my own business', kind of girl. She takes her food to a table and begins to eat, a plate of food was dropped on the table by a colleague of her and she seats.

" Aren't you interested in what's going on in the office?"

"Hmmmm 🤔, is it about the new C.E.O?"

"Yes, do you know he's presidents son?"

" I saw it on the group chat "

"We all thought the president didn't have a child "

"So where did this son come from?"

"I did my research and I found out that the president impregnated a lady when he was young and abandoned her."

"So he's the president's son out of wedlock?"

"Yes, he just found out he had a child,he had to claim his child and give him the life he truly deserved after all this years."

"Jane! Jane!!, where do you get all this information from "

"Trust me Susan, they are legit "

"You ought to be a reporter"

Jane carries all the news in the office, nothing passes her by, she's aware of everything going on and her news are always right .

Susan's done eating and leaves for her office, she wonders who the new C.E.O is, little did she know that this is the beginning of an extraordinary journey in her life
