She hurriedly gets down from her car, locks the door in a rush and walks hastily to her boyfriend's house, she couldn't believe her beloved boyfriend is cheating on her.
She hits the door vigorously and shouts his name
" Ray! Ray!! Ray!!!, you cheating bastard open the door"
A sounding slap landed on his cheeks as he opens the door, he places his hand on his cheek.
" What ar "
She sharply interrupts him
"How dare you cheat on me?"
She pushes him out of the way, enters the room and checks around
"Where is she?"
She walks back to him
" Where is that bitch?" She screams
Ray was dumbfounded
"I can't believe you could do this to me"

" Say something? What should I say? You came into my apartment, slapped me and now you're accusing me of cheating " with a confused look and a high pitched tone.
Susan smirks
" How dare you feign ignorance? And act like you know nothing? You cheat!"
"Cheat? will you stop accusing me of cheat and lower your voice"
" Lower my voice? Are you for real?"
" I don't know what you're talking about and you will you quit embarrassing yourself " he said looking disgusted
She smirks again, takes a deep breath and tries to control her anger
"I called you like an hour ago and a lady answered, hung up and I tried calling back it was unavailable, can you explain?"
He looks at her with disbelief
"Is that actually a proof of cheat? Don't you trust me? "
"Oh please, try something else"
" Like why would I even cheat on you or wait, are you cheating on me?"
She sneers
" What?"
" Yes, I don't know, you probably feel insecure because that's what you do"
"No way, you know I'll never do that "
"Why would I then?" He increases the intensity of his voice
She suddenly calms down and tries to understand what was going on
"But who answered your call then?"
He sits and picks up his phone
" I forgot my phone in the nearby eatery, the waitress probably picked the phone to get through to the owner of the phone "
"But she hung up and the phone was not going through "
" I don't know, but you should thank her instead of calling her a bitch for returning back my phone "
Susan went mute for a minute, she felt stupid and embarrassed, she wished she wished the ground could open up and swallow her up.
" I'm sorry babe, but you have me reasons to doubt"
He ignored her and continues scrolling through his phone.
" You've been acting strange this days, I feel like you don't love me anymore and I thought you've started seeing other girls too . I'm sorry I shouldn't have reacted like that."
" You know I've been busy "
She moves closer to him, this time she pulls her ears
"I'm sorry "
He remained quiet
" I'll send you the money you asked for by tomorrow, I know you need it"
He smiles and turns towards her
"Apologies accepted, but don't doubt me again, I love you dear"

She hugs him
" I guess I have to get going it's late already "
He escorts her out of his house and bades her a good bye

He peeps through the window to see if she had gone. He suddenly gave a devilish look and bursts out laughing
"She's such a fool, I'm ought to be an actor"
He picks up his phone and places a call to someone
"Have you gotten home sweetie?"
"Yes dear, I arrived not quite long, so did she cause a chaos?"
"Well , she did but I got it under her control, I played it and she completely ate it" he laughs hysterically
" I guess your plan worked after all"
" You should have seen the way I acted "
" I must say I was quite scared when I heard her voice over the phone "
" You have nothing to be afraid of, she's a fool and a money bag "

Susan takes a pill and drinks water
" I just stressed myself out for nothing "
She lies on the bed and stares at the ceiling.she remembers what had happened and sits up and lays down back and sleeps.
It's morning, Susan runs into the office.
" I can't believe I slept off" she mutters to herself
She looks at her watch
"I have to prepare the documents for today's meeting, if only I hadn't been so stupid last night "

She gets to the elevator but couldn't wait, she turns around and hurriedly runs to take the stairs up, as she walks on the stairs her leg slips .
She falls backward, she closes her eyes and within that few seconds she already saw herself on hitting the floor but was surprised that she wasn't landing on the floor instead she fell on the hands of a man.
