Moraxus just stared in shocked disbelief as the dust settled, and there stood a figure, and one could not understand. There stood a man roughly 7 feet tall, with thick corded muscle along his entire frame. The man was big beforehand, but now it was just overkill.
His muscle density and definition increased by roughly 20 to 30 percent, but that was far from most obvious signs that he was different than before.
His skin, which was a tan caucasian before, was now ashen white. Thick black horns protruded from his forehead, and they were well over a foot long, and red energy seemed to be gathering at the very top. His hair was past shoulder length, and was the same red and black as hellfire, and it seemed to radiate that same power. He also had black bone protrusions on his elbows, and they had jagged edges with a sharp tip at the end of them. He had long nails like kitchen knives on the end of his fingers, and his shoes had split apart, revealing long cloven like feet with sharp nails on each toe. He even had a long tail that ended in two sharp protrusions at the end.
His eyes were what unsettled Moraxus the most, though. Unlike the normal amber color that their kind beared, this Elias had glowing red eyes, and the gaze coming from them promised death. Moraxus began to shake, and he couldn't understand why at first, and then it hit him. He remembered this emotion, but it was something that happened so long ago that it was as if it didn't happen to him. This came from once being a human. He was afraid, and he feared for his life.
All of the above wouldn't have been enough to deter someone like Moraxus, however, it was what he felt that truly terrified him. This demon, or whatever it was that stood in front of him now, was incredibly powerful. More powerful than him, more than his brothers and sisters, and even more shockingly, more powerful than either Lucifer or Lillith.
Demons could sense the power levels of other demons, which at least told him that this Elias was a demon of some kind, just not one that he had even seen before. It was unfathomable that any demon could reach the power of the progenitors, let alone grow past it. It was as if this man somehow kept the human trait to keep growing his power without the limitation from his demonic side. Just what kind of monster did he and his scientists create?
Elias's mind was foggy, yet he was somewhat aware of himself. The foggy feeling came from the rage he was currently feeling for the pirck standing in front of him. He wasn't exactly sure how, he assumed it was the demoic energy raging through his body, but he could feel just how strong everyone was that was standing in front of him. He wasn't good with numbers, and while wasn't exactly sure if this was correct, he would guess that Moraxus could only muster a little under 10% of what he could in terms of raw power.
Elias flexed his hand, and watched as red electricity danced up and down his handand forearm. He examined the goddamn daggers he now had for fingernails, which caused him to examine the rest of his body. White skin, almost like snow, and similar looking nails on his feet, which were now fucking massive. More anger built up inside of him.
"WHAT DID YOU DO TO ME?" Elias roared, and the entire demon realm shook.
"This... can't be." Moraxus said in a whisper.
Elias didn't really expect a response from the demon, but his generic response that an anime villian would say when they bit off more than they could chew just further served to piss him off. His energy became a physical force they weighed down every demon in the room, bringing them to kneel. Elias didn't express it, however, the sight felt... right. Like that was supposed to be the response, but he ignored that for now.
"You." Elias said, pointing at Moraxus, "You can beat me, cut me up, whatever, I can take it. You will never break me. But my family? My sister? I will make you suffer."
Moraxus was a demon, through and through, and despite his fear, his misgivings, his certainty of his own demise, he still had something that a demon never loses. His pride. He was a demon lord, and regardless of what this thing was in front of him, he was still a creation of his. He was his soldier, his slave, and his ego screamed to put this boy in his place.
Moraxus roared as red and black hellfire coated his arms.
"I COMMAND YOU TO KNEEL!" He shouted, before rushing at Elias with shocking speed.
The thing for Elias though, was that the speed wasn't shocking at all. Yes, it was faster than he had seen someone move before, yet it still seemed incredibly slow. He decided to just observe what he could with his new senses before the demon arrived.
He was definitely in hell, or a plane of demonic existence. He wasn't really sure if his guess was true or not, as so far, all of the information he had gotten so far was pretty far off of the script in terms of what humanity thought they knew about demons, God, heaven, and hell. It was honestly making his head hurt just trying to piece it all together.
He focused on the fire enveloping the arms of his assailant. He was sure he could do something similar, as he felt that same brand if fire within him, at least he thought so. It was weird getting used to this energy inside of him, but needless to say, he was sure he could do everything this guy could, only much better.
Moraxus was half-way to him now, and the demon cocked back and flame wreathed fist. He was now no more than 10 feet away now, and when he got another 5 feet closer, he threw out his fist in a simple but destructive punch. Elias had always wanted to do something like what he was about to do, although if it didn't work, it would probably be more than a little embarrassing.
Elias raised his demonic hand, and with the ease of the Incredible Hulk catching a baseball, he caught the demon's fist. A loud boom and shockwave tore through the room, sending the demons on the sidelines flying. Elias didn't even budge, and while he assumed it would turn out in a similar way given the power disparity he felt, he wasn't expecting it to be so... easy. It was like handling a child, and the look in Moraxus's eyes was worth the risky play.
"Demon Lord my ass." Elias said mockingly.
Then, he drew his fingers together on his free hand and thrust them forward. His hand, and then his entire forearm, pierced the demon's chest, and erupted out the other side with a beautiful display of blood. Moraxus could do nothing but stare in shock at the man in front of him, bewildered that a newly created being could wield so much power. Enough to stop him dead in his tracks.
Moraxus needed to heal. His demonic regeneration would do the rest, but he needed to get away from this man. There was one huge problem with his plan, though. Elias had no intentions of letting him go. He squeezed the fist caught in his grip, and it turned to crushed pulp in his hand. Moraxus hissed in pain, but did his best to not convey his feelings. Even if he could free himself right now, he could feel power converging upon their location. The other demon lords had sensed the disturbance, and they were almost here.
Moraxus chuckled.
"My brothers and sisters, will be here soon, and when they do-" Moraxus said, but was cut off when Elias grabbed him by the face.
"When they get here, they will find your corpse. And then they'll die too." Elias said, then he squeezed, and the powerful demon lord's head popped likena watermelon.
Elias did leave one thing unsaid. In a sick, almost fucked up way, he also had felt like he had to thank Moraxus. Yes, what he did was awful, and then what he threatened to do with his sister? Unforgivable, however, what he did resulted in what Elias was now. He felt strong. He always had confidence in himself, but now? Well, he felt like nothing and no one could stand in his way. That notion was likely to get him in trouble, killed, or both, but he just couldn't help how he felt. Perhaps it was a side effect of his new demonic nature.
Either way, it was enough to kill this asshole, and he dropped the corpse without much fanfare to the ground. All of the other demons looked on in shock. Barney had arrived at one point, and his purple skin had grown quite pale. Elias was just wishing for him to be incinerated in hellfire given all of the shit he did to him for centuries, when, suddenly, he was. He just had the thought and it happened. While he wasn't sure how he had done that, he appreciated it nonetheless.
"Well, that was satisfying." Elias said.
The rest of them dropped to their knees and began begging for their lives. He wanted to just kill all of them, however, there was one issue that he wanted to know.
"Hey, you." Elias said, gesturing towards a skinny demon that stood out in front.
"Y-yes?" He asked, looking like he was going to wet himself.
"How the hell can I get back home?" Elias asked, and that seemed to perk the demon up, as if helping him what right their wrongs.
The demon was about to respond, and then, he went white as a ghost, which looked fucking odd on a red dude. Then a hand grapsed his shoulder.
"Ah, my new friend. Come with me, won't you? It's about to get really crowded here."
And just like that, Elias was somewhere else. He wasn't going to lie, he was getting really sick of being teleported around like this.
