Marriage, the death of James's mother, ended with the year 1965, as the new year began, James and Scarlet began to be more responsible for their people's lives. With the alliance with Brassfield, James and Aaron would often discuss about implementing new laws and even sometimes of James even teaching Aaron somethings he had learned from his past.
Some months have passed, "both the little islands began to expand both in wealth and infrastructure, with Ms.mary's architectural skills and Mrs.Scarlet's resource management and allocation, this would have not happened" said Aaron to James as they were planning for expanding the network of railways.
Then, suddenly, Scarlet came in with a doctor. James was worried as to why she came in with a doctor. James, asked the doctor in a concerned tone, "mam, is she alright? Is she having any problems?".
The doctor gave a reassuring smile. "There's no cause for concern, sir. I have excellent news—your wife is expecting your heir." With joy all over his body, James jumped and Aaron congratulated him.
Then, he called Aaron's family, who were his wife, who was also conceived at that time and his parents. He gave them a feast for his good and happy news.
Many visits to the doctor, and many more months of care, the day has finally come. James, as happy as he is, expected twins, as scarlet was taken to the room.
James waited and waited for almost a quarter and a half an hour. Then the doctors came out of the maternity room and said, "sir, i am very happy for you, you got twins and the mother is very well, she is calling you inside now sir." with joy that he got twins, he went inside the room where scarlet was laying on the bed looking onto her beautiful babies.
"James" Mary called him, "we have got a girl and a boy. What names are we giving to them?" she continued. James started to think about it and ended up with two names, Alice for the girl and Felix for the boy. "Alice and Felix" said James to scarlet, she thought about it for a moment and told him that they were good names.
"Now, I am having a feeling now. I think our girl would be like the next queen or something and your boy, a doctor" said James to scarlet. "I don't know, but it does sound great, James," replied scarlet.
The next day, Aaron came to whisperford. He brought his wife and his new born girl Emily, as James had invited them for the naming of the child. There before all the people, James named both his kids, hearing the names, the people were joyful to hear their names.
Years passed by as both kids grew up to teens. There James noticed something, his intuition was the complete opposite of what he had thought. Alice being completely curious, adventures and was more interested in the study of organisms and things, whereas Felix was more of a ruler type and more disciplined than alice.
This worried James a lot. Seeing him worry, Scarlet came up with a plan, "James, I know that you are worried about our children, so I had this idea lately. Well, it is that, since Alice is so curious and all, we could send her on a voyage and we can crown felix" said scarlet to James as he was thinking the same thing.
"You know what, you always come up with the ideas that I have in my mind. Let's send alice to explore europe, and on the same day as she leaves whisperford, we'll crown felix"
And as they planned, in November of 1986, Alice was sent on waves & wishes to Spain and the next day, James called Aaron and asked him if he is willing to marry his daughter Emily to felix. Aaron didn't hesitate, he began to arrange for the wedding. Midway, James also told him something, "Aaron, I have decided to crown Felix and Emily as the new king and queen of united wisperford and brassfield".
"Why not James, I also had this idea, but I thought you had some other idea," replied Aaron as the chancellor came in and announced that the preparations for the wedding were over. Aaron continued to speak, "chancellor, i have another job for you, prepare for the coronation of felix and emily after their marriage." "As you wish sir" said the chancellor as he left for the preparation.
The preparations were over and the wedding happened successfully. After the vows Felix whispered to Emily, "how did you even convince your father.". "No, dear, your father knew everything about our high school love." replied Emily as Aaron concluded the wedding speech.
While in Europe, Alice almost completed touring Spain and entered Germany through France, during the Christmas season. One day, her favourite skirt was torn, so she went to search for a tailor, when she bumped into richard. "I am sorry miss" apologised to Richard for his clumsiness, "no, no, i am sorry, i am the one who bumped into you" started alice.
As they looked at each other's eyes, Richard saw the torn skirt, "it seems that your skirt had been torn, I can stitch it for you, I am a designer and a tailor here." said Richard in a nervous tone. "Oh, then it must be God's planning," said Alice as she chuckled. Richard offered Alice to come to his work space so that he can stitch the torn part, Alice accepted and they went to the 'tram garments'.
"You have a funny name for a studio, Richard," said Alice as she read the sign that was hidden in flowers and veins. "It's my family name, nothing special and my mother used to like trams until that day" replied richard. "What day ?" asked Alice, "that was years ago, one day my father and my sister went to an errand to the market in a tram. While in going to the market, another tram smashed into the tram, killing all the people who stood at the back" said Richard in a saddening tone.
"That's really sad, Richard," said Alice as she comforted him. "Ok, we''l see this skirt first and the rest later" said Richard as he started to stitch the torn lavender shirt with some flowers, leaves and some hearts.
As he returned a half an hour later, he brought her the stitched skirt, Alice was surprised that he could do such a great job on the skirt. She said thankyou and left the place.
Alice reached her room and she kept thinking and thinking about Richard, and Richard also didn't sleep and kept thinking about her. The next day broke and Alice went to an errand to the grocer and the baker and she relaxed for a bit in a nearby cafe where she ordered a coffee and a pretzel. As she received her order and sipped her coffee, in the distance, she saw Richard coming.
Her heart raced as she saw him, Richard too felt like that and he spotted her, "hi miss, how are you today" he asked her as he reached her table, "i am very well thank you. And I must apologise that I didn't introduce myself to you. I am Alice Taylor and I came to Europe to explore all the beautiful cities and sights. I am originally from an island near britain and ireland" said alice as she introduced herself." said alice and continued, "Well, you know that some people do fall in love at first sight, i felt that way"
Richard didn't expect it and he was about to say the same lines to her. "If that's the case, i had the same idea you know" richard replied as alice's face blushed.
After many dates, Alice finally asked Richard, "Richard, I always wanted to say this to you", "then tell me, what's in your heart that strikes it" replied Richard as the conversation between them shifted drastically.
"I am not a normal person, i am the crowned princess of united wisperford & brassfield" said alice as she stammered to tell that to richard. "Is that so, you were always my queen in my heart from the day I saw you" replied Richard as to reduce the intensity of the conversation.
As richard reduced the intensity of the conversation, he told her, "for the lines you have told, i can see what you are going to tell now, you want to marry me and you didn't want to have differences between us", "yes, you are right, i do want to marry you" replied alice nervously.
"See alice, if you are interested in marrying me, i want both you parents and my mother's approval and my mother have already accepted for our marriage. Now, I'll get to the point, you will take me and my mother to wisperford." said Richard clearly to Alice as she nodded a sign of approval.
Then, as their conversation ended, Alice went to pack her bags and Richard went to pack his and his mother's bags and they met at the harbour of hamburg, And took the waves & wishes II, which was already standing in the port.
The trip lasted for a day and an hour. They reached wisperford by 1st of april, 1967. Alice went to the castle with Richard and his mother, there she was surprised to see Felix instead of her father sitting on the throne. Felix, seeing her, came running to her and hugged her and said, "i am really glad that you have finally returned and i am really sorry that i took your throne." "no, no, its ok, i really wanted you to be the king of this land, and i too missed you guys too you know. And i meet my special someone in my voyage, here he his he's richard from germany"
"greeting my king" richard greeted, "you don't have to bro, you are a very lucky person you know, you should meet my father, and are you to going to marry, because i got married and got a child" replied felix as he tried to be super casual to richard, then he told the men and women to leave the throne room. Then he took them to their parents' room, where they were playing chess.
"Mom, dad, i have returned" said Alice, "oh, my dear i am so happy for you to return safe and sound" said scarlet as she hugged her. "And, may I know who is this young gentleman here" asked James as he noticed Richard standing beside alice.
"He is Richard, dad, I fell in love with him while I was in germany." shyfully replied alice. "You are exactly like us alice. Unlike my mother, I accept your feelings, you two can marry in front of the people in a week" said James in a very serious tone, but seriously he was laughing inside.
In a week the wedding was conducted and Alice & Richard were pronounced husband and wife. That day was the final happy day for alice.
A year have passed since their wedding and Alice was not able to conceive. She waited another year, but nothing really appended. She started praying many gods, but nothing happened. She started praying the devil, but he too did not respond.
Out of sadness that she couldn't conceive, Alice ran to a park and sat down on a bench under an apple tree. She started crying as she thought about her desire to have a child and now not able to enjoy being a mother.
Then from behind her, she heard a voice, "oh, what a poor creature you are, gods must not have noticed your prayer, but i have dear". That voice was so cold and made the air thin around the area, Alice jumped in fear as she turned back to find Lucifer, the devil himself standing with a white cape on red cloth.
"At Least you heard my voice," said Alice as she started to cry. "Need not worry, i will grant the wish for you to have a child" said lucifer as he tried to comfort her.
"But I can only give you a child from hell, alice. If you accept to bear a demonic child" said Lucifer as his eyes glowed. "I accept, if i am getting a child, i'll bear it even if it is a demon" replied alice.
"But there is one thing that's a minus here. For you to bear a child like this, you have to wait for nine years and you have to be a demon too, as a demonic infant is always hungry and you have to be a demon so that you can give your energy" said lucifer.
"Yes, I am ready to become one" replied Alice as she was ready to lose her humanity for a child. Seeing the acceptance and a strong emotion of desire, Lucifer's first part of a long story began.
He plucked an apple from the tree and the apple he plucked turned from green to blood red and was dripping blood. At first she hesitated, but her strong desire made her to take the apple . She ate the apple. "Very good" thought Lucifer as she ate the fruit...…
