The ground lay painted in green ooze from the man. His body was broken and mutilated, next to him there lay a body but not a woman's, it was Franklen's. Fiona's body was nowhere to be found and all evidence of her had been taken from the battleground. 30 km off from the original position Fiona awakens dazed and confused her surroundings seemed to be jagged and hard, with no light other than the luminescent mushrooms giving off an eery glow. Fiona tried to stand but she was in much pain and was freezing from a cold sweat. All Fiona could do was look around the cave-like area, but something seemed off, she was not lying on the ground, she was in some sort of bed and why was she not dead, she swore she had fallen to her death. Fiona was terrified but did her best to calm herself and examine the situation, which is when she heard faint footsteps come from behind her, but she was helpless, in too much pain to even stand. crackly, but a soothing voice came from behind her, it reminded her of the voice of her grandmother. "Poor dear, you have suffered much but you are not destined to die now, you must complete your purpose." Said the voice, Fiona could not speak but the person came into view for just a moment, but she could not make out any features it just seemed like she was staring at nothingness, but she did notice this person's small figure and how it had something off about it. Before Fiona could dwell on it anymore the person touched her heart and she felt a burning pain, "no need to worry dear, you shall be returned home with a friend whom you shall nurture till your death, you will remember nothing of this conversation other than your purpose but thus this blessing will heal your wounds and greatly strengthen you." Fiona's vision began to fail and flicker black, right before she fell unconscious the voice said one last time, "deary remember why you survived, remember your PURPOSE! As Fiona drifted into darkness she heard the slightest growl, then nothingness.
