The dream of almost every Chinese girl is to meet Haio Yang. All girls heart will go faster when they saw the Chinese actor's smile. Not only was he cute, but also handsome. His black hair seemed so soft that everyone wanted to touch it and his dark brown eyes were like pools of chocolate were you can drown in. I was already crazy about him because of the series: The Whirlwind girl in which he played Roy Bai. There he seemed like a harsh person, but he was actually a soft and cute man in real life. My friend Bea was the biggest fan of the two of us. She had already seen all the series he played in. We wanted to really meet him in real life. We had big fantasies about him to meet him in real life and to talk with him.
We were saving up for China for years now and finally, we got the money. We were so happy when we finally got the tickets, but I still needed to ask my parents. But I was a little scared about their reaction, so I waited out to tell them. But at one point I had to tell them. Otherwise, I couldn't go without their permission.
We were planning to go to Shanghai because that is where Haio Yang lives. Then we had more chances to meet him. Bea and I were so exited for making the trip that we were already fantasizing about the money. we couldn't wait any longer. But we still had to wait till the big vacation was there. The only part I didn't like was the thirteen-hour flight. Because I couldn't sit still for that long. But I wanted to meet Haio Yang so badly that I didn't care. I wanted my dream to come true.
We came to the idea of the trip at a life-changing moment.
It was a sunny day in Belgium. Sitting in the shadow of the beach tree in my grandmother's garden it was oké to stay outside. In the sun it was way too hot to sit. Still I had put my sunglasses on and a was putting a bit of sunscreen up and my brown hair I wear in a bun. When I was done with all the protection against the sun I saw my phone screen lighting up at the blanket I sat on. It was like I felt that it was something important. I grabbed my phone and I was right. It was a message that made my heart go faster. It was not just someone. It was my favorite actor. I opened the message and I was not sure if I would believe it.
Hao Yang: Thank you for your likes and commands on my posts. Where do you live?
Is this real or is this a scam? I was thinking to answer, but still was it to be trusted.
I felt a giggle coming and before someone could see it or hear it even I kept it in. What would say? I was not just going to answer like that.
Jessica: I am not sure if you are real since you don't have the blue V. Could you send me a picture of yourself?
Hao Yang: I can, but can I trust you? Because I have also been scammed before and it's nothing fun.
How can I let him know he could trust me? I couldn't use words in this case. Ok I can send him a picture of me. That's probably oké and the right thing to do, so I sent him a picture of me in my grandmother's garden.
Hao Yang: Is that you? You are really beautiful. Here comes mine.
A bit later I got a picture from him in Shanghai. He was standing at the water and on the other side there were high buildings. It was already getting dark there and the lights made it more spectacular. Everything got blank and I was sucked into the picture. I saw Hao Yang and me standing there and smiling at each other.
Suddenly, I was pulled out of my fantasizing thoughts of me being there with Hao Yang. My grandmother and my mother who were just coming outside were looking at me like I was crazy.
I just blushed and got back to my messages and then I saw he sent me another message.
Haio Yang: Sorry for abruptly leaving the conversation, but I have to close this account. It was nice meeting you. I couldn't just leave it like this and I send you two flight tickets and a meet and greet with me. Thank me later. I hope to see you soon with an other friend of yours.
I couldn't keep my scream in so I screamed, "This is not true? Yessss it is!"
My grandmother and mother were staring weird at me and they shook their heads.
I called Bea directly, but I didn't want my grandmother and my mom to hear what I was saying so I ran to the other side of the house. Bea picked up directly and said, "Hi, is something wrong?"
I couldn't keep it anymore and yelled through the phone we are going to China. To be specific to Shanghai.
"You almost… She paused a bit and then yelled back. "Whatttt?!"
"I know right!"
We talked full excitement further and then I thought with less enthusiasm about telling my parents. I got instantly nervous. "Bea my parents don't know yet! How do I tell them?"
"I know they are difficult people and of course, they will be puzzled, but you are an adult. You can go if you want to."
I just had to grab my courage and tell them and then everything will be alright.
"Hello, are you still there?"
It took me a while to say, "yes."
"Oof, I thought you were gone or that you fainted, are something like that."
She was always so sarcastic.
