A white passenger plane, like a giant bird, spread its wings and flew towards the hot coastal city in the clear blue sky.
Ariel Ocean sat on the soft seat in the first-class cabin, expressionless.
"Ariel, would you like some orange juice?" Callum Aimes, sitting next to her, offered her a glass of orange juice.
"Thank you, Mr. Aimes, but no thank you," Ariel replied coldly.
She was on her way to the bidding conference of the Allure Fashion company in the coastal city.
She only found out after boarding the plane that the person who was supposed to deliver the materials to the Allure Fashion company had been replaced by Callum, who was now sitting next to her.
"Even if we can't be lovers, can't we at least be friends?" Callum said with a bitter smile.
Ariel was repulsed at first and wanted to retort, but she changed her mind when the words were about to come out of her mouth.
