'BOOOOMM!'
Cracks began to form on the ground as the blade and fist connected once more. This time, with an explosion that sounded like a thunderclap in the distance. If carefully observed, one would notice that the ground was beginning to sink in.
"You insufferable human!". After all this time, Juggernaut finally spoke, his voice was dangerously deep, almost sounding like a growl "I hate your kind!". He spat out, each word oozing with spite.
Thea was momentarily taken aback, she honestly believed that this demon was incapable of speaking. "Huh! So you can talk, good for you". She jumped back, creating a distance between her and him and then sheathed her katana. " And by the way... The feeling's mutual". She pulled one leg back and then lowered her body. She then took a deep breath and then exhaled.
[Fourth release...]
"Hmph!" Just before Thea could finish, Juggernaut sprinted forward with unbelievable speed, closing the distance between them in seconds. He pulled his fist back and then shot it forward with all his strength. You could literally hear the fist tearing through the air.
Thea was unbothered by this. With her arm still on the hilt of her katana, she sidestepped Juggernaut with practiced foot work, as her body began to be covered by a red aura.
Juggernaut's fist continued forward and hit nothing but air, the residual force tore everything apart in a straight line. A testament of the amount of power Juggernaut put on that attack. But he didn't linger for long, he was determined to stop her from using any of her techniques. With his body still facing forward, his lower right arm shot to the side, aiming directly at Thea.
Thea, who had already foreseen such an attack, let go of the hilt of her katana and crossed her arms, the red aura followed along and concentrated on her crossed arms.
'BOOM!'
Instead of taking the attack head on, she used the force of the fist to propel herself backwards, creating a distance between her and Juggernaut. But the fist didn't just propel her back, it also launched her high into the sky.
She spun her body around in the air and then faced Juggernaut, her arm then went back to the hilt of her Katana. "Since you weren't patient enough to let me finish... I'll show you something even spicier!".
As her body began to descend, she took a deep breath and then exhaled.
[Third release...]
Her body began to be covered by a red aura that had a bluish hue. A burst of flames then ignited beneath her boots and launched her towards Juggernaut at tremendous speeds.
[Purging Flames]
She pulled her Katana out of it's hilt and then vertically brought it down towards Juggernaut with all her strength, as the blade of her katana became covered in scorching flames.
Juggernaut did not wait for the attack to hit, he faced towards Thea and opened his mouth wide. From deep within his throat, something red began to shine brightly. Just as Thea's blade was about to reach him, a huge red beam shot out of Juggernaut's mouth and headed straight towards the descending Thea, threatening to swallow her out of existence.
Juggernaut's attack did not make Thea falter. She clenched her arms around the hilt of the flaming katana and then brought it down towards the beam with all her strength.
'Swoosh!'
The world seemed to suddenly slow down as the two forces collided. When the beam met the blade, there was a short moment of resistance followed by the blade beginning to tear through the beam as if it were made of paper.
"Haaaaaa!". Thea began to boost the flames on her boots as her speed increased even further. She was tearing down through the beam as if it were nothing, descending with unbridled force.
Seeing that his attack was failing him, Juggernaut clenched his muscles and then pulled his neck back a little.
'BOOOOMM!'
The beam grew bigger as Juggernaut added more power into his attack, he was no longer holding back.
"Hmph!" Thea found Juggernaut's attempts laughable as the flames on the blade of her katana began to burn hotter and brighter. Her flames grew so large, that they began to consume the beam as she descended.
"May your soul be punished for your sins!".
'Slash!'
Thea's blade descended on top of Juggernaut's head and moved down without meeting any resistance, tearing his massive body in half like a hot knife through butter. Everything behind Juggernaut on a straight line, was incinerated into ashe.
Just as Thea finished cutting through Juggernaut, she spun around and said: I'm not finished!".
The flames on her katana began to burn even hotter, making the surroundings even more unbearable. "I'm going to make sure you don't come back".
'Slash!'
Juggernaut blinked for a second and when he opened his eyes again he watched as his vision began to spin around, he was confused for a moment and then he saw it. His own body, now headless, profusely spraying black blood from the stump where his head had once been. The last thing he saw were two ruby eyes burning with the purest of flames before everything went black.
'BOOM!'
Thea calmly observed as the giant headless body dropped on it's knees with a booming noise, black blood spraying everywhere but non reached her, as it evaporated before it could touch her. The body then began to slowly split in half, it's innards sprawling on the ground in the most sickening way.
She sheath her katana and then watched as the remains of the red titan began to slowly disintegrate into black dust. She then raised her head and looked around. "Well damn".
As her eyes scanned the forest, the corner of her lip began to twitch once she saw all the damage. She then walked over to the still disintegrating body and then...
'Boom!'
Kicked it with tremendous force. "This is your fault you dumb piece of—".
*Beep*.
*Beep*.
*Beep*.
Before she could finish, her black watch began beeping. 'What can be the problem this time, aren't all the demons eliminated already?'. She tapped the top of her watch as the holographic image of the woman wearing a black suit appeared again, she looked, distressed.
Before she could talk...
'BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMM!!!'
Thea heard a powerful explosion coming directly from Moon city. She could feel the vibrations of the explosion from where she was. That's when the woman on the watch spoke, her tone was hurried.
"You need to report back to moon city, now!"
"Sh*t!"

[Just After Zyran and Alora went out through the restaurant's back exit]
Zyran watched as the steel alloy shield closed behind them, his heart felt tight as he thought about the people who were going to loose their lives, people that could have been saved. That didn't mean he regrets his decision. If they had stayed behind, his sister could have lost her life, he can't and couldn't allow that to happen. His gaze moved towards Alora, his expression softened as he thought. ' She's the only family I have left'.
"Where are the others?". Alora rose a question that's been stuck in her head.
Zyran broke out of his thoughts and looked around the damp alley that only had two black dumpsters. Other than that, the whole place was eerily quiet. With the cold wind brushing against his face, Zyran pulled Alora closer to him and raised his guard.
Sofia who has been keeping an eye on Zyran, noticed his actions but didn't show any reaction. Though internally she was fuming. She clenched her small fists and turned away, afraid of what she might do if she continued staring.
"Obviously they won't be waiting around in the open like idiots", replied the manager without looking at Alora, his tone was harsh. "Now come, we should hurry before they find us". He started walking forward, unbothered to wait for what Alora might add next. His daughter followed along, not before casting a side glance at the Gravel siblings.
Alora wasn't liking the Managers attitude one bit, 'How did this guy become the manager of a restaurant with this kind of attitude?, it's like the guy snaps at everything said to him. What's wrong with him anyway?'. She was even starting to doubt if that was the actual manager or not.
Zyran who was holding Alora's hand, moved forward whilst pulling her along "First we find a safe place to hide, then you can think, Alright". He said softly.
"Hmm" Alora just nodded her head cutely and stopped her thoughts.
As they moved forward, they didn't get very far before they heard a voice...
"What do we have here?". A deep masculine voice echoed within the alley.
Before they could wrap their heads around on where the voice was coming from, Zyran and Alora felt something rushing right passed them, it was so fast, it blurred Infront of their eyes.
It was followed by the sound of flesh being pierced and then a shrill voice resounded throughout the alley...
"FATHER!!!"
