Back to Ash:
"Ugh.." I sat up on my bed and looked over to my side to see Liam lying on the floor beside my bed. "Morning sleepy head." Liam said as his eyes fluttered open and a warm smile spread across his face, it was almost like we were married! I could feel butterflies.
"Stay right there, I'll be right back. You're not good enough to walk yet." Liam left the room as I stared at his messy hair then back to myself, I noticed that Liam had bandaged up my wounds from when I was cutting myself last night..
Liam came back into the room with a plate of eggs and toast. "Here you go, I forgot to get the water. Be right back, eat up you need to get that blood back up." As he left the room my mind was rushing with how much we were like a married couple right now! I wanted to kiss him then it would all be perfect! When Liam came back with the water and set it down on my night stand, my thinking cluttered and I just reached out and grabbed Liam.
I then pulled him in and kissed him, we've kissed so much now that its crazy we aren't dating. When I pulled back away from him he was beaming like a red tomato this time too, he looked down then back at me. "Maybe a warning next time, ok?" He said as he straightened the covers that were covering me, he then leaned down and kissed my forehead before walking off. What goes on in his head, I may never know.
After I finished eating I heard a knock on the the door, it was Liam knocking on my bedroom door. "Come in." Liam walked inside my room and knelt down beside my bed, he then grabbed my hand and held it tightly. His eyes and facial expression were impossible to read right now. "Why did you do it? Why did you cut yourself?" His expression softened as the words left his mouth.I didn't want to answer but he deserved something, even if I wasn't going to tell him everything. "Well its uhm.... I'll tell you later.." Liam signed and let go of my hand. "Don't do it again." Liam's voice was firm but not rough, it seemed like he might actually care about me."Just so you know, your creating a lot of extra work for me. Even though I own the company I work at wont be a excuse for my tardiness these few days, same goes for your job. Your going to get fired you know." Now it felt like he was just scolding me. "I never asked you to take care of me, or to come over last night! So what if I lose my job? I don't care I can find a new coverup, your not my dad so stop acting like it! Bite me!"
Liam silently grabbed his jacket from my bed stand and walked out of my room, this was our first argument. I couldn't let this end with him walking out on me, I jumped up and chased him. I was limping but it was ok, I knew that I had lost a ton of blood recently but I couldn't let this slip. I ran towards him and grabbed his jacket that he had just put on, he turned around and steadied me.
"Please don't leave me." I collapsed into him again, I gripped onto his jacket and started balling my eyes out. Liam pulled me back and adjusted how I was standing then pulled me close again into a hug this time, he held me close for a couple moments before he spoke. "I love you too, now lets get you back in bed."Wait, did he just say I LOVE YOU?! I was freaking out inside as I leaned on Liam and we walked back into my room, he tucked me into my bed. "W-Why did you say you loved me?" I asked as Liam tucked me in. "Because I do, we would make a great couple you know." A COUPLE?! HE IS REALLY BOLD TODAY."I mean, you love me too don't you? I've known since day one, I must admit though originally I wanted to lead you on for my personal gain. But lately I've actually been getting feelings for you, before you say anything though. I don't usually lead people on for anything, and I seriously don't know why I did with you." As the words left Liam's mouth I was practically in awe that he would even admit to that.
"Wow that's really..." "Selfish? I know" Liam said before I could think of much of a response. "I'm in love with you now, but I doubt that you like me after all that now." I grabbed onto Liam's hand and he looked into my eyes. "Of course I still love you." Liam's face collapsed into happy tears as he hugged me gently to not hurt my wounds.
"Alright then, its final I Liam shall take you Ashley as my girlfriend." Liam said as he pulled back from the hug and looked at me with a smirk, I smiled back and stuck out my pinky. "Pinky promise then, that'll seal this dating relationship." Liam put out his pinky and we pinky promised.
"Now then, how are you feeling? Do you need anything to drink or eat?" Liam asked me soon after. "No, I'm fine." I said smiling, I can't believe it! Me and Liam are dating! Sally is going to be so shocked when I tell her the news, as I reached for my phone to fill her in I felt a sharp pain shooting through my stomach. shoot I completely forgot about what I did last night, I let out a groan and shriveled back in pain. Normally pain was bliss but not right now, it hurt so bad I couldn't get out of a fetal position.
"Hey are you ok?" I heard Liam ask me as my vision started to fade into a blur then I blacked out. I was greeted with Liam's worried face as my eyes opened, Liam quickly perked up and went towards me. "Are you alright? You just passed out." Liam asked as I started to sit up in my bed, I looked at him. "I'm fine, not sure what happened there though. Ngh, I have to go to work.""No need to worry about work, you need to rest up." I heard a knock on the door that scared me, it's not like I was expecting anyone today. Liam walked out to get the door, as soon as I heard the door to my apartment open I heard footsteps running down the hallway to my room."OH MY GOSH ASHLEY!!!! NOT AGAIN, what did I tell you?" Sally was now standing in my room, how she got there I didn't care. But how was she off work right now? "I'm sorry I-" Sally cut me off. "Why did Liam get the door?" I felt my face starting to get warm, although before I could answer that Liam did. "Because we're dating." Sally's face went pale, in shock and surprise."OMG OMG SINCE WHEN?" Sally shouted as she leaned over my bed towards me. "Calm down, and since today." Sally started pressing for all the details as Liam smiled and shook his head, as I was talking I saw Liam leave the room. I wasn't sure what he was up to but I didn't want to go see, Liam walked back into the room and started making gang signs at me.I had no clue what he was trying to say but soon Sally decided to leave, after she was gone Liam walked up to me and talked to me. "The boss needs us to do a job tonight, you have to clear the place of people by ya know stabby stab. And I do the spy work, does that work for you?" I nodded my head and pulled myself up off the bed, I then moved on to get freshened up. I took a shower and put on my favorite black killing outfit.I brushed my hair and put a black bow in it, I then straighten out my skirt a little bit. I smiled at my reflection in the mirror before leaving the bathroom, Liam was standing outside looking at his phone. When he heard the door close behind me he looked up at me and smiled. "Get your katana, its time to go."EEEEEEEEEEEEEK! I loved dating him he was so perfect! I quickly got my katana and a pocket knife then slipped on my sneakers and we headed out the door. We soon arrived at a lively gala with people dancing and drinking and talking and eating, I then asked Liam why we were here. "Why are we at a gala? I thought we had a mission." I asked and Liam kinda shrugged. "This is the mission, you kill everyone here and I get the information, that's how it was described to be done.""Got it." this was light work compared to most things I had to do, Liam walked straight into the crowd of people then to a staircase and he went up it. I turned towards everyone and unsheathed my katana, when everyone saw me the cheerful night was brought to a stop. No survivors, I thought to myself with a smirk. I leaped forward and started slashing, I was trying to do quick death's but when people tried dodging or blocking it inflected unnecessary pain for them."Hold still, damn it." I was almost done killing everyone when I noticed that a few were trying to escape, I dashed after them ending them with a quick slash to the neck. "No witnesses." I quickly turned back to the rest of them, I was a cold blooded killer and I don't care about anyone I kill. They deserve to die for causing me the trouble, one of the gala attendees was doing everything not to die. Running, throwing things, hiding It was getting on my nerves. "Quit playing games with me, I'm trying to make it quick and painless. If you keep resisting I'll have to make it a blood bath, you don't want that now do you?" I said walking towards the man cowering in the corner."Please, if you have any decency left spare me. I wont speak to anyone of you, please I have two kids and one on the way I can't die and leave them. I'm begging." I could only smile at his words. "I'm a murderer, why would I have any decency? Now hold still and I'll make it quick." I rose my katana but in the split second I was bringing it down he tried blocking, whoosh there went his arm. Rolling across the floor."I told you to stay still." This time I turned my katana and went for the straight cut through his neck, it glided through this time. Perfect. After everyone was killed I went my way up stairs to find Liam, I saw him standing next to a computer and a file cabinet."Watcha up to?" He jumped and turned around to see me standing there. "You scared me, anyways I'm trying to get the data we need to complete the mission. Once the mission is complete we can go home, for right now I need you to go back downstairs and look out for any police officers." I then shuffled my way back down stairs, yesterdays injuries were starting to wear on me. They were self inflected and now I regret doing that, but it had to be done. What doesn't kill me, makes me stronger.I got down to the first floor into the ballroom, the floor was scattered with dead bodies and blood. Quite pretty to be honest, I heard a siren slowly getting closer. I then whipped out my katana and took my stance, the door creaked open and two officers walked inside."Hello, nice to meet you. This wont take long, hold still for me will ya?" I flipped in with a smile and sliced clean through the air, of course they had to ruin my perfect aim by moving out of the way. "Why can't you just stay still? It'll barely hurt at all." The police officer pulled out a gun, did he think he could shoot me? If he can catch me I suppose.I glided through the air like a paper airplane then I landed right in front of one of the officers, I pulled out my knife and quickly slit his throat. His body went limp and he tumbled over, I turned towards the other officer who was shakily holding his gun pointed at me. He fired and I dodged, I lunged towards him with a knife aiming for his neck as he fired another few shots and was quickly pinned down to the floor. "It wouldn't have hurt so much if you never struggled." He shut his eyes and I took a clean slice through his throat, I knew that more police officers would show up soon.I heard Liam's foot steps coming down the stairs, he was holding a piece of paper.
