It was just another ordinary day in my life as a passionate anime fan. I sat in my room, surrounded by posters of my favorite series and the latest figures I had painstakingly saved up for. The sun was shining through the window, casting a warm light on my desk, which was overflowing with manga volumes and empty snack wrappers. As I watched an episode of my current favorite series, "My Hero Academia," I couldn't help but dream of living in that fantastic world myself.
I had always had a vivid imagination that transported me to other worlds. But on this day, everything was about to change. While I was engrossed in the exciting events of the episode, I noticed a faint glow in the corner of my room. At first, I thought it was just my TV displaying a particularly bright image. But as I looked closer, I realized it was coming from an old, dusty cabinet that I hadn't opened in years.
Curious, I stepped closer, and the light grew more intense. When I opened the door, I saw a portal that looked like a swirling whirlpool of colors and light. It was hypnotic and enticing, and I couldn't resist. "This can't be real," I murmured to myself as I took a step closer.
Suddenly, I felt a pull drawing me into the portal. I wanted to scream, but the shock left me voiceless. Everything around me blurred, and I felt as though I were flying through a tunnel of light and energy. Seconds later, I landed with a dull thud on the ground.
I jumped up and looked around. I was no longer in my room. Instead, I stood in a vibrant city that I instantly recognized: it was the world of "My Hero Academia." The buildings were tall and modern, and I could see heroes and civilians all around me. My heart raced with excitement and fear, and I could hardly believe what had just happened. *Am I really here?*
"Where am I?" I whispered as I walked through the streets. The sounds of the city surrounded me—the chatter of people, the screeching of vehicles, and the occasional explosion caused by heroes fighting villains. *I shouldn't be here...*
Suddenly, I heard a familiar voice. "Hey, watch out!" I turned around and saw Izuku Midoriya, the main character of the series, rushing toward me at full speed. *Oh no, not again!*
In a reflex, I jumped to the side just in time to avoid a collision. "Wow, that was close!" I shouted as I landed on the ground. Midoriya looked confused as he approached me. "Are you okay?"
"Yeah, I... I think so." I was overwhelmed. "I can't believe I'm here!"
Midoriya stared at me as if he had seen a ghost. "Who are you? And how did you get here?"
"I'm... uh, my name is Kael. I'm a huge fan of you guys. I just found a portal and fell in here." *What if they don't believe me? What if they think I'm an enemy?*
Midoriya furrowed his brow as he thought about my words. "A portal? That sounds like a serious problem. You could be in danger!"
*In danger?* I nervously looked around. "But I'm here because I love your world!"
"We need to take you to our teacher All Might. He'll know what to do," Midoriya explained, starting to pull me along with him. *I can only hope he believes me...*
As we ran through the streets, I could hardly believe that I was running alongside a real hero. But as I moved forward with Midoriya, I became suspicious. *What if they don't really believe me? What if I'm walking into a trap?* These thoughts swirled in my mind as I tried to suppress the feeling of uncertainty. *I need to be careful.*
Just as we were nearing U.A. High School, I felt another pull—this time even stronger. It was as if the portal was trying to pull me back. I stopped and struggled against the sensation. "What's happening to me?" I asked in a panic.
Midoriya looked worried. "We need to act fast!"
Suddenly, another hero appeared—Katsuki Bakugo, with his explosive quirk. "What's going on here, Deku? Why did you bring a stranger?"
"He's from another world!" Midoriya shouted. "He knows nothing about our fights, and the portal could be dangerous!"
Bakugo shot me a scornful look. "Tch. What can this loser do?"
"I can fight! I've learned a lot about strategies!" I protested. "I'm not a loser!"
*I have to prove to them that I'm useful.* Bakugo gave me a derisive smile. "You think we're just going to believe you? Show us what you can do!"
The feeling of being pulled grew stronger, and I felt reality around me beginning to blur. "I can't go back! I need to stay here!"
"We have to protect you," said Midoriya as he tried to calm me down. "We'll figure out how to separate the worlds. But first, we need to get you to safety."
Just as Bakugo and Midoriya pulled me toward U.A. High School, I was once again caught in the pull. A bright light flashed, and I felt as if I were flying through a tunnel of energy. The voices of Midoriya and Bakugo faded, and I could hear nothing anymore. *What happens now?*
When the light disappeared, I found myself in a completely different environment. This world was not that of "My Hero Academia." I stood in a city I didn't recognize, surrounded by buildings that seemed to come from another anime. People I didn't recognize walked past, and I felt out of place. *Where am I now?*
The new surroundings were overwhelming. "This can't be true," I muttered. *I was teleported again?* I knew I would be treated with the same suspicion in this world as I had been before.
Just as I took a step forward, I heard voices behind me. I turned around and saw a group of people staring at me suspiciously. "Who are you? What are you doing here?" asked a tall man with a sword at his side.
I raised my hands to show that I was not a threat. "My name is Kael. I'm not here to cause trouble. I'm just... lost."
The group exchanged glances, and I could feel the distrust in their eyes. *Not again.* "Don't come any closer!" shouted a woman with magical powers. "We don't know who you are or what you want!"
"I come from another world," I explained hastily. "I was teleported here. I don't want to harm anyone!"
The men and women in the group murmured amongst themselves, and I could feel the suspicion growing. *I need to find a way to earn their trust.* "Please, I can help you! I've learned a lot about the beings and the battles in this world. Maybe you could use me!"
It was a desperate attempt, but I knew I had to do everything I could to survive in this new reality. The group continued to look at each other skeptically, and all I could do was wait to see how they would react. I was trapped in a world that was foreign to me, and I needed their help to find a way back.
Yet as I stood there, I knew this was just the beginning. I would have to prove myself in every world to which I was teleported—and in each world, I would encounter distrust. *I am ready to do whatever it takes to shape my fate.* And with that determination, I closed my eyes as the pull of the next portal seized me once more.
