The sun doesn't reach Crims'On that much, nearly doesn't, together with Hellheim, we are the only two nocturnal realms, but us more than them. We, from Crims'On, are all pale with slimmer and slander bodies, and dark wavy hair, and my bloodline in special was the only one with ruby red eyes, so, easy to tell who I am where I'm from, not even lens can help me. And even if they could, I wouldn't be able to afford them, because I barely can afford anything, Crims'On is the most expensive place to fucking live in the nine realms, and they cost 560 mahjs and last up to 50 days of use only, which I know because my loft-mate uses it.
While the people from Arient are white, not pale but not tanned, but with a lot more color than me and the other Crims'Ones, they are taller and have natural toned bodies, straight hair in different shades of blonde, and the characteristic blue eyes in all shades one could possibly imagine. So, yes, the Starlight Conjunction is very diverse physically on the faces that are born in it, and it's the 2nd to 4th strongest realms out of the nine.
The order in power scale being Hellheim in 1st, Crims'On in 2nd, Zekarr in 3rd, Arient in 4th, Tyllaeth in 5th, Naevys in 6th, Ellari in 7th, Naerdyr in 8th, lastly is Abrekiir in 9th. Hellhiem is also known as Hell for short, the Imperial family comes from the bloodline of the very God of Death, hence why they are the strongest. But they aren't the only ones, as each realm is reigned by a got in specials, and theirs may be the "almighty" Hades, but the one that reigns in my realm, Crims'On, the Goddess whose blood flows within my own veins, is Hecate, the goddess of magic, crossroads, witchcraft, sorcery, ghosts and necromancy.
In Zekarr, the Summerlight bloodline, the strongest clan in there, has roots on the blood of Apollo, the God of the Sun, light, poetry, healing, music, plagues, knowledge, order, prophecy, beauty, agriculture, and archery, which is a handful of stuff, and I find him rather annoying. Arient has the Seastorm bloodline, which as the name suggests, is originated from the God of the sea, storms, earthquakes and horses, aka Poseidon the arrogant and bad-tempered bastard, I don't like him. I barely like anyone at all, unless they are children, because I love kids, but I stop liking them once they grow up, because then they are old enough to sin.
Now the other five realms I've only heard the basic from them, and only a bit of their strongest bloodlines and the Gods that they worship, the Gods who in ancient times founded those said strong bloodlines. Surprisingly, Zeus didn't, and we have Goddess Hera to thank for that, that Lady laced that stupid male up when the formation of the realms were happening so well, afraid of being cheated again, that he stayed down and didn't go on doing his favorite hobby: cheating on his wife. That's one God I hate like the hell of it, he disgusts me to the core of my soul, ew.
Tyllaeth is known for the hot pink and cherry red haired faes, with a light skin that it's a mixture of light pink with white, and different shades of orange to pink eyes, the Cytherea is their strongest bloodline, and their Goddess is Aphrodite, the Goddess of love, lust, beauty, pleasure, passion, procreation, and one I do like. I like females in power, though I dislike the way she is with Hephaestus. Naevys is the realm of the yellow people, not really yellow but that how they call it, they are darker than white but not really tanned, with monolid eyes, all straight black hair, and dark eyes, mostly have a shorter height but not all, their bloodline is the Yang, and their Goddess is Athena, of war, handicraft, and wisdom.
I know I said I liked Goddess, but I'm not a fan of Athena. What a bitch!
Then there's Ellari, the realm of the brown skinned people with silky black hair, big dark eyes, a land of colors, spices, and rich culture if what I heard is to be believed, their family is the Suriyakumar, they worship Hermes, the God of trade, wealth, luck, fertility, animal husbandry, sleep, language, thieves, and travel. While Naerdyr is also a realm of brown people, but with dark hair in curly, straight, and wavy shapes, and all the males are said to have beards, and the women cover their hairs with silk, their strongest bloodline is the Ali-Masri, and their God is Helios, who is also seen as a God of the Sun, opposite to Apollo, he's the personification of the Sun itself, so, that's that. There's a rivalry around Zekarr and Naerdyr for it.
If you asked me, I would say Helios is profoundly less annoying.
Lastly there's Abrikiir, whose people have an ice-blueish skin tone, with straight hair in different shades of dark blue to near black, a flat and fleshy face, short and wise noses, they are sturdy and most are short but not all, and environment wise they are probably the most different, ─ together with Naerdyr, which is a realm of dessert, sand, and endless daylight, ─ it's freezing and wet and with mountains, which makes sense given their God, their strongest bloodline is the Alutiiq-Inuit, and they descend from Boreas, the God of winter, ice, and the north wind, which to me, is the most random God out of the nine "founding Gods".
I mean, we are up there with the big ones, Hecate and Helios being two of the oldest with Aphrodite next, and then there's… Boreas. Why not Dionysius? I mean, I would expect a procreation from Dionysius, or Ares, or Zeus to be honest, but then we got Boreas, little old Boreas.
Not to shame them, but no wonder Abrikiir is the "weakest" realm.
And I may not know many people, but I think that's common knowledge.
I also,
"…Kore?" Mr. Snow snapped his fingers and I blinked. "Are you okay? I am sorry, I shouldn't have mentioned the genocide, you got that haunted look in your eyes when you are lost in your own mind. It was wrong of me."
To mention how my family was slaughtered? No, it's fine. Not triggering at all to me, who was there and watched it all happening when I was 5 years old. "It's alright, Mr. Snow, I was a child, I got catatonic, I barely remember a thing. I have also grown used to that, living in Crims'On for all my 125 years got me used to how people here speak to me. And the locals happen to bring that up everytime I cross paths with one of them."
