All of the guardian gathered together around Evy each of them offering her their condolences, Saor slowly decided that he too had to comfort her.
Even if their relationship wasn't that deep he began to like being with her, she wasn't that bad of a company.
As he arrived in front of her he tried to speak, only to be interrupted by her, she said "Saor, my father is innocent, you know that too, please help me, help our village".
Seeing how she didn't lost her hope a little smirk appeared on Saor's face "even if you didn't ask I still would have helped him, and obviously you".
The scarred guardian decided to interrupt the two of them in order to ask a pretty important question "Evy, why did you bring the this strange man here? You know that the only reason we are still alive is because the laziness of the elders, any sudden move could bring our deaths ".
"Oh, I almost forgotten about this, let me introduces yourselves, this guardian here is Elgin, he was a chief of one of the main tribes that existed before Flora took command, and here this strange man is Saor, a traveler coming from a distant land, he is also immune to Flora's control" she said.
After Elgin heard the last part his eyes opened completely, his face full of hope, he couldn't wait a second before asking Saor how did he become immune.
But the response only left him in complete desperation, even if his race had incredible regenerative abilities his people still weren't able to survive without their hearts.
As Saor and Elgin began searching for another solution more and more Guardians got around them, wanting to help, needless to say they didn't figured out a way, the only thing left at the end was them drunken in order to drown their desperation with alcohol.
As they finished all the bottles of the bar Saor had no other option but to give some of the wine he got by the Guardians of Magma.
Just when Elgin drank the first drink a burning sensation began to arose in his body, making him feel almost as if he was burning alive.
He began to cough, all the other around him trying to be of help, only after a good while he got better.
Looking at Saor he began speaking "Saor, next time you want to kill me just give me poison do you know how painfull it was, it was almost as if my whole body was burning in the fire, do you....wait, my seed, it burned, it fucking burned, Saor, You're a real saviour, we have found the way in order to be free from Flora" his final words made a strange light shine in each of the Guardians eyes.
That night because of some wine the story of the world got forever changed.
The next day began approaching faster than expected, all of the drunken Guardians slowly began to retake their lucid minds, Evy was amoung them, Saor was outside of the bar his eyes looking towards the white structure that was the council home.
He slowly looked down, his eyes fixed on the right arm armor that he got from the Guardians of Magma, even if normally it would have been useless, since he didn't had his right arm.
Now he could use it, take object, launch thing, punch people, it was all thanks to the new ability he gained from Flora's Communion, the ability to move an create roots and branches, all he had to do was to take a little twig, put it into the arm armor and the manipulate it like muscles in order to utilise his right arm.
And even if difficult and tiring Saor still decided to try to become fluent in this, for the future that lied ahead.
A storm was waiting ahead and he was ready to face it head on.
