Bright was the bottle, gleaming with rainbow hue despite its metallic exterior. It kept rolling from one side to another, as if trapping a beast in its interior. Yet what was the most peculiar were the words written om the side of it:
Produced on the 25th of January, 2024, Rhine-Ruhr, Germany. Consumption only for reserve members of the Paranormal Foundation. If found on members not of the foundation, violaters will be executed immediately.
Reeling back slightly in surprise, Jake wonders where this location was, for he had never heard of Germany, much less Rhine-Ruhr. Still kind of cautious, he gingerly held the potion, and placed it in his table.
After examining the bottle for an hour or two, he picked up the bottle, having made up his mind. Steeling himself, he chugged the entire content in one stroke. Instead of tasting iron and bronze, strawberries danced in his tongue, orange floating on the roof of his mouth. Perplexed, he relaxed once he realized that it was not so dangerous after all, I wish there were more, it did taste really good.
Suddenly he collapsed, writhing in pain.
"UAAGHHGAHGDF!" Gutteral roars pierced through the house, reaching noise levels unheard of before. Just as the neighbours were about to storm the house, the noise suddenly stopped. Confused, they just shook their heads and returned to their homes.
What they did not realise was that before they even approached the house, someone was already there. His white hair moving ever so slightly with the wind, he drew his hand, and with a slight notion, a barrier was erected in the room. He watched with concer in his eyes as the boys body twitched and twisted in forms beyond recognition.
Jake on the other hand, felt pain never felt before. He could feel his muscles twisting, compressing into thin wires, before splintering into shreds and reconstituting again. Bones kept pulverised into chunks, before being ejected from his body like popcorn, still bloody. In its place, metal seems to have been replaced his bones, reflecting brightly underneath the weak light, and if you looked closer, you could even see faint markings etched in the new bones.
Despite being in constant pain, Jake could perceive the changes deeply within him, shocking him to no end. Stop, stop! He roared furiously, yet nothing seemed to change, except maybe the changes happening quicker.
When he had given up all hope, and that he was going to die, his consciousness faded abruptly, bringing him to a new realm. What he did not notice was that as he was going through to tbe unknown realm, a bright new star seemed to have taken its place in the sky above.

A body, wealnin strength, glides through the vast, dark realm. It seemed to go noewegere, yet everywhere at once. Spots of light could be seen near him, yet still remains far and wide.
Suddenly, eyes open wide, darting to and fro in fear, anxiety clearly visible deep within. Trying his best, he moves his body, only to be hampered greatly, as if swimming through thick honey. Trying his best for time unknown, he finally gives up, giving up to fate.
Just when he had given up all hope, two doors emerge in front of his eyes, each one vying for control. The struggle for hegemony reaches to a point where the man starts to succumb to extreme pain, yet all he could do is writhe in complete lucidity, wishing for relief.
Just then, a third door comes, positioning itself in the middle. Upon recognising the door, the other two unexpectedly came to a standstill, and started to communicate with it, seemingly reaching to an agreement. They extended tendrils of energy, joining together in a tripartite alliance, with the third door as the leader.
As the being watched in awe, the forst two doors suddenly sent beams ofmligjt towards him, which combined under the watch of the third, merging together to become everything, yet nothing, charging towards him with great momentum. As the boy watched in horror, the beam collided with him, merging with him, comforting him, until the ecstasy became too much.
The boy opened his eyes.
