Chapter 29 - crappy stare

Anvika cheerfully added, "I truly cherished it."

Advik was overjoyed to hear Anvika's remarks, and she was the only one in the hall who gave a damn. His primary motivation for playing it was to win her over, and he was successful in doing so.

Deval saw Advik, and immediately upon concluding his field of play, he approached Anvika, disregarding everyone else.

'The only reason this moron played', he believed to himself, 'was to impress his lady.'

He is also pondering if Advik's behavior has altered somewhat since this morning.' Is there anything he's hiding from me? I must learn the truth' . He just had the impression of being a detective.

Nivik exclaimed, "You are always the best, brother," with genuine pride in his sibling.

Everyone seemed to love his performance, and as soon as it was over, all the females ran over to encircle them.

They went to Advik at first to show their appreciation, but he only gave them a crappy stare, which made the females retreat out of fear.

Sarah thought it was humorous how he terrified all the females.

He doesn't let any female, not even in his fantasies, come closer to him; Anvika was the only girl he cared for in this world.

Neema and the group also went to show their appreciation for the musicians.

A gang of females swarmed Advik, Anvika, and Nivik as soon as they approached. Their gazes shifted to Nivik and Anvika while Advik ignored them.

Advik pulled away from Nivik and Anvika somewhat upon seeing the females.

Most of the gals were attempting to get Nivik's attention.

"Whoa, charming You are the greatest; we really enjoyed your performance."

"You two totally killed it on stage, it was amazing."

One of the girls immediately questioned him, "Do you have a girlfriend?" while she was glancing at Nivik.

Anvika was still seated in her chair, playing the violin, while Nivik was getting closer to her.

Nivik went to Anvika after his performance and they began watching Advik perform together.

As girls circled Nivik and even asked him where he had a lady friend and if he was single or not, Anvika felt envious. She glared at him as she waited for his response.

Nivik responded with a smile, "Not yet; in fact, I'm looking for a good match."

When Nivik revealed that he is single, the females were ecstatic.

Additionally, Levi and Daksh stood up and stated, "We're single too. Would you like to try?"

Despite their good looks, they showed little interest in the other lads.

"Will you go on a date with me?", the girl who had inquired about Nivik's single status said, beaming with happiness. her name is Sophia.

Anvika's eyes burned with rage for the girl.

The Sophia took a little step toward Nivik, then unexpectedly fell ahead.

Haa..!

Luckily, Nivik took a step back; otherwise, the Sophia would have fallen threatened by Nivik.

The Sophia touched the floor immediately and became wounded by her loudness.

"Ho my loudness" , she let out a cry of anguish.

She felt a searing pain and sustained injuries when her nose struck the floor.

The Sophia instantly sprang up, glaring at Anvika and exclaiming, "How dare you?" She immediately proceeded to attack Anvika.

Nivik responded instantly, grabbing the Sophia hand as she was about to strike Anvika and holding it until it was safe for Nivik to retain.

Advik spotted that the Sophia was attempting to strike Anvika, but he was too far away for them to get to her.

"How dare you touch her with your grasp," Nivik thought, his eyes brimming with rage.

The Sophia felt agony all the way to the ground as Nivik shoved her away.

Without delay, someone approached the Sophia and assisted her in standing up.

"How are you, sweetie? Have you been hurt? "The anxiety in the person's speech was directed towards that girl.

In reality, he was her father.

With a furious expression, he glared at Nivik and shouted, "How dare you insult my daughter?"

Advik moved forward before Nivik could reply, his gaze unwaveringly chilly. "My brother only provided her with a brief lesson," he stated with firmness. "If it happened to me, I ought to have crushed the hand she hoisted against Anvika."

Advik's voice suddenly broke into a rage, and he glared at the guy and his daughter.

Seeing the anger in Advik's eyes, Sophia's bravado crumbled. She quickly retreated behind her father, seeking protection. Her usually sharp features softened with fear; her wide eyes darted nervously between Advik and Anvika, and her lips quivered as she tried to find her voice. Her long, dark hair framed her face, now pale with anxiety.

With a trembling hand, Sophia pointed at Anvika. "She started it," she accused, her voice shaky. "she was the reason I felt down in the first place; she intentionally placed her crutch in front of my legs to make me fall that way."

Her father glanced down at her, his anger momentarily shifting to concern. The room remained tense, the silence filled with the weight of Sophia's accusation and the raw emotions swirling around them.

With a shocked expression, Anvika said, "What me? That is not what I did."

That wasn't what Anvika did; rather, it was the girl who came forward, didn't see Anvika crutch, was hit in the legs, and fell defeated.

The Sophia said, "You are liars." with rage.

Gazing at Nivik and Advik, Anvika declared, "No, she's lying. I didn't do that. Why would I do that?"

Sophia's father, still fuming, demanded, "Anvika, apologize to my daughter right away!"

Anvika stood her ground, her eyes steady and unwavering. "I won't apologize for something I didn't do," she declared firmly. "I will never say sorry for a mistake I didn't make."

Arya and Aaravi came to back up her daughter,

"Our daughter would never do such a thing," her father asserted, placing a reassuring hand on Anvika's shoulder.

Her mother nodded in agreement, adding, "but I know that my daughter would never injure someone in that way."

Nivik stepped forward, his voice calm but resolute. "I know Anvika better than anyone," he said, looking directly at Sophia's father. "She would never start a fight. I was here. I saw what happened."

Nivik immediately responded, "I am familiar with my buddy; she is not in need of any explanation."

Sophia gestured accusingly at Anvika, her confidence bolstered by her father's presence. "Anvika voluntarily did it," she said. "She's jealous of me given that I sought Nivik out on a date, which is why you did it."

Nivik laughed heartily at what Sophia had said. With a tinge of humor, he said, "Especially when did I approve of that?" "And what guy would be drawn to you?"

Sophia's bluster quickly evaporated. Her face crumpled with despair as tears welled up in her eyes. Tension was evident when the room became quiet. With the backing of her loved ones, Anvika remained steadfast, and Sophia's allegation lingered in the atmosphere, now flavored with desperation and wounded pride.
